Summit County Mountain Retreats believes and advocates the doctrine of fairness. Fairness to all, fairness to owners, fairness to guests and fairness by the Keystone Resort itself.
Unfortunately, there are some powers that do not believe in this doctrine. These powers wish to squeeze every nickel out of guests and create a unfair business environment in favor of themselves and at the detriment to their competitors. Let me be clear, there is nothing wrong with having a better business model that brings you more customers and more revenue. However, there is something very wrong with doing these things in ways that are illegal and unethical.
This fly’s in the face of the principals our nation was founded on and the law of the land. Summit County Mountain Retreats has decided to not allow these undermining entities to erode the foundation of our society in Summit County anymore. Hence forth, it is the standard policy of Summit County Mountain Retreats to fight for fairness and equality in Summit County and the Keystone Resort specifically.
Since we live in a country governed by the rule of law and since all other avenues of discussion and meditation have failed, Summit County Mountain Retreats has no choice but to ask our judicial system to enforce the laws and require these rogue elements to abide by the law.
