This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful views of Keystone Lake and the mountains. Ideally located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps from shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. Guests of Lakeshore have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.

The living area features a flat screen TV next to a beautiful gas fireplace and picture frame window offering beautiful mountain and lake views. There is a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with beautiful mountain views beyond.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity for guests and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The bedroom has its own entrance to the guest bathroom and its own private single sink vanity.

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. Keystone Getaway

Cozy Condo

I spent a week at this condo while visiting my kid who works locally.

My intention was to work, cook and be in proximity to activities, restaurants, etc and was able to do all of that from Lakeshore. WiFi was solid, kitchen had everything I needed and location was great for views and nature walks in between zoom meetings.

There were a few minor maintenance issues that were addressed quickly and the check in and support during the stay from the management company was great.

Notables: I could never regulate the temperature. It ran very hot even when I resorted to completely turning off the thermostat and cracking open windows and running a fan (low of 65 high of 80!). Also while I never heard my side neighbors, the upstairs neighbors movements were really loud. Think they had kids but definitely could hear their movements through the ceiling.

All in all, great spot and would return.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. It’s nice to know that our staff helped you enjoy your stay. Even with the thermostat off in the unit, the building heat is still on and we unfortunately have no control over it. We recommend closing the blinds during the day to keep the sun out, opening a window, or using a fan that is stored in the closet to help cool the unit down.

Fantastic winter Holiday!

We had a fabulous stay in this property. It is as advertised! The property management staff was great communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. Wonderful relaxing place

This unit was so perfect. Location was just above the large lake at keystone. I could hear the bubbling fountain in the lake from my unit. It was utter peace. Walking around the lake, having breakfast at the cafe overlooking the lake was just steps away. The hot tub and pool were a walk away and I had the whole pool house to myself. The unit is so tastefully decorated and so much space for storage. Everything here was top notch and exactly what I needed.

Overall Very Nice!

Overall, this place was very nice. It is in nice shape, and is right on the lake. The bed was super comfortable-great mattress. The only thing that was a bit odd is that the place was 82 degrees inside when I got there at 8pm. I had to air the place out to cool it down. It didn't take long, and I was able to keep the inside temp where I like it pretty easily by keeping the windows cracked. The kitchen had what anyone would need to cook, and there was a little coffee and sugar. The tv in the bedroom worked well, but the tv in the family room couldn't connect to the satellite or something... The condo was in EASY walking distance to the conference center. It literally took me about 3 minutes to get there each morning. Picking up the keys from the centralized location was clear and easy, though it would be nice to have the key be within walking distance of the unit... I would definitely consider staying here again! Nice, clean, cozy place.

Often times guests will experience a warm temperature when arriving to the property initially. This property does not have air conditioning so the heat from the common areas tends to warm up the unit after it has been cleaned since all windows have been closed for an extended period of time. We do provide a fan in each bedroom closet to help with the heat. I always recommend opening up a window to let in that cool mountain air, it really helps cool the unit off.
