The entryway has hooks, a bench, and storage cubbies for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a gas fireplace, mounted flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings and huge windows allowing for great light and beautiful alpine views. The cozy furniture offers plenty of seating and the sofa pulls out into a full-sized bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet.

The full-sized kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The private balcony is just off the kitchen and dining area and offers beautiful views of the Blue River and mountains beyond, as well as outdoor seating and a gas grill. The guest bathroom features a granite countertop vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed and a flat screen smart TV. The en suite bathroom has granite countertops with double sinks and a walk-in shower with a bench. There is also a large walk-in closet in the master bath. The guest bedroom features two twin-sized beds. The private washer and dryer are near the entryway.
