This unit's central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.
The full-size kitchen offers granite countertops, a coffee maker and coffee, and all the essential cookware + tableware to make a delicious meal. Enjoy your meal at the breakfast bar, which seats three. The kitchen also includes a combination washer/dryer. Just off the kitchen is an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area includes a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and comfortable, modern furnishings. Head outside to the patio to soak in the crisp mountain air and enjoy the treed surroundings.
The primary bedroom is located upstairs and down the hall, and features a king-size bed, large flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and modern decor. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a desk. The shared bathroom is tastefully updated and includes a shower/tub combination. For your convenience, all bathrooms are stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.
*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and a minimum of 3 nights must be reserved. If you do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.
PET POLICY: We allow one well-behaved dog to stay without prior approval, subject to payment of the $100 pet fee. Please keep pets off the furniture cover or cover any furniture prior to use by pets. If the pet fee is not paid or more than one pet stays without prior approval, there will be a $300 fine.
