Dottie Riotto Vice-President of Sales & Marketing
Dottie Riotto is a hard working professional with over twenty five years of business experience, putting integrity and ethics above all. She is passionate about customer service excellence.
Dottie began her professional career in the food and service industry at age 14. Dottie worked in and managed restaurants from Minnesota and South Dakota to Montana and Colorado. During these years she developed successful local and regional marketing programs that built both reputation and increased sales. Dottie then started her own company, D&S Cleaning, where she expanded from cleaning a few offices to a multi- contract company serving over 200 condominiums and single family residences. She also provided detailed inspections of properties cleaned by other cleaning companies. Desiring to learn additional aspects of property management, Dottie went to work for Snow Country Resort Properties in Keystone, Colorado. She learned the front desk, reservations, housekeeping, owner and guest relations, long-term and short-term rentals and maintenance services and billing. Dottie joined Keystone Resort Property Management in 1999 as the Access Control Manager. She completed extensive training in the maintenance, programming and installation of Saflok security systems, and completed the Maintenance Locksmith & Master Keying program at Colorado Locksmith College in Denver.
In 2007 Dottie achieved her goal of becoming a Property Manager landing Keystone’s premier properties, Lone Eagle above River Run and The Timbers on River Run. Dottie managed all aspects of the Homeowners Association and Keystone’s rental management programs. Dottie “earned the respect of the board” and gained lifetime friends.
Dottie’s personal life is much like her professional life, fast paced and moving forward. Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, She is the oldest of two sisters and a brother. Dottie and her family enjoy going to Minnesota in the summers to visit friends and family, including their thirteen nieces and nephews. Dottie has been married to her loving husband Kevin for fifteen years. They met in Fort Collins, CO where they were both pursuing music and dreams. Dottie and Kevin moved to Summit County in 1994 to raise their three beautiful children. Travis (19) lives in Denver, works full-time and is the drummer in the band “Stand like Stone”. Shelby (17) is a beautiful dancer and has been the Editor-and-Chief for the Summit High School paper, “Tiger Tracks” for the past three years. She is also head of her senior yearbook staff. Shelby is graduating in May and going on as a full-time student at Colorado State University. Jesse (15 and a half of course) is “the jack of all and master of most”. Jesse plays guitar (like dad), sings (like mom), plays on the “C” and JV basketball team (like big brother) and plans to run track next year (as close to like sis as he will get). In what is left of their spare time, Dottie and Kevin have been rocking in a local band called “Straight Creek Drive” for the past four years. Dottie is the lead singer and plays percussion and keyboard, while Kevin plays lead guitar and sings harmony.
Dottie’s passionate, creative, outgoing personality drives her to reach out to people and build lasting relationships.
