SUMMER ACTIVITIES- The paved bike path runs right in front of this house, so you can go down the driveway and start riding towards Dillon or Keystone. You are a short bike ride or drive from the marina in Dillon, Lake Dillon, tennis courts, playground, and the amphitheatre where summer concerts are held every weekend.
This house is centrally located between Dillon and Keystone, so you can also enjoy some incredible hiking, flyfishing and if you want golf - awesome courses in the beautiful Summit County and the surrounding areas including picturesque Vail. Other winter activities include cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, tubing and snowmobiling. Of course, shopping is available at the Silverthorne Outlet stores for those who don’t care to play in the snow! You will enjoy breath taking views of the mountains and Lake Dillon from the many windows and the back porch.

The master bedroom which features a king sized bed with a high quality mattress, new bedding, and cable TV. Soak your tired muscles in the luxurious master bathroom with jetted tub. The second bedroom also features a king sized bed. Any cook will enjoy cooking in the full-sized kitchen with granite countertops, custom wood cabinets, and all of the essentials you need to cook a meal away from home.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with a solid wood dining table that seats 6 people comfortably. After an active day, you can relax in the living room with beautiful leather couches, a wood burning fireplace, and flatscreen TV. You can also relax on the covered back porch and take in the spectacular lake and mountain views. There is also a half bathroom located on this level.
On the bottom level, you will find:
The third bedroom with a queen sized bed and cable television. The fourth bedroom sleeps 6 people with 2 bunk beds (twin on top, full bed on the bottom). There is also another full bathroom downstairs with double sinks and shower/tub combination. If you need to do some laundry, you will enjoy the convenience of the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
