This is a great 3 bed 3 full bath property right next to Keystone resort and very close to A Basin which is just up the road. Very spacious, great view, 2 main rooms had their own bathrooms and separate (kids) room had its own bathroom as well just separated. The building the property is in has many shops located within in which was very convenient. Shared Hot tub was very hot which was great since most aren't.

This was a luxurious space with all the amenities you need. I enjoyed the extra bathroom, comfortable living space and kitchen.

Staying here for our ski vacation was easy, even though we arrived on Christmas day when everything was closed. The one little challenge we had figuring out how to get in (it was simpler than we thought), was quickly addressed with a phone call that was answered by the property management emergency line. The property management company was highly communicative and professional, and made everything great. Thanks!

We were very satisfied with the accommodations. The property was clean, and spacious. We found it to be very convenient location near River Run Village.

Loved the condo, was very roomy and well-appointed, having everything we needed for our stay. The towels and linens looked to be brand new, and the furnishings were comfortable. Loved the two balconies, the mountain view, and the quiet. A fantastic property!

The property was really spacious with plenty of room for 6 adults plus 3 babies. All the information for check in & using the facility during our stay was very thorough. It made the stay very easy. The location was great for the mountains!

I was skiing with 2 other people from work. The setup was perfect where each person had own bedroom/bathroom for privacy. The common area was perfect and we spent time there after a couple of long days of skiing. Good little setup here!

We stayed there for a wedding in A-basin. Very comfortable, clean and roomy. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the location. Would stay there again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo - lots of space for everyone to spread out. Super comfy beds. Kitchen well equipped. Having 3 bathrooms was the icing on the cake. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We popped over to Breckenridge and Frisco twice - very easy drive. I think the one thing that could have let us sleep a bit better would be more fans. There were only 2 for 3 bedrooms. It is great to have the windows open to enjoy the cool nights but as this unit is located over the garage, it is nice to have "white noise" to both cool the room and block the sound of the garage door operating. We would definitely recommend this unit. And, the management company does a great job.

Great condo, great view, great location with only a short walk to River Run. Also the red bus runs on a set schedule (every 20 min.) picking you up at the Gateway front entrance and dropping you off at River Run.
Note: The entrance door threshold needs to be screwed to the floor.

This unit is much more spacious than many on the rental market. The unit is in excellent condition and was very clean. Master and second bedroom beds were quite comfortable. We did not use the third bedroom with bunk bed. Note that the bunk bed room is adjacent to the living room so noise could be a problem if occupants turn in earlier than the rest of the group. Check-in and check out was easy. Location was good -- we skied at A-Basin. We would definitely return!

We were traveling as 2 families with a total of 3 children and found this to be comfortable for all of us. The views would be great in any season and the location was excellent. Close to the slopes, a small grocery store that wasn't overpriced in the same building, nice small heated pool and hot tub. The first thing my son said when we got there was how fancy it was. It really was a nice place! Only complaint was the ski locker key was nowhere to be found, but that is a very minimal issue. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking affordable comfort.

very comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated, perfect location, well appointed kitchen. only complaint, we never found the key to the ski locker. we used the ski room, just could not open our locker. overall a wonderful rental. we will definitely come again.

The Gateway building in front of the slopes far surpassed our expectations. We will definitely stay here again! The staff are friendly and helpful, Condo 5015 was very spacious, clean, and the views of the slopes were magnificent! We were worried about staying in Keystone and really wanted to stay in Breckenridge, but we are so glad we didn't. We saved a lot of money and had a wonderful time.

You can see keystone mountain from the Windows! The condo is very nice with plenty of space for 3 couples and a baby! The pool and hot tub were a plus too!

We absolutely loved the condo, it was so close to River Run Village. Check in process was very easy. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. All the information on the portal was very clear. I liked the garage parking so we would not be so cold loading and unloading the car. Would rent again for sure.

