About the property

There is no better mountain escape than this brand new luxurious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath vacation home that is located across the street from the ski lifts of Keystone, a mile from River Run Village and just down the street from The River Course golf course. This newly constructed 4-story home in Keystone sleeps 13 across two king beds, two queen beds, a twin-over-queen bunk, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features two living areas, two balconies, full-size chef's kitchen, private two-car heated garage plus modern and high-end finishes throughout. There is also a brand new private hot tub located on the balcony. Additionally, you are just minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, Frisco and all that Summit County has to offer.

As you enter the property either from the main entrance or via the heated garage, you will find yourself in the oversized mud room offering hooks and a storage bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. Use the private elevator to quickly access the first, second, and third floor. On the second floor, or the main entry level, there is a spacious second living area on your left with incredible mountain decor, a smart T.V. and a queen size sleeper sofa with a private balcony overlooking Keystone and surrounding rocky mountains. Beyond the second living area are three guest bedrooms, the first offering a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second features a king-size bed and ensuite bedroom. The third offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a sitting area. There is also a wine cooler, a wet bar area, and a full bathroom featuring a double vanity and a steam shower.

The third floor features a half bath in the hallway and two more bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity and separate toilet area. In addition, there is a washer and dryer located in the closet for your convenience. Across the hall is the fourth guest bedroom featuring another queen guest suite with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Head up to the fourth floor or take the private in-home elevator to the top level where you will find yourself in the beautiful, spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area offers a 65" Smart TV, heated hardwood flooring, and a gas fireplace with a huge, comfortable couch. The main balcony is just past the living area and offers beautiful views of Keystone Ski Resort. The full-size luxury chef's kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and large refrigerator as well as a wine fridge and ample cabinet space. Hosting dinner would be a delight with seating for 10 at the dining table as well as room for 5 more at the breakfast bar. Opposite the balcony, you will find the back patio area with a large top of the line propane grill that overlooks the oversized hot tub in the backyard.

We stayed at this house for three nights. It was two families with kids and the house is designed perfectly for two families, with one floor having three bedrooms and a washer/dryer and another floor having two bedrooms with another washer/dryer. It is in a great location, very close to the ski resorts. I loved that the dining table seats 10, which allowed us to eat together and plenty of room for everyone to hang out either together or separately. The blinds do not block out light so as soon as the sun is up, your room is pretty bright. The garage code never worked for us and I let them know, but their only response was "is it still not working" and when I replied that it wasn't working, I did not get any further responses. So every single time we came back to the property, someone had to go inside and open the garage door from the inside. The showers were also lukewarm at best throughout our stay. The first night, we all individually thought it was because everyone was showering at once, but the second day, we realized it was an ongoing problem. I again alerted them. They responded several hours later asking if I wanted maintenance to come by. We said yes and to their credit, someone showed up pretty fast, but it was still not fixed and we had another night of lukewarm showers. I let them know and there was someone there to fix it as we were checking out. The kitchen is decently stocked, but we noted a few items that would've been helpful - a couple of bigger bowls, a strainer for pasta and maybe a bigger pot. But if you are not cooking anything complicated, you should be fine. Overall, gorgeous property in gorgeous location, but the responsiveness could definitely be improved.

I’m thinking we were maybe the second or third family to stay in the house. The ovens had not been used yet, and the blinds had been delivered but not installed in the living room. So needless to say the house was in wonderful condition. The kitchen could have used a few more cooking utensils and dish rags. And our large group could have used some separate towels for the hot tub. In the queen suite the outside security light is installed next to the window.
None of these comments in anyway would make your stay miserable this house is amazing and steps away from the mountain.
