Rented this same room 2 years ago, so was very happy to be able to get it again. The only thing I forgot was it was on the side of the highway, so it was noisy if you wanted the windows open. Other than that, it was perfect for us. Just wanted a few days away. This is a great location. Room is clean and comfortable.

A wonderful place to stay ! Perfect location clean and comfortable and well stocked kitchen . Hummingbirds so fun to watch it would be a great place to have a feeder. Code and check in all worked very smooth , great access to bike trail and golf course . Only negative would be ants and maintenance on the back patio . Would definitely return ��

The common areas were a little dingy. The pool area had a weird smell and there were lots of dead bugs in the pool

Very nice studio with 5 min ski shuttle to gondola. Room as described cozy fireplace & great bed. Pool/ jacuzzi area convenient & can get crowded. underground parking amazing & let us keep car during day after checkout. very much appreciated! will stay again!

The accommodations were very nice. The lobby area with the fireplace and seating was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were good. We rented our skis from Breeze ski rentals, which is conveniently located in the building. Lots of walkable food and beverage places. The indoor parking is fantastic especially when it snows 8" overnight. We had an issue where we had to call the service number, someone answered righ away and was able to help up very quickly. Over all it was a great time.

The 4:30 check in is too late. The 10:00 a.m. check-out is ridiculous, especially for a ski resort. The people above us decided to what sounded like where their ski boots around the room till 1:00 a.m. and starting again at 6:00 a.m. . The whole place smelled like pot but that's Colorado.

My wife and I stayed here three nights and this unit worked out great for us. The descriptions were all completely accurate, no surprises, and everything worked well (TV, AC, wifi, windows, bathroom, coffeemaker, etc). The covered parking is a plus. We'd definitely stay here again.

Ideal room with quick access to slopes

This was my 2nd stay at Gateway #5072 and it was just what I needed. I've lived in Colorado for over 50 years but moved out of state 4 years ago. When I come back it is to ski and not waste time. I love that the shuttle stops right in front of the building. After a full day of skiing, it's nice to soak in the indoor hot tub and relax the knees and muscles. The room is not large, but since I'm alone, the room suites me perfectly. The kitchenette allows me to fix simple meals quickly and have plenty of time to rest up for the next day on the slopes. I will be back in the future.

Gateway condos areclose walking distance to River Run Gondola. #5072 was an excellent choice for myself and friend. King size bed was very comfortable. The sofa did fold out to full size but bed if needed, but we did not use it. The blinds in the Window were nice but do need a new rod to be able to open. And close them conveniently. Overall this condo was perfect.

Amazing Thanksgiving Ski trip!

This place is amazing! It has everything you could need in a condo. It’s clean, well maintained and very cozy. The fireplace is a huge bonus after a long day on the slopes as well as the hot tub and pool inside the building. The heated parking garage is fantastic with ski storage just steps away from your vehicle. The Gateway has quite a few amenities such as a Cafe, and nice little coffee shop and liquor store/ convenience store near the lobby. And it’s only a 5 min walk to Dercum Square or take the free bus straight to River Run Gondola.
The only issue we had was our garage code didn’t work upon arrival but a quick phone call to Sally, and it was resolved in minutes. SCMR is a great management company, I’ve used them in the past and customer service is top notch! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Condo was well equipped and large. Well stocked with towels. Some issues getting into the unit before and during stay. Couldn't reach a person at Property Management Company. (They eventually called back). Would stay again. B+

Surprisingly well-equipped little studio condo - plenty of dishes, toilet paper, paper towels, decent towels & bedding, comfortable bed & convenient location with a coffee shop & brewery in the building. It was a hot summer night, so like most Summit County condos, underperforming or no AC so it was a little warm (fans helped) but road noise was pretty loud with the windows open. Super easy contactless check-in & checkout

This unit was comfortable with nice furniture and amenities. The lodging is close to the ski area and on shuttle routes. Only suggestion is to provide a map on how to walk to base areas. With ski boots and gear it was tricky, there is a wetland area between the lodging and the base area we were going for. Walking routes to the base would help. Lodging staff very helpful I called once for help operating the fireplace and they responded several times but I was too busy skiing at that point :) Would definitely recommend this rental. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect! We had to quickly change plans, and we are SO thankful we were able to book here. It was beautiful. Centered right in the middle of restaurants and local outings. Sarah was a phenomenal help. She made it so easy for us to decide the day of that Summit County Mountain was where we wanted to stay. We even extended our trip an extra day!

The condo was very cozy and just as described. It had all the necessary things we needed to make a good breakfast before heading out on the slopes. We definitely enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing. IT was small but the perfect size for just the 2 of us and could fit 2 more with the pull out couch.

It was clean and comfortable. Deco was cute. There is a cafe downstairs which is convenient. Pool was nice, cool set-up. Didn't need to contact anyone but I bet they would've been helpful. Only thing was no deadbolt or chain on the door and my 2 year old was able to open the door.

This condo worked out very well for us! It was my husband and I and our 6.5 month old baby. We got there late at night after both a flight and rental car delay, so having the parking garage and the condo entry by keycode was a huge help. The location was perfect - my husband skied at Loveland and A-Basin, while the baby and I hiked and shopped around Keystone, Dillon, and Silverthorne. Having the cafe and saloon in the same lot worked out well...great food, too! The first night I had the baby use the hide-a-bed, but in the morning I discovered that the mattress seemed to be the only thing that could use a little upgrade. The carpet and rug were so clean and soft that we actually made the baby's bed on the floor the nights following. The bed and pillows were super comfy! The bathroom was clean and nice sized. The kitchenette was helpful - the sink and fridge definitely came in handy.

Great, convenient condo with all basic necessities for a ski trip. We are not needy travelers and used the condo mostly for sleeping, and were gone all day on the ski hills, so we didn’t need any of the amenities of the building, but it looked like it had a pool, etc. The shuttle services conveniently picks you up at the front door. Covered parking was also convenient since it snowed non-stopped every day, so it was nice not having to clean the car. Room was spacious.