We celebrated my friend's 50th and the place could have not been more perfect. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal, perfect living room setting to talk and drink wine. All the rooms were super clean and comfortable. The location was great for both hiking and food. Two great restaurants only a few steps away! Can't wait to visit again.

We just returned from a great visit to Keystone! Gateway 5015 was the perfect place to spend our vacation! The condo is spacious, clean, and has all the comforts of home. The check-in/check-out process could not have been easier. We loved each of the rooms, giving us enough room to spread out even with 7 people! Three full baths meant never having to wait for the bathroom. The view of Keystone from the balcony cant't be beat! We highly recommend this unit and would love to return in the future!

Everything was great - would love to stay here again - great layout and everything was right there. Only issue is that the pool didn't have a bathroom and you had to go to the lobby for that.

Great condo. Wish the description would have specified "no ski locker" and specified "washer & dryer inside unit". We were prepared to store skis in locker and do laundry in community laundry. Both were wrong, to our disappointment and to our delight. Neither issue is a deal breaker, or deal maker - but we like to be prepared and know what to expect.

We were highly impressed with the condo. It was very nicely decorated with some great personal touches. We had 5 fantastic days of skiing. We chose to rent an overnight locker for the skis which suited our needs very well. Also I just want to add that the process from start to finish with the Management company was excellent. We were well informed and well taken care of.

Overall, I was very pleased with the property. Except for a few key problems that were eventually resolved,it certainly was one of the most spacious I have ever rented. The kitchen was well equipped and towels were plenty. We never did find the outdoor grill, but it was not really needed. The views of the mountain were wonderful and the location was great. The one negative was that the third bedroom was not really ideal for an adult as it is off the living room, but might be better for kids or young adult.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gateway #5015. The home is very nice, and in a great location. It's not in the village, but was walkable to the slopes. We would stay here again. Our only complaints were that the instructions from the management company to get to the Gateway garage were not well worded, we never found the ski locker key, and there were no towels down at the pool despite the instructions. Otherwise, the condo was very clean and worked perfectly for our family vacation. thank you!

It was a lovely condo, close to everything. It was clean, and plenty of space for six of us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and it was so quiet. Definitely would love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gateway #5015! The location was great and we could walk to River Run Village or take a very short bus ride which was great for the days we skied. The unit was clean and maintained well. The 5 of us had more than enough room to spread out and relax after long days of skiing.
Our only complaint was the heat. We never used the heaters (radiator type units mounted along the baseboards) yet the temperature inside stayed over 70 degrees at night. The maintenance personnel came to check for us very promptly when we called and the only explanation was the heat is caused by adjacent units or the facility heaters and equipment. Opening windows (when the temperature was well below 20-30 degrees) was the only option to keep the temperature at a reasonable level.

We had a wonderful time. Location is so convenient. Quiet. Good views of slopes at Keystone. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. 3 bathrooms were super. Well-stocked kitchen. Living room comfortable. Nice dining room table. Loved having heated garage just an elevator ride away. Kids liked pool.

The condition of the property was outstanding. We had a great time. They do have some issues with the sewer line in the guest toilet on the day we left (similar to previous reviews) but it did not affect our stay. We advised management and hopefully they get it correct. Otherwise it was an outstanding rental.

I actually hate reviewing this, bc I'd rather it stay our little secret. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked longer as soon as we walked through the door. We highly recommend this unit! The only small issue was a plumbing issue in the MB. There were plungers available, but the Herculean effort was of no use even though it wasn't a major deposit, which makes me think there is a bigger issue that needs addressing. Even with that, we would return without blinking.

Our stay was very comfortable.Very nice place. Only two things i might mention is coffee was available but no condiments. (like what they use in hotels). And the ice make didn't seem to make ice very quick and not even full trays. Other than that great stay!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our two teenagers. Plenty of room, very nice layout, everything to feel like home without being there. They even had a small library that allowed me to read a book I enjoyed that I probably wouldn't have known to try. Location was perfect-centrally located within Keystone Resort. As remote or as close to activities as you want to feel.
