This spacious multi-level 2-bedroom + Loft, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 10 with a new king bed, new queen bed, two twin-over-full bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. It features an upgraded full size kitchen with granite countertops, in unit washer / dryer and a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings. The living room, master bedroom, and private balcony offer unimpeded views of Lake Dillon and the mountains in the distance. This rental also includes use of a private mid-sized garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements and one additional free parking space. The nearby shuttle stop makes for an easy ride to the slopes. Lake Forest condominiums offer shared amenities including three outdoor hot tubs, shared gas grills, and an outdoor seating area.

The entryway has a storage closet for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, ampe seating, incredible mountain views and a flat screen TV. The private balcony can be accessed through the living area and offers incredible mountain and treed views with outdoor seating.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features beautiful new granite countertops. You will also find the in unit private washer and dryer in a closet at the far end of the kitchen. The dining area comfortably seats six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and offers a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and its own separate access to the private balcony. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. The shower and toilet area are separated by a door for added privacy. The first guest bedroom is located on the loft level and has a queen-sized bed, vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan. The loft features two twin-over-full bunk beds. The second guest bathroom has a single sink vanity.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 24 years of age or older.

Heater and fireplace was not working first night and tech came next day he was able to fix the problem, the temp was 32 and rooms was very cold, I asked the rep for credit for 1 night, they refused

Very happy 1 night stay

We were very comfortable in this spacious condo.
We had 5 adults staying overnight. Easy access,Very clean, hot tub had easy access and very clean, beautiful view of Dillon and mountains. The only negative, we slsept with the slider and windows open for some fresh, cool air, but the noise from the road below was a bit loud. In the winter or cooler months this would not be an issue This would not deter us to rent again!

Nice location. Cleaning and maintenance were acceptable but could be better. Main floor bathroom smelled musty. Appliances were old. garage is too small to park in. The TV is small and we couldn't use it. Nice balcony looking out over the reservoir. It worked for our short stay.

We had a group of four us. The condo had plenty of space for us, both sleeping and hanging out. Everything in the condo was in good shape. The bunkbeds were even comfortable for full grown men. I'd stay here again without a 2nd thought! Also the property management company was very responsive.

Ok condo with a few management glitches

Clean condo overlooking Dillon reservoir. Fireplace not working despite our following the instructions. Check in is fine if you have a cell connection (which most phone carriers do not have there)- if not you are out of luck. Most of their entry instructions by text do not include the actual unit #. Beware- check in is VERY LATE- 4:30 pm. Nice hot tubs, dated condo but like most other rentals. Nice view of rez

Clean but had some maintenance issues

Beautiful view next next to the lake. Convenient location. Our only minor issues were a humidifier was broken and the fireplace igniter didn’t work. We bought a lighter from a gas station to get the fireplace pilot light going, then it was fine (labeling the wall switches would also help). We enjoyed our stay and have no qualms about using them again.

Holiday Ski Trip

Condo is conveniently located off Highway 70 in Frisco. 10 Minute drive to CopperMountain where we skied. Access to condo was convenient, and communication from host/management was excellent. If you enjoy spa, then you will not have far to walk, just across from the condo. Unit itself was spacious for 6. Would stay again for future trip.

Great place for a family!

This is a beautiful, roomy place to stay with a family. It was in tip top shape, had a lovely living room and kitchen and a wonderful master bath and shower. We stayed there as a band, after playing a wedding so we weren't there long. The only thing to pay attention to is that when you think it sleeps 10, 4 of those beds are 2 people sleeping in them, so for grown adults who do not want to sleep together, there may be less people who can use this place. Next time I will rent this AND another room or two to have enough beds. But it was a lovely place!!!

There are two queen beds, one upstairs and a sleep sofa. The king bed in the master now has two XL twin beds that could be separated if a guest wishes to do so. Beautiful View and Convenient

The three bedroom townhouse was very clean and can easily accommodate up to 8 people (even 10 with small kids). I highly recommend this unit & would rent it again. Very convenient to the ski resorts (Keystone- 15 min, Breckinridge - 15 min, Copper Mtn - 12 min, and Vail - 30 min). Frisco has really good restaurants and grocery stores.
The unit has all the necessary amenities including hair dryers, initial shower toiletries, and kitchen utensils. The view over Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains is gorgeous. A couple of notes: the one car garage is only good if one has like a Prius or a Corrola, my Ford Ranger (mid-size truck) did not fit inside the garage (more like a big storage closet) and the other note is the lack of cleaning of snow and ICE on the roadways, walkways and roads are slick.

Some might say you were so lucky to experience Summit County during a snowy weekend, which would result in the snow and ice on the roadways. The perfect condo for our family getaway

The space fit our needs perfectly and had everything we could want. The rental was exactly as stated and was clean and well maintained. We got a text before arrival with the link to the guidebook and reminding us of the door codes, so I didn't have to dig back through emails to find what we needed. We really enjoyed being so close to Frisco and the bicycle paths, and it was perfect watching the sunrises from the patio with a cup of coffee and sitting by the fire in the evenings. The kids loved having their own space and the bunk beds were a big hit!
