William Fuller IT/ Real Estate Consultant
William Fuller attended the University of Houston from 1994-1999 where he majored in Philosophy and Psychology. While attending university William realized the purpose of school was to teach the student how to learn for himself. He has applied this belief as the foundation to a successful real estate practice since 2002. As a licensed real estate broker in both Colorado and Texas, William’s primary goal is to educate, consult with, and empower his clients to make well-informed decisions.
William has been honored with numerous awards for his real estate accomplishments, including being named Rookie of the year for Keller Williams Realty and achieving Top Producer status for each year he was with a large brokerage. William has grown his business by focusing on his clients’ needs and discarding the antiquated ideas that the client is beholden to their agent. A Win-Win scenario is possible and preferable at all times. This can only be achieved with honesty, integrity, competence, and a willingness to do what is right in the face of adversity.
William’s real estate practice has taken him in many directions. He began his career focusing only on traditional single family homes, but he soon integrated his passion for entrepreneurship with his love of real estate. In 2003, he began investing in real estate and assisting some of his adventurous clients in the same endeavors. He takes particular pride in helping clients analyze investment risks and to overcome challenges. Whether the client is looking for a long-term investment, a short-term flip, or a home in the mountains, William understands these different goals and thought processes.
In a nutshell, this is what you can expect when working with William. He is tenacious enough to explain and defend his position to you, stubborn enough to vigorously represent you, open-minded enough to realize when someone else makes a good point, and smart enough to know when it’s best to bet the farm or let silence do the work for you.
William is currently the owner/broker of Fuller Real Estate Services in Texas and in Colorado. His primary focus in Colorado Real Estate is the River Run area of the Keystone Ski Resort. William plays an integral part in the operations of Summit County Mountain Retreats with his knowledge of the real estate market. He also assists with the day to day operations, customer relations, and technology related issues.
PERSONAL BIO:William has been married to Karen since 2000 and became the proud father to Lucas in 2006. In addition to placing the highest value on family, he loves to ski, hike, bike, and is a second degree black belt in martial arts. He has travelled to 33 countries; some of the most interesting were Russia, China, Greece and Italy. In his travels, William has developed a special interest in observing and understanding how different people experience the human condition. This inquisitive mindset has carried over quite well to the many and varied challenges of practicing real estate.
After first being introduced to the Rockies during youth trips and then vacationing here in his twenties and finally investing and moving here in his Thirties, William has had a love affair with “God’s Country” most of his life. It’s not hard to strive for the best when you are in the place you love most and also doing what you love to do.
