Summit County Mountain Retreats is now accepting e-checks and rental agreements. We no longer require our guest to go through the trouble of faxing, e-mailing or mailing checks and rental agreements. We have nearly finished our roll out of our new technology to make the entire process of renting Keystone condos easier, faster and no-hassle.
Why do we do this? Simply put, we want our rental guests to have the very best experience from the very beginning. If there is a way to make things easier, then we will do it. Unlike many other management companies all our fees are clearly stated and explained. If you choose to pay by e-check instead of credit card, you will save the cost of processing your credit card which is over 2%. If you are reserving a stay that cost $5,000. You will save over $100 by paying by e-check. Furthermore, since we do not charge the 5.9% resort fee, in the same scenario, you would save over another $300 on your stay.
