We value each client, which is the reason we offer five different management programs. The needs of each client varies so we created a spectrum of management programs ideal for any Summit County homeowner. The vast majority of our Clients choose our Platinum program. It is designed to offer a complete suite of services for Clients who prefer turnkey management services with the specific intention of maximizing profits. Once your property is integrated into our system all marketing, management and maintenance is handled by our staff. The marketing and maintenance arms of the Platinum program have built-in flexibility, allowing homeowners to choose what works best for their property. For homeowners that want more control, we also offer two hybrid programs, Gold and Silver management. These offer some features of traditional full-service management and a rent-by-owner program. Lastly, area homeowners who only need service for their electronic door locks can sign up for our complimentary service.
