All emails about resort stated 24 and up. So I'm unsure where the miscommunication was about Adult Only resort and retreat.

The condo was very conveniently located within 5 minutes of the ski lifts and had a new refrigerator with ice maker and new microwave. The overall cleanliness was really good and there was an ample amount of bedding in all three bedrooms, a beginning stock of toilet paper and paper towels, seasonings and cling wrap, as well as a playpen, lots of games and even a toy rideable car that our 10 month old absolutely loved. There were several downsides to he condo starting with the extremely loud upstairs condo that sounded like people bowling and rollerblading until 4 am and the number on the refrigerator sign and on the website that we were told to call to Keystone security resulted in that company saying the unit was not covered by them so we needed to call the police! After 2 nights of no sleep for the baby, we made a visit to the upstairs to ask them to keep it down, which only helped for about 2 hours. We were told there were no other accommodations to move to, so we just had to stay there or find somewhere else on our own with no refund. The overall appearance of the condo was very worn and there were several areas that needed to be repaired or replaced including the unstable toilet that continuously ran water, the leaking sink faucet, and shower head in the guest bathroom, broken tiles around the fireplace, dented and noisy floor heating, rusted and broken pots and pans, storage containers with no lids, and the non drying dryer in the coin/cc laundry room in the building that cost $2 a cycle to use but took 3 cycles to dry the 2 dish towel and 4 small bath towels provided for up to 10 people for 6 days! The Summit County MR company had a great webpage and app and sent a great amount of emails explaining general info but the staff was not trained to answer questions and had to contact someone else to try to find out what we needed to do or if there would be any sort of a discount (which there wasn’t)since we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency

The overall experience was great. The staff helped us with our reservation, check in and out was easy, and the accomodations were as advertised. Our only issue on the front end is we did not see the initial confirmation emails that were arriving over the weekend and had to rebook a different unit than our original choice. However, SCMR did get us in to a very similar unit.

This place was a great last moment find. Lots of space, great pool area. We were very comfortable.
We did have trouble with the tv but it was fixed by our second night. Upstairs became very warm but otherwise no issues.

The property was a great, and came with everything needed. The property had places to walk/hike and was close to town. Only 2 parking passes for up to 10 guests was the only issue we dealt with but there are free lots in town to use so not a huge deal

The location of the property was great. The appliances are old and tired. There is a hole in the bathroom door and only one clothes washer and dryer for the entire property. The hot tub wasn't in working order. Check in process was difficult and the keys should be placed on the property. We would describe the property as adequate, but not great.

Located just a few miles from the chairlift. Bus stop nearby if needed but we drove and parked by the chairs. Condo is not new but was comfortable for a family of four and two grandparents. Nice to be able to prepare meals and relax. Purchase food in Dillon. Complex has pool and hot tub but be sure to check they are open. Would definitely enjoy revisiting.

Everything was very nice. Only complaint is that the hot tub didn’t work but the staff was gracious enough to offer a 10% refund.

Stayed for a 4-day ski vacation, very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Kitchen had what we needed fora couple small meals. Would recommend.

The condo itself was clean and a nice location. Communication with property management before our stay was excellent. We were very disappointed that the hot tub and pool were not working. We rented this place specifically because it had a community hot tub. It's surprising that during the height of the holidays (between Christmas and New Years) and peak ski season that the hot tub was not working.

Cozy home with all amenities possible. Great customer service and they are very attentive as well. My family had a great time staying in the condo and would love to book again in the near future. I was able to get ahold of the management at anytime and they responded promptly to my every need. Only downside is the upstairs people who tend to be very loud in the mornings but no big deal.

We did not stay in our rental much because we were out exploring. But it had everything we needed and was close to River Run and Lakeside (where we spent a lot of time feeding the fish, lol). Would definitely stay here on our next visit!

Kind of a throw back to the 80's but we very much enjoyed the location, ground floor access outside the patio, hiking and biking out the door and really nice pool area. We would come back!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved having a fire with the wood provided. Everything you need to prepare and cook a meal is available. It was a nice a cozy stay for our family.

We had a wonderful time in Keystone. The unit is nice and in a great location. Unfortunately, many things were closed due to COVID. We look forward to visiting again.

Location was great and being on ground floor the kids could play in the yard while we sat on the deck relaxing after a long day. Would be nice if the upstairs had some blinds so my younger kids wouldn’t have woken up every morning when the sun came out

We had an amazing stay at the Flying Dutchman. We were there during peak fall colors (1st week in October) and Keystone was beautiful with no crowds.

We rented this place for a golf trip and it was more than adequate for 3 guys. Nice wood burning fireplace and all the conveniences we needed. Location was great... just a couple minutes from Keystone resort and a short 10 minute drive into Dillon. Only criticism is that the couch needs to be upgraded.

My sister's family and mine spent a weekend in this condo, and it was a wonderful mini family reunion getaway. The management company was very good with communication on the property, amenities, activities nearby, etc. We enjoyed the fact that there was a pool at our disposal, and the property was very well situated for taking hikes. I would recommend this property.

We stayed 8 nights at our condo and lived out token. Their were six of us and we ate most of our meals there. The place was clean, well stocked with supplies, and comfortable. When we needed a “refresh”, Chris came as promised and even returned again that evening, going out of his way to bring us extra hair conditioner. The building was quiet and the kitchen had plenty of accessories. The cost was the lowest we could find on VRBO for three bedrooms. One sofa was in need of replaced cushions but everything else was a terrific value and all good.

I came out with 3 friends for a work/snowboard trip and we couldn't be happier with our stay.
We appreciated that the condo provided us with enough space to have privacy if we desired but had a really nice common area as well.
I really loved the layout of the condo and the overall warmth of it.

Overall the place was very nice to stay. Some of the upkeep could have been a bit better. The walls had a lot of damage, the carpeting had some big stains. We texted and asked if we could access a vacuum, when we moved the couch there was a bunch of garbage and crumbs under it. They texted back and asked which unit we were in, but never brought us a vacuum.
