The full-size kitchen offers granite countertops, a coffee maker and coffee, and all the essential cookware + tableware to make a delicious meal. Enjoy your meal at the breakfast bar, which seats four or the dining table with seating for six. Just off the kitchen is an updated half bathroom. The living area includes a wood burning fireplace, flatscreen TV, and comfortable, modern furnishings with a queen sized sleeper sofa. Head outside to the patio to soak in the crisp mountain air and enjoy the treed surroundings with a serine river just steps away.
The primary bedroom is located upstairs and down the hall, and features a queen-size bed, flatscreen TV, and a private balcony overlooking the river and mountains. There is an en suite bathroom with granite counter tops and an updated shower/tub combination.
The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a second private balcony and its own entrance into the shared bathroom that is tastefully updated and includes a walk-in shower and granite countertops. For your convenience, all bathrooms are stocked with an initial supply of toiletries. The third bedroom is just down the hallway and features a twin over queen bunkbed with a closet and mountain decor.
*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 28 years of age or older and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.
