This newly updated 3-bedroom + HUGE LOFT bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 10 with 2 master king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle below, and large private loft with (2) twin beds plus (1) twin trundle below (8 Beds!). Perfect for 2 families! It features beautiful, panoramic slope views from the private balcony. Enjoy the private indoor hot tub with slope views and watch night skiing from your private hot tub. No car needed - easily walk to shops and restaurants. Everything is close by, Mountain House Base Area lifts are a short 6 minute walk away or only a few minutes via the free shuttle and River Run is just 10 minutes walk down the nature path.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and asked to lengthen your stay or have your reservation cancelled.

The entryway features mounted hooks, benches, and several cubbies to store your gear as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV, a wood burning fireplace and cozy furniture. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers beautiful, panoramic slope views and overlooks the nearby wetlands. You might spot an elk, or fox while drinking your morning coffee.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats 8. The private indoor hot tub is just off the dining area. It features two large windows for panoramic views of the mountains. The first of two full bathrooms is located down the hall and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private washer and dryer and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity and a shower tub combo. The first guest bedroom also features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom has a twin over double bed with a trundle twin bed. Both guest bathrooms have a single sink vanity and a walk-in showers, and enjoy the steam shower adjacent to the hot tub. Upstairs is a large loft area with (3) twin beds.

NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in the unit, balcony or common areas. This is a smoke free building and complex. There is a $300 fine for smoking.

This vacation rental offers two parking spaces in a open parking lot.

Lovely unit and well appointed. Loved the two en-suite bathrooms. Absolutely loved the view. The chairs on the deck need to be replaced, they are splintered and falling apart. Aside from the chairs, everything else was lovely.

Great unit, some maintenance issues.

Two families (4 adults, 5 kids total) shared this unit for 5 days. While the facilities and location were great, there were some problems that weren't really addressed by the maintenance team. First, the lockbox didn't work upon arrival and we couldn't get the key to enter. After a very long day of travel, this was a really unwelcome hassle. After trying everything, we called maintenance. The guy who arrived was very friendly and helpful, but he also couldn't get the lockbox open. He wound up giving us the emergency key, so I hope they fixed this problem for the next party that arrived! Second, the hot tub in the unit (which was absolutely gorgeous!) worked on the first day but then stopped heating up. Multiple calls to maintenance. Eventually someone came and switched a breaker. We had asked multiple times by phone and text if we should try doing that, and were told not to. After that it did heat up v-e-r-y slowly, so that after another 24 hours we could just barely use it. So we were able to use the hot tub 2/4 days we were there. Finally, though the dishwasher ran, we found that even with good pre-rinsing everything was a little cruddy. We had to re-wash most of the load by hand. Eventually we stopped trying and just did all the dishes by hand. These are not huge issues, but we were disappointed that they were brushed off by the maintenance team. Otherwise, it was a great unit and we had a lovely time. Kitchen was well equipped, bedding was sufficient, we enjoyed the fireplace stocked with wood and especially the heated bathroom floors.

Thank you for leaving us a detailed review. We have replaced the lockbox at this time. We went to the property multiple days in a row to investigate the hot tub and found it to be in use each time.

Great place for family

This was a great rental on the top floor which provided vaulted ceilings and excellent views of the slopes. The maintenance for this unit was unsatisfactory. Hot tub didn’t work. The kitchen faucet was completely disconnected and the coffee maker was broken (a crisis in our home). If management paid a little more attention to details it could have been a perfect place. Also, don’t consider walking in ski boots to the lift. Too far.

We thank you for having taken the time to give us an evaluation of your stay. Had we known about that, we’d have gladly taken care of this right away.

Beautiful, yet disappointing

Your condo home was lovely and very comfortable. It was also very well cleaned, except for the hot tub. I expected clean water in the tub, as promised prior to our arrival. However, the water was disgustingly filthy.
I don’t know where the breakdown in communication was, but obviously the water was not changed prior to our arrival as promised.
I wish I could give your beautiful condo a 5 in my review, but sadly, I cannot.

We are so sorry to hear about this. Had we known you had issues with the hot tub at check in, we would have sent someone out right away to address this. We do also require our staff to take pictures of the hot tubs prior to arrival and after reviewing the photos on the day of your arrival we see that the water in the hot tub was clean. Thanks for the feedback!

