This spacious home offers two living areas, a fireplace, private hot tub, two balconies to soak up the sun or watch the sunset, two car garage, a washer/dryer set, heated hardwood flooring, a full size chef's kitchen and incredible high-end décor and modern finishes throughout.

This newly constructed 3-story home in Keystone sleeps 12 across two king beds, one queen bed, a full-over-full bunk with twin trundle and a twin daybed with additional twin trundle. It features two living areas, two balconies, full-size chef's kitchen, private two-car heated garage plus modern and luxurious finishes throughout. There is also a brand new private hot tub located on the balcony. Additionally, you are just minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, Frisco and all that Summit County has to offer.

As you enter the property either from the main entrance or via the heated garage, you will find yourself in the oversized mudroom offering hooks and a storage bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. There is also a stacked washer/dryer located in the closet just off this area. Past the closet you will find the lower level guest bathroom on your right, and the second living area on your left. Beyond the second living area is the lower level guest bedroom offering a full-over-full bunk bed and sitting area.

Head upstairs or take the private in-home elevator to the main level where you will find yourself in the beautiful, spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area offers a mounted smart TV, heated hardwood flooring, and a gas fireplace with ample seating. The main balcony is just past the living area and offers beautiful alpine views. The full-size luxury chef's kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and large refrigerator as well as a wine fridge and ample cabinet space. Hosting dinner would be a delight with seating for eight at the dining table as well as room for 4 more at the breakfast bar. Opposite the balcony, you will find the main level guest bathroom and the master bedroom. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity and separate toilet area.

Head up one more level to the top floor where you will find yourself in the loft area. This space offers a dedicated workspace and a twin daybed with additional twin trundle, and two additional bedrooms. The upper-level master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink vanity and separate toilet area. The upper-level guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and single sink vanity.

The property has a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 28 years of age. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights, you will be asked to extend your stay or cancel your reservation. Large events such as weddings and parties are prohibited.

I enjoyed my Birthday here with friends and had the best time. Gorgeous VRBO, stocked with seasonings, games, blankets, towels etc. Amazing staff at Summit County Mountain Retreats. A friend of mine left his watch in one of the rooms and they shipped it to him very fast. I will definitely be returning with my family in the summer!!

Excellent Home

Lubbock TX

This 3 story home is brand new! It was clean, organized, and spacious. Elevator is a plus if traveling with elderly parents (or tired legs from skiing). We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen excellently stocked with appliances, cookware, and serving utensils. As with most VRBOs we bring our own carving knives as most are dull. The home is located just north of the slopes across Highway 6. A bit too far to walk to the slopes but a short drive. Double car garage was large enough for a full-sized GMC Truck and 4Runner. We had one small issue that was fixed promptly by the management company. Overall, this is a fantastic modern home located in a wonderful area. We enjoyed our family ski vacation in Keystone and I would recommend this property.

Nice view, the house is big. Comfortable beds and couches. Nice big fridge and tv in every room. Great place to stay for big families. I am most likely to book this place again when i return to keystone. For me this place was 10 out of 10.

Beautiful and new

The condo is so new and in great condition it was like we were the first ones to stay there! The vacation rental management team was very helpful and checked in on us after checking in and once more to make sure everything was going well. Instructions were clear and helpful to make sure our stay was easy. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the mountains in a quieter area of Colorado!

Great for a Family

This is a beautiful new property and had plenty of room for our family of 9. It was also very clean and comfortable. We did have to call maintenance for a missing glass portion of one of the showers, but they came very quickly and fixed it. The only real issue was that during the last night of our stay the breaker tripped for the refrigerator and all of our food was spoiled by morning. Although we had to throw away a lot of food, I would still give this property 5 stars because I'm sure that issue will be fixed and future guests will love this property.

Good House for a family

HIGHLANDS RANCH CO

Aside from a few things that were broken (closet shelves, tp holder kept falling off wall), and a few missed items that the cleaners missed, the house is terrific and held our family group for a reunion. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious. Probably would put a ceiling fan in each of the upstairs rooms as it was hot. But they had many box fans for use, so that helped. Nice kitchen, great appliances, and roomy space.

We thank you for having taken the time to give us an evaluation of your stay. Had we known about those issues that you found upon arrival, we would have gladly sent our housekeeping and maintenance teams. However, it sounds like overall you had a lovely stay at one of our beautiful houses. We hope to host you again soon!

Amazing!

Beautiful home, everything new, we were with 2 disable people and they have an elevator! At that time there was a construction next to us but we never heard noises or anything that could bother us. We spent great moments there, each bedroom has their own bathroom.
