Arapahoe Lodge is ideally located in River Run
Village. These upscale rental condos are about 2-3 minutes walking distance to the new high speed gondola. This building houses a small grocery store and Wolf Rock Brewery in River Run Village in Keystone. This building features an eight-person hot tub and

Black Bear Lodge is in the heart of River Run Village. It is one
of the closest buildings to the new, high speed gondola. On the main floor, you will find many businesses including Keystone Sports, Inxpot, and Spoon Cafe. This building features a large hot tub, pool table, and shares the largest pool in the resort.
You can enjoy free parking in the parking garage under the building. Step out to restaurants, shops, and ski rentals.

Buffalo Lodge is the single most popular building in the River Run Keystone Ski area. This building has great amenities including two private hot tubs, the Buffalo lounge with two pool tables and a 70 inch flat screen TV. Additionally you can use the underground heated garage to walk to the pool next door. Buffalo lodge features some of the best condos in Keystone with the best views of both the village and the ski slopes. Buffalo Lodge in Keystone is one of the best choices in Keystone.

Dakota Lodge is located in the River Run area of the Keystone Ski Resort. This building is one of the more exclusive buildings due to its small size and great amenities. Dakota Lodge is positioned so that most of the units are facing the ski slopes and it has great views of both the River Run area and the Gore Mountain Range. Features of the Dakota Lodge in Keystone include the largest pool in the resort with breath taking view of the ski slopes. There is also a 16 person hot tub and a 10 person hot tub that is great for soaking your tired muscles and socializing with friends and family. It also features a private sauna. Dakota Lodge is about a 3 minute walk to the high speed gondola in River Run. It is also about 50 meters to all the shops, restaurants and activities in the Village. Many of the units in Dakota Lodge are oversized units and have upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, and recent beds.

Built in 1981, The Enclave Complex is ideally located near the entrance to River Run Village in Keystone. These spacious townhomes feature 2 car heated parking garages and many have private hot tubs and saunas.
Expedition Station is located in the River Run area of the Keystone Ski Resort. This building is a 4-5 minute walk to the gondola. Expedition Station in Keystone features its own private pool, a heated underground parking garage, hot tub, steam room and fitness center. Many condos in the building have ski slope and mountain views.
Gateway Mountain Lodge is located on Highway 6 just before the turn-off to River Run Village in Keystone. Built in 1998, this building features a Day Spa, restaurant, small grocery store, and many other businesses. Ski rentals are a short, 1 minute walk from this building.
This exclusive condo complex is ideal for those who are looking for exceptional value, more space than on resort properties and located about 20 minutes from Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. If you want to ski multiple resorts and not pays two or three times as much as staying in a resort this is a great option. This particular complex has some of the best views anywhere. There are views of Gore Mountain, Ten Mile Range, Lake Dillon and you can even see Keystone and Breckenridge in the distance.
Lakeshore is located in the popular Lakeside Village. You can step out to restaurants and shopping at Lakeside Village, as well as ice skating and hockey in the winter. During the summer, you can take paddle boats and canoes out on the lake just outside your door. It is a short shuttle ride to both the Mountain House base area and the River Run base area. It is walking distance to the Keystone conference center.
Jackpine Lodge was built in 1995 launching the beginning of Keystone's River Run Village. It is home to shops and restaurants including Christy's Sports and the very popular Kickapoo Tavern. With the recent move of the gondola, Jackpine is now just steps to the slopes. Jackpine has heated underground parking, a private 8 person hot tub and access to the Dakota Lodge outdoor pool and hot tubs. In 2009, Jackpine Lodge completed a major upgrade to its interior. It now ranks as one of the most desirable buildings to stay in.
Lone Eagle is one of only two Ski-in & Ski-out buildings in all of the Keystone Ski Vacation Resort. This building was built in the early 2000's and has the highest rating available for quality and amenities. Lone Eagle features its own private pool and hot tub, fitness center, steam room and has the best ski slope views of any building. There is a great patio down on the first floor that is great for groups to gather and watch the skiers come down the main ski run, which is called River Run. From Lone Eagle, it is a 2 minute walk to the heart of the Keystone River Run Village. Here you will find many shops, restaurants, and everything you need for your vacation. Once you arrive in Keystone, there is no need to leave the resort until it is time to go home.
All of these properties are ideally located between Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail.

Red Hawk Lodge is a beautiful complex that is very close to the new high speed gondola in the Keystone River Run area. This building features elegant furnishings and quick and easy access to the Keystone River Run area. It takes about 1 minute to walk from the condo to the River Run Gondola. There are also fantastic views of the River Run ski slope. Red Hawk Lodge in Keystone features its own private pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. This building is one of the most desirable in the entire Keystone area.
Red Hawk Townhomes were built in 1999. They are conveniently located next to River Run Village in Keystone. You are a short, 2-3 minute walk to the gondola and the village area. Enjoy parking your vehicle in the heated garage and walk right into your townhome. It truly feels like a home away from home.
Settlers Creek Townhomes feel like a home away from home. You will enjoy the spaciousness of these townhomes and the private, heated parking garage. You can easily drive 2 minutes and park in the skier parking area in River Run Village or take the shuttle into the Mountain House or River Run Base Areas.
Silvermill is located in the heart of the River Run Village area of the Keystone Ski Resort. When you step out of the building, you are in the middle of all the activities. The new, high-speed gondola is a short 3-4 minute from these Keystone rentals. It is home to Starbucks, Parrot Eyes, Keystone Jewelry, and the Keystone Childcare Center. In the fall of 2009, the entire building was upgraded with new carpeting, tile floors and paint. The interior of the building now rivals the most prestigious buildings in the resort. Silver Mill features some great amenities. There are two gathering areas on the first floor. One area is a nice, cozy place right next to a large fireplace. The second area is a large room with a flat screen TV and a pool table. Silvermill also features its own private hot tubs, sauna, and fitness room. There is also a community heated pool with amazing ski slope views. Silver Mill was built in the late 90's and is the most affordable building in the River Run area.
The beautiful townhomes offer ample space, as well as a heated parking garage for each townhome. The shuttle picks up and drops you off in a matter of minutes in River Run Village. Alternatively, you can drive to the skier parking lot in 1-2 minutes.
Tennis Townhomes are located near the Keystone Conference Center and Lakeside Village at Keystone. You are walking distance to ice skating and hockey during the winter, or paddle boats and canoeing in the summer. The Keystone Shuttle Bus picks up at Tennis Townhomes and drops guests off at the Mountain House base area in Keystone.
The Springs in River Run is one of the Keystone resorts premier properties. This complex features a family-friendly pool area with a waterslide for the kids. There is also a wading pool, hot tub, fire pit, and a large grill. Other amenities the Springs has is a indoor rock waterfall in the lobby, a fitness center, pool table area, kids play room and a large media room with stadium seating. No other building in Keystone has as many amenities as The Springs. This building is about a 1 minute walk to the new, high-speed gondola and the Keystone River Run Village is about 1-2 minutes away.
The Timbers is the most exclusive development in the entire Keystone Ski Resort. It is a true ski-in and ski-out building. Features and amenities rival those of any condo complex at any resort. The lobby is stunning with a elegant, baby-grand piano and roaring fireplace. Guests will enjoy the year-round heated pool that you can enter from inside the building and swim outside. There is a hot tub with a waterfall, a gas firepit and grill. There is also a fitness room, sauna and steam room just off of the lobby. The Timbers at Keystone only has 29 units, which makes for a much less crowded and exclusive experience. Every condo in the Timbers features granite countertops, slate floors, stainless steel appliances and many of the units have been further upgraded with flat screen TVs and other great features.
