This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 9 with a king bed in each of two master suites, a twin-over full bunk bed + trundle in the guest bedroom, and an ottoman that folds out to a twin size sleeping space. It features a private balcony with views of Dercum Square and the surrounding mountains. Updated kitchen and private laundry in a large laundry/mud room. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Buffalo Lodge offers shared amenities including 2 hot tubs.

The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Just off the entry is the large private laundry room/mud room. For your convenience, laundry detergent has been provided. The spacious living area features a flat screen TV and cozy furniture where you can warm up in front of the beautiful gas fireplace or enjoy a game night. Off of the living area is the private balcony that offers beautiful views of Dercum Square and Buffalo Mountain.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of three bathrooms is located just off the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The first master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and views of Dercum Square and Buffalo Mountain. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV and slope views of Keystone Ski Resort. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination with a jetted tub. The guest bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed + trundle, a mounted flatscreen TV and a dresser.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Great ski getaway location with family!

We loved this location and had plenty of room for our family and 3 grandparents. The kitchen was extremely well-supplied with al the things we needed to cook dinner in every night. It even has a crockpot. The location was clean and so convenient to the ski lifts, River Run ski school, dining, and shops. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and amenities

This place is a home away from home. Short walk to Rive Run gondola and ski lessons for the kids (even a 5 year old made it in ski boots). Has all the items to make this feel like home such as humidifiers in all rooms, heaters/fans, crockpot, plastic/kids plates and cups, extra blankets and pillows, washer/drier, walkable to restaurants and grocery! Only downside is it’s located on outside of building where deliveries for local restaurants/grocery happen around 3-4a! Will come back with extra sound machines!

Rough place to stay!

Water leak in building, fans on all day, smelled like mold. Vibration under room where ski rentals are. Called owner and did nothing about it. We had to find the cause of the vibration and ask for it to be fixed. Faucet handle fell off. Couch pillows smell.

Overall I would rate the visit an 8 out of 10. The condo was nice, the available kitchen utensils was lacking and ice maker was inefficient. The building upkeep was mediocre, the hot tub seemed to always be filthy so we utilized the other building amenities.
