Our consistent goal is to go the extra mile on your behalf–ensuring that you enjoy clean, elegant and comfortable accommodations. We have a full-time reservation and maintenance staff. Our normal reservation hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 7 days a week. Our normal maintenance hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 6 days a week. We also offer emergency maintenance 24/7/365.
Summit County Mountain Retreats is a full service property management company with the most economical business model for property owners. We cut costs, but we don’t cut corners. Compare our services feature by feature and you will find that we implement “best practices” at about half the cost of our closest competitor and about one quarter the cost of the resort.
