The location was perfect! All the beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything and more you would need. They even had pump hand soap in the bathrooms which is amazing!! (I hate bar soap in bathrooms). There was a free washer and dryer to use on the 4th floor as well. We would definitely come back and stay here.

We had a fantastic time in Keystone. Jackpine was the perfect location and the layout of our condo worked perfectly for our group. Only complaint is the master bedroom had an awful mattress pad on top that collapsed into the middle...after the first night we just removed it entirely and the mattress underneath was much much better.

This is a great place. We really enjoyed our stay with one exception. The bed in the master bedroom is falling in towards the middle so it creates a bit of a challenge. It should be replaced. Having said that everything else was great. Very roomy with nice amenities. The location was excellent. We will be back.

Our family stayed here right before Christmas, and we were pleased with the condo location, overall condition, and cleanliness. The location is steps from the gondola and in a perfect spot for skiing in to rest or for lunch. It is an older condo but pretty well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was awesome! Except the heater did not work the whole time we were there and alot of the electrical outlets did not work. (but they had space heaters in each closet, so they worked fine and we were all comfortable, however since the outlets were scarce it was hard to stay warm and charge your phones etc) bottom line it worked and we had a great time. I would rent here again and hopefully they will fix those two things. I would recommend this place but if I had little kids there with space heaters this would have been a problem.

Thank you for your review and feedback, there was a heat shut off one day during this guests stay, but this has since been restored!
We had many issues with this condo. The majority of the electrical outlets did not work. There is a blow dryer in each bathroom and neither of them worked. Each bathroom has a shower/tub combination however, neither of the plugs worked in the tubs. There are no screens on the majority of the windows and several of the blinds were a complete mess.
I contacted the management company immediately to voice my concerns. They were prompt to send someone out on the same day but it was awkward to have our family trying to stay out of the way of the maintenance guy. If you are arriving with more than one vehicle, just be aware there is only a parking spot for one car. The other cars must park out in an open parking lot. This is noted in the property description but was a bigger hassle than we anticipated.
The location is good. It’s near a river, shops and the gondola.

Beautiful end unit, but all kinds of construction noise. Keystone is building a huge ski in ski out condo building right across the river from this unit. 7:30 am to 7:30 pm constant construction noise. Constant beep beep beep, and all kinds of construction noise. Half the windows did not have screens, kitchen had only one active outlet, all others were dead,(had to use the toaster in the living room). Refrigerator did not cool properly, we had it on the highest setting and food was barely cool, forget having your beer cold. Great condo, but would of really appreciated if it was disclosed that construction noises would be present.

My guests and I had such a wonderful time staying here. The check in was very easy and the location is just amazing. It is steps to the gondalas and lifts and is located right in the keystone village with rental shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay again! The lockers and amenities were a nice additional surprise. Can’t wait to come back next year!

This unit was great! Right in the village. Very clean and spacious. It notes that it sleeps 8 but really it sleeps 7 as we had to lift up the Day bed to get the other bed out and was a little bit difficult. Other than that the place was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend just bringing an air mattress so you don't have to deal with the day bed.

Jackpine 8022 was absolutely wonderful. It put us right in the middle of everything going on. We had 3 families (total of 8) and we were comfortable the whole time. We had an issue with the fan and light in the living room and the responded within the hour on Super Bowl Sunday!! Highly recommend!

#8022 Jackpine was perfect for our trip with 2 families. It is the closest unit to the RR Gondola and is in the middle of the village shopping, dining, and activities. You can literally see the gondola out the window. It was so easy to grab our rentals, drop the littles at ski school, hit the slopes, and come back to take a break in our unit during the day. The lockers on the first floor of the unit were ample storage and it only took a few steps to get to the gondola. Parking was right in the basement. So easy with small kids. We even went ice skating which was another short walk. The hot tub was close and never crowded. We also enjoyed the many dining options within feet of the condo. We stayed in and cooked a couple times and the condo is fully stocked for all kitchen needs. Overall, the best and easiest ski vacation!
