I reached out immediately upon arrival to your rental management team about the grill missing the propane tank. I was contacted by your staff and told that the HOA has banned Firepits and Grills. I specifically booked this rental for the grill. It was shown on the pics which in small letters at the bottom says it was no longer available but yet your app shows the firepit as an amenity (pics included). We loved the location of the unit but there were other issues. First of all, there was a chair at the table that the leg was broken (marked in tape after inspection) which we had to put back together and removed from the table. Another issue is that the main pull out bed doesn't work. We had to just use the couch as the bed. The other pullout bed in the loft showed damage to the fabric so we didn't even try to use it. Also, the trash drawer was so flimsy we had to leave it open at all times for fear it would break. Both the garage lights and front door lights were burned out. It is extremely dark at night. I was able to change the door light but couldn't get to the garage light. Overall location was wonderful but very disappointed by lack or grill and fire pit. If you don't have use of them, take it off your unit pictures and amenities listing from your app. Also the keys to the pool at Dakota Lodge didn't work. Luckily some kid let us in or we wouldn't have been able to use it.

We want for our guests to have positive experiences and we are truly sorry that your stay was less than ideal! Many HOAs in the area have unfortunately banned grills and fire pits recently. We have noted this on all pictures and in listing descriptions, but apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Perfect home for a spring ski getaway! Just minutes from A-basin and easy driving distance to Dillon or Breckenridge. Able to sleep in and avoid I-70/pass traffic and still get to A-bay in time for main lot parking. Home was well equipped with all necessities and several nice amenities, though my neck is still a bit sore from watching the TV mounted near the ceiling!

Truly a very memorable and comfortable stay! Beautiful peaceful area, nice aesthetics, comfy beds!, lovely bathrooms, very well stocked kitchen, all around great! The great room furnishings do not allow for seating for the number of guests who can stay however-and not too comfy, very limited. Short drive to amazing jacuzzi, hiking trail behind house... such a pretty place!!

The unit and layout was as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped with glasses, dishes, utensils, pots & pans. The only issue is the front deck which is not cleared of snow in the winter. This can make for dangerous conditions when using the propane grill. A simple solution would be to move the grill to the back deck which was clear of snow.

We are a frequent flyers to the Keystone Area. We always rent properties from these company but this time was the best of all previous 6 years.
It was great. The staff and managers made our stay great since the beginning. They gave us details on how to check in to the property quick and easy. The cleaning team provided us with everything needed to have a pleasant time at the property.

We loved the property - updated decor, appliances and dishware. Management company was extreamly responsive to our needs and requests. However, the front deck (with the furniture and fire pit) was UNUSABLE as it was snow covered and company said "they don't remove snow." Back deck was covered and dry but no fire pit or furniture so we couldn't sit out there either. Moving the front deck stuff to the back in the winter would do the trick.

This unit was quiet, clean and suited the needs of 2 families. Only thing that would be nice would be additional seating in the living room. Only 3 people can sit on the sofa and no other seating besides the dining room chairs. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook each evening. The master bedroom beds were very comfortable! All in all a great stay and would recommed to others.

Very welcoming & spacious vacation rental. We were here for thanksgiving & the only downside was the shuttle was not running & with kids the driving back & forth to the gondola seemed constant. There’s usually a nice walking path but due to construction it is closed. This rental properties kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for thanksgiving dinner. For older people the stairs got to be exhausting but overall we absolutely loved this. Heated garage that fit both of our vehicles, a nice big deck, the kids were able to sled in the back yard & having a washer & dryer was very nice.

This was a really cool place to stay with our family of six. We had a little one with us and it was not super kid friendly as there were a lot of nice things for decorations and lots of stairs so we had to be super careful. It was in a nice area and had everything we needed and more. We wish we could’ve stayed longer to actually enjoy the condo but we were never really there’s the only downside for me was the bunk bed. I didn’t get much sleep as I didn’t think it was comfortable but that may be personal preference. Everyone else in the other two bedrooms were comfortable. This was a very reasonably priced condo for the amount of space we had there. Would stay there again if I could sleep in a different bed! It was very clean as well.

Our condo was so nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds were probably the best I've ever slept in on a vacation! The condo is in the perfect location, and the rental company was so easy to work with. We can't wait to go back.

This vacation rental was amazing. It was so spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances, dishes, cooking utensils and even some oils and spices. The showers were all updated and very clean. It is within walking distance of River Run but if you decide to drive it's only about a 3 min drive.

Our family of six with 4 grown children had an amazing week of skiing and relaxing in Keystone. The property was perfect for our group and I would highly recommend it! It was very clean, had well appointed kitchen furnishings and very comfortable beds. We would have preferred not to have bunkbeds, but really liked having the extra space with the upstairs sitting area. Only recommendation would be to add another comfortable chair in the family room area so that there is more seating to watch a movie at the end of the day. Property managers were very efficient and responded quickly to questions. We wish the ski shuttle would have come to the top of the hill, but it was still a manageable walk to the pick up.

The vacation rental was simply spectacular! We traveled along with our 2 young children, and my parents and teenage niece. The space was large enough for all of our families and then some! It was absolutely beautifully decorated even better than the gorgeous pictures on the site. The rental came equipped with everything we needed and so much more! My young kids had space and various levels to play hide and seek and my older parents were so comfortable having the open floor plan on the main level as we used it for work and leisure gatherings daily. The decor can’t be beat and the proximity within a bike trail for traveling, getting food & shopping done was so easy! We will absolutely stay here again and are looking into travel dates already!

This townhouse is a perfect base camp for a girl's weekend away! It has everything you could need and it is absolutely adorable. Summit County Mountain Retreats sends you a little digital guide book about the home and the surrounding areas that was awesome. The layout gave us the privacy that we desired with two king beds on separate floors. There was only two things that stuck out as odd: the tv and the coffee maker. But, we made do. The property is super close to everything you might need: coffee, dinner, and mountains. Very pleased with my experience with Summit County Mountain Retreats!

Very nice and maintained place. Our group of 9 had a great time and had enough space. Beautiful view of the mountains and had a trail close by to walk with a river view. Second time staying in the same area. For sure will be back.

Our extended family stayed here for NYE and enjoyed the spacious layout and beautiful high end finishes and gorgeous decor. We used our car to get around the resort as the shuttle seemed a bit far for our tastes.

Being so new there isn't as much "stuff" as other rentals we have stayed at. All the basics were there in the kitchen and one board game.

We found ample parking on site for our 3 cars. The garage is a two car tandem and there is room for another in the driveway.