Amazing Mountain Retreat

We spent a wonderful week with amazing friends enjoying the beautiful view from this condo. The fireplace was wonderful!!! The condo was well equipped and the property management company was amazing! I loved that they were very proactive with their communications, answering our questions before we had an opportunity to ask or even think of them. Beautiful updated condo in Keystone

We just loved the condo in Keystone - very nicely and clean and plenty of room - the views were just amazing. We will be staying here again. Only bad part they only allow 2 cars parked overnight - but other than that - we loved it!

Location and views highlighted our stay. The unit is really perfect for that family get away. It’s designed so a lot of people can enjoy the living spaces and not feel overcrowded. Kitchen is certainly adequate and bathrooms are large enough. Laundry and hot tub are a bonus.

Beautiful place with everything we needed. Loved the view and enjoyed the evening in the in house hottub overlooking the mountain. Everything was great except the last day the front door combo was changed and we were not notified. Also the ice maker did not work.

The HOA manages the common area doors and they updated the door code without notifying us. Location, location, location!

A great stay in a great unit. Great view. Even with Keystone closed for season, still easy walk to a couple restaurants, a bar, market. Ect. 5 minutes from A Basin and a beautiful 15 minute drive to Breck. Service staff was very friendly.

This location was perfect for our family and extended family. The large beds were comfy, the sofa was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen well appointed for all cooking need (including a crock pot) and the view wonderful! Clean and gorgeous. The elevator was a big help for grandmother coming with us and being up all the bags/food for the week

Heaven in Atumn

Two of our friends from back East came out here to see the leaves and we planned it perfectly. Both of them have walking issues and we were delighted to find a condo with easy entrance and an elevator. The condo really impressed our guests and we made ourselves at home immediately. The view out the windows was spectularly gorgeous. We did not get to enjoy the deck very long as we had rain, but both of our friends commented on the chairs as they were comfortable. We found everything clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed Keystoe Cafe for breakfast one morning, they were very friendly and fun to be around. Will certainly keep this one in our file for future use.

We loved this property. The view was outstanding! The rooms comfortable and plenty of towels. Our kids stayed in the loft and thought it was the best thing! Also loved having 2 master suites as our group had 2 families staying there. We wished the kitchen was a little better stocked for cooking. But had enough to make it work. This condo is in an excellent central location to everything in the mountains. Easy drive into Denver as well, a little over an hour to downtown Denver.

Wonderful Condo, Awesome Views, Service Both Good & Not So Good

The condo is large and first-class. Wonderful views of the mountain slope. A hot tub in the unit itself! Amazing! Very nice kitchen, well-equipped, clean, pleasant. 3 full baths, all very nice. Gets a little stuffy so you have to open windows and then the roadway traffic is noisy at night, but few real downsides. Staff person named Dustin is phenomenal - came at 3 am, solved problems, super smart yet humble and very effective in terms of addressing the problem. Overall, a terrific experience and all staff tried their best but some follow-through wasn't what we had hoped, especially when the dishwasher didn't work and no one ever showed up to fix it or even inspect it. Far more pluses than minuses here - would definitely recommend this property.

First of June Get-Away

We had a wonderful stay here from May 30 - June 3rd. The condo was just as nice as the photos portrayed. We had plenty of room for 4 adults with 2 of them working remotely for several days. It was a great location to the grocery, REI, other shopping, hiking, and Keystone Resort. The kitchen had everything you could need, and we enjoyed both the fireplace on a chilly and rainy evening, as well as the hot tub after a long hike. The week we visited was fairly quiet in the area. It was a great get-away and we highly recommend this property.

The condo was more than we were expecting (and we’ve traveled quite a bit). It was very clean and spacious with breathtaking views. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had every amenity that we needed to cook with. The management company gave clear instructions for checking in/out, recommendations on rentals/restaurants/etc while there, and texted to checkin and see if we had any issues (we did not). We will definitely stay here in the future and with this company!

We are glad to hear that this guest was able to enjoy the breathtaking views, the comfortability of the beds, and the amenities in the kitchen that this unit has to offer. We hope to host these guests again in the future for their stay in Summit County!

Wow we were spoiled stay here! The condo was just beautiful and all set up for families who love to ski. the hot tub with views was our favorite. Very nice location and place with a fewhiccups

Location is great. Unit is on the 4th Floor but with an elevator. We had major issues with the refrigerator and the replacement fridge died as well. The company was quick to respond and bring a new one. The hot tub was awesome and the place spotless.
