It was a great place to stay, my only complaint was that it was too hot inside the unit. We turned the nest thermostat off but the electric baseboard there was no way to turn off so we had to sleep with the sliding glass door open.

Easy check in the condo was exactly as pictured. The view over the lake was beautiful every morning one block away from the bus stop to the Keystone resort. They had a full kitchen with almost all the utensils. All I had to do was text and they brought me a brand new can opener. That was super nice of them.

Very cute condo with a great view of the mountains. The listing isn't very clear but there are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each separated by a tiny accordion style wood door.

The rental was clean, well kept and the perfect location to ski multiple resorts in the same stay. The views from the balcony were gorgeous and perfect for a cup of coffee before getting the day started. Would recommend.

We visited Dillon in March for a spring break ski trip. Condo has all that is needed for four guests to comfortable stay at while only a few minutes from Copper, A-Basin, Breck and Keystone. Needs a few maintenance/painting touch ups, but clean.

We enjoyed our stay for our ski trip. The location was great with its central location to the ski resorts and close to so many yummy restaurants/breweries. The king beds were very comfortable and the view was outstanding! There is a strange, closet size door opening between the two bedrooms with a bifold door/curtain barrier separating the two rooms. That made it a little uncomfortable. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

The condo is in a very old building. the Condo was
clean and fine but nothing special - but priced fairly-
We had asked the property manager a few things an would always get canned answers- and no flexibility. We left a few items behind (as vacationers do sometimes) and contact property management immediately and our items “were never found” well they didn’t fly away, so they wither didn’t bother to look or check or the cleaning services stole the items. Either way, definitely not 4 or 5 service but a solid 3 overall for the place.

Condo was very convenient to skiing, shopping, highways. Easy to access 1st floor unit. Common entry areas could use some freshening up. A hot tub would be nice for the winter months.

Father from FL and adult son from CO weekend getaway during the off season (late October). We appreciated the smart TV set up, which allowed us to use our own apps to watch two Avalanche games and a rare Sunday morning Broncos game. There were a few maintenance items (example: light bulbs out) to which the property management company was responsive. Room temperatures were fine given the cool fall weather. Note for summer guests that the unit does not have air conditioning.

Great location, great condo, very clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, cookware, dinnerware, towels, everything I needed was there! Hair dryers were there too (although it wasn’t listed in the description). The process of checking in and out was great. I loved it there!!

The condo itself was nice for us. It had all the necessary kitchen utensils, nice size bedrooms, updated kitchen, and adequate bathrooms. Only downfall is that the room temperature was difficult to regulate with the instructions to keep thermostat at a specific temp. The condo got quite warm.

Everything was really perfect, location for us was ideal, My cousin and I went to this VRBO for a ski vacation and we were able to ski 4 of the biggest mountains in Colorado with the furthest being 40 mins and the closest was 5mins away, outside the Balcony was Lake Dillon and everywhere you looked was like looking at a Postcard ,would definitely stay here again

Nice well appointed quarters with two private bedrooms and views of nearby hills. Inside bedroom has no window and gets warmer than rest of unit and has its own bathroom. 3 big TVs and convenient location. Overall positive stay with only minor quibbles: kitchen trash can full from prior occupant, some bulbs out, building hot tub not accessible.

We are very sorry that our housekeeping team missed the trash in the kitchen and we have scheduled our maintenance team to take a look at the lighting in the condo to ensure all bulbs are working. This property is not marketed as having access to the communal hot tub because guests do not have access to this amenity. We understand that access to a hot tub is a desirable amenity and we have many properties that do have hot tub access. We appreciate our guests and recognize there are many options in the marketplace.
Condo was centrally located to shopping and many activities. Short drive to 4 or 5 ski resorts and plenty of summer activities as well. You will find most of what you for a weeks stay including nice dishes and linens. Wonderful views from the living room and master bedroom. Check in time is pretty late but a very easy process.

We stayed one night with friends after a long day of skiing/snowboarding on the slopes and it was exactly what we needed. Cozy fireplace, hot shower, great views, and a big comfy bed. Highly recommend.

Unit was a little dirty, pull out couch bed was dirty and sheets did not look clean. Also, the fireplace didn't work, and it was pumping in cold air through the fireplace. Sliding patio door was also letting in a lot of cold air. Wouldn't recommend for the price we paid.

Minus the fact that the sliding glass door in one of the bedrooms was cracked in #111 and I was not able to open that my overall experience was excellent. The condo was clean and spacious. The Lodge was quiet and relaxing place to be after site seeing. The staff texted me prior, during and at check out. Made it easy. I highly recommend The Lodge at Lake Dillon #111.

They definitely paid attention to the small details. Everything was great and kitchen had everything you need and more. Fireplace wouldn’t start & maintenance came within 15 minutes and fixed. Great location with a view of Dillon reservoir and within walking distance of dock, playground & ampitheatre. Beds were very comfortable.

The Lodge at Lake Dillon was lovely. Although it is in a very dated building, the unit itself has been totally updated. It is very comfortable for 2 couples with two king sized beds and 2 full bathrooms. Although the living area is small, the bedrooms are roomy. The best part of the unit is the location right on Lake Dillon. There are great views from one of the bedrooms, the living area and a nice patio. At the time of our stay the gas fireplace wasn't working, so I recommend inquiring about that before your stay to see if has been repaired.

We stayed at The Lodge at Lake Dillon (111) for Fourth of July and daughters birthday gift. The condo was updated beautifully and had everything needed to make our stay amazing.

I think this is a very clean and updated place and I would recommend it but I would also warn someone if they like it really cool at night or a fan on the entire night bring your own fan. The one provided shuts off automatically after 2 hours.

Sitting on the balcony with the lake and mountain views was awesome. The interior remodel from the kitchen to the custom wood bed frames and head board were very nice.

The unit had a great view and was very clean and modern. The building itself is a little dated but no biggie. There was no laundry in the unit and it was a good bit smaller than the pics made it seem but all in all it was nice.

The location is easy to find, walking distance to food drink and fun. The accommodations of the room looked as if it was just remodeled and was done very tastefully. WE both loved the views from the patio drinking morning coffee and watching the wildlife. I will go back soon as this was a Very Very ESP Extra Special Place to Visit. Close to Breck and FREE Bus ride LOVE it.

The condo was extremely well kept and clean. The fire place was very easy to operate which was a perfect addiction to our stay. Overall the unit was amazing and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Our family rented a beautiful home through Summit County Mountain Retreats for the Thanksgiving holiday. After experiencing car trouble in the mountains, we were forced to extend our stay for another 3 nights and were relocated to this beautiful condo on Lake Dillon.
The condo was newly renovated, and equipped with everything we needed for our extended stay. The view through the back door and window were stunning. The condo is conveniently located in the Dillon Town Center so we were able to walk to a breakfast diner and the pub.
In addition, I called the SCMR office 14 times (14 times!!!) through the ordeal. I spoke with Mitch, Katie, and Avery. They were all extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. I will select a SCMR property every single time I travel back to this area of the country. A+
