This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin pull out, and a Murphy bed with a queen memory foam mattress. It features mountain views from the private balcony. It's nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area, and a short drive from Arapahoe Basin. Oro Grande Lodge offers shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.

The entryway offers hooks and a closet to store your gear. The living area features a 50" Smart TV, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. For additional sleeping options there is a queen sleeper sofa and a twin fold-out. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off of the living area is the private balcony that offers beautiful mountain views in the distance and a gas grill.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features tiled granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four with two seats at the breakfast bar. The Murphy bed folds out into a queen-sized bed for extra sleeping arrangements. The full bathroom has a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The spacious bedroom is just down the hall and across from the bathroom. It features a king-sized bed, hardwood floors, Smart TV, working space, and a ceiling fan.

Great place in the Village area

Very clean property. Set up very nicely and equipped well. As this is a seasonal property there is only a boiler going in the winter so if it gets warm there is no A/C option. That wasn't an issue as the weather was good enough to just open the windows and doors. Everything was great other than the layout of where the condo was. The numbering system is a little off and it does not go in order when you get out of the elevator. That being said, once you find the place its easy to get back to.

Nice View of Buffalo Mountain if you can handle the mouse poop

The check-in process is easy enough and very dialed in, because you're working with a professional property management company who handles probably thousands of units in Summit county. Everything is well polished, procedure wise. Our unit happened to be really nice inside and the location was fine for a summer trip. Too far from the resort for convenient winter skiing, but close enough for us to hiking and Dillon amphitheatre. Problem was our deck was unusable due to a ton of mouse poop. We reported it when we saw it, they cleaned it up a few hours later, and it was back the next day. Then we left. So, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy any views of anything.

Thank you for your honest review and feedback! This property is centrally located with in Keystone Resort and is about a 3 minutes walk to the the 1 minute bus right to the base of the mountain! We do apologize that this guest felt they were not able to use their patio during their stay, but we are happy to say this problem has been mitigated since!

Summer in the Mountains

The information provided prior to arrival was timely and accurate. While the unit needs some updating, it was comfortable and adequate for our needs. I would suggest that the cooking supplies be reviewed and supplemented as some items needed are missing. Overall, it was a good stay in a great building.

Great stay in Oro Grande

The condo was really nice and exactly as pictured. Very spacious bedroom and comfy bed. Location was perfect, we wanted a quiet place to decompress and this was it. Very quiet building with beautiful views. Would definitely stay again. We really liked the pizza place in River run. Only negative was the living room furniture. Couches not so good, very uncomfortable. But very happy with our stay.

Lovely quiet stay

Kiddo and I had a great girls weekend in Keystone at this rental. I’ve stayed with SCMR many times over the last few years and I always find their rentals to be the best. No access card pickup this time, just a code that was emailed to me the day before, not sure if that is a new feature across the board for SCMR rentals or just this location, but it was extremely convenient. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and the location was quiet. We loved the indoor pool! I will say that the sleeper sofa was really difficult to open, seems like the springs in it have seen better days. Other than that everything was exactly as we needed and we had a great time.

Great facilities and the whole place to ourselves

We absolutely loved staying at the Oro Grande. I think we lucked out because it seemed like the entire building was empty! The laundry was cheap and the pool area was wonderful. One downside is that you were not supposed to bring any beverages into the pool, kind of lame but I understand why. This specific unit was excellent. The sleeping situations were comfortable. I don't think I would change a thing. The heated parking was fantastic. The only thing I would say is I wasn't sure how to get more towels.

Praise for the Bearadise 2.0

Upon checking into this spacious 1BR home, we were pleasantly surprised at the layout, decor, cleanliness, and well-appointed kitchen. We appreciated the heated garage, the short distance to walk to the Peru ski lift, the view of the hillside out the living room window, and the general quiet ambiance of the building. This condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean and well maintained with all of the cooking necessities we needed. The balcony is small but has tow chairs and a small gas grill which was great for grilling a couple of steaks. I would gladly stay here again.

Great Place To Stay In Keystone

The unit was clean and well stocked. We had some trouble with the satellite Dish system needing to be re-booted a couple of times because it lost the signal, but other than that, everything was great. We enjoyed the roominess of the bedroom and double sink in the bathroom. We would return to this unit again in the future if it's available.

Property was good value. Maintenance came in while we were out to remove damaged screen. Feel we should have been notified of them entering our rental. Otherwise all was well.

Good value but not the newest or nicest unit. Had no major issues but the kitchen cooking utensils definitely need a refresh or a better cleaning.
