This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom top floor condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and sleeper sofa. This condo features beautiful views of Keystone Lake from the balcony, and a one car garage. In the fall of 2020, the homeowner updated the condo with new flooring, furniture, and paint throughout. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. It offers beautiful mountain and lake views from the private balcony. Guests of Lakeshore have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.

The living area features a flat screen TV, a gas fireplace with updated stone surround, and the picture frame window offers beautiful mountain and lake views. A brand new sleeper sofa has been installed in the living room as of July 2022. The sofa pulls out into a bed and additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with mountain views beyond.

The full-sized kitchen has a new refrigerator and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four people.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and new flooring. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy, and a separate sink off the kitchen. Updated tile surround for the tub area gives the bathroom a fresh look. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

A great place ruined by construction noise

The prosperity was great but the building next door was being redone so they had hammer drills, saws, and machines running at 6am. So we were unable to enjoy the patio or open the windows.

Beautiful View!

The Condo had exceptional views of the lake and the mountains. It was a nice place to stay. We enjoyed being there and in cool Colorado!
The only few drawbacks were that the Event Center blared 70's and 80's rock every morning starting at 9:00 and lasting all day, taking away from the beautiful serenity of the lake and peaceful mountains. Some simple instructions and helpful guest notes would have been nice to have had. Like where to take out the trash, how to pull out the sleeper bed (which doesn't pull out normally) and which remote to use as there were three of them and we couldn't get any of them to work the TV, as well as where the pool and spa are located. Put a guest book in the room rather than having to go online to look it up.

Small & Cozy

This was one of the cleanest and friendliest places we have stayed! The property texted us a few times over our stay checking to make sure everything was okay, which we really appreciated! It was small and cozy and the trails next to it were fun to explore. Definitely will be coming back!

Broken heat and elevator.

The rental was beautiful. Keystone is lovely. The heat quit during our stay and was never restored before we left. The elevator was broken and never fixed while we were there. Taking our luggage and good items down 4 flights of stairs was a chore. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. I would not stay here again.

Cozy lodge with easy access to lake

Overall, very good experience at this cozy lodge. It has a great view, was well stocked, and had easy access to the slopes/lake. The master bed wasn't comfortable (soft and creaky). Also, not sure if the thermostat worked, the place was warm but too warm at times - would be good to have a modern digital one instead of an ancient manual one. With these upgrades, this place would be a perfect getaway.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. great location, great view , comfortable , clean, all necessary amenities (coffee maker toaster , etc + starter toilet paper /Kleenex & sugar),laundry east to access, would stay again, keeping in mind very late check in (430pm) & very early check out (10am) with no wiggle room, we were ok-ish w/430 check in once the day arrived realized we wanted to check in closer to 130-2p, but it was an awesome stay.

The property was well appointed, had a great view and location. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

The south facing window has significant heat gain, which in the winter is fine. I imagine in the summer a tint on the windows would be helpful.

We enjoyed the view and location of the condo. Great views of the lake and mountains. Only negative was a very uncomfortable bed.

broken pull out couch

Weekend Getaway

We wanted a weekend getaway to celebrate the end of A-basins season. We enjoyed the unit. Very clean, great view, and lots of resort accommodations. This was also very close to all town amenities as well. Would recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It was clean, well maintained, and well stocked with everything we needed for a few nights stay. The view is beautiful. We liked the extra touches like the garage and the heater fan in the bathroom. The boiler was noisily clicking/popping at night, but after setting up one of the fans provided and running it all night for white noise, it was fine. We would definitely stay here again!

They give you their number to text for any issues which was so convenient. They allowed early check in for a small fee and had a lot of things to do on site. My toddler appreciated the games in the room and he learned how to play Uno on this vacation. Lots of great memories made. Thank you for including a few humidifiers and the included garage was awesome!

Just Right

Fully furnished and comfortable. The immediate area only has mini-marts. Shop for your supplies in Dillon for variety. The garage was a huge plus in the winter. When it was below zero outside our car was almost 40 degrees to start, without a snow covering.

Peaceful Respite in a Beautiful Location

This home is ideally situated on Keystone Lake. We enjoyed its proximity to Keystone Resort and the town of Dillon. The building housing the unit was kept clean and in working order (elevator, ski locker). The design of the condo interior was relaxing and most adequate for all of our needs. We cooked many meals in the well appointed kitchen. The heating was a bit intense, so we had the windows and balcony door open a lot of the time when we were in the unit to cool down the space. It helped to keep the blinds down in the living room during the day while we were gone skiing. The unit was very clean and offered all of the comforts of home (humidifiers, games, reading material, fluffy pillows). We enjoyed this stay immensely. A few nights we heard the next door neighbor's music quite loudly at bedtime, but otherwise we had a quiet stay.

Clean, Comfortable and what a view! No negatives!

As soon as we walked in we could tell and smell the extra cleaning care that was taken. Every inch of it was SPOTLESS! The view is INCREDIBLE. We loved everything about it. Already hoping to stay here again.

Great place to stay in Keystone

Really enjoyed this condo in Keystone - immaculate, very well equipped, the garage was great for us since we had our bikes on our car. Great location on Keystone lake with great views from the balcony. Also on the top floor so no worries about noise from above apartment . If I had to point out a negative, the bathroom vanities could use updating.

We are glad this guest was able to enjoy their stay in this unit due to the location and views it provides. We hope to host them again in the future!

Great view and comfy bed.

Wonderful location. Easy to drive back and forth from the ski resort and was great to come back to a tub and comfy bed to relax and get some rest.

Fantastic Mountain Getaway!

This was one of the best vacation rental experiences that we've ever had! The check in/ out process was simple and the condo was super easy to find. The condo itself was just perfect for us. The view is AMAZING and the whole condo felt like it was brand new. The Lakeshore building itself is outdated a bit but the condo felt so clean, fresh and updated! The bed was very comfortable with an awesome view of the mountains in the bedroom window. We really felt secluded and in our own little world. Although. the only downside to the condo is the layout of the balcony. If you happen to have nextdoor neighbors during your stay, you will be able to see them in their balcony several feet away. Our neighbors at the time smoked outside so we couldn't leave the window or door open without their smoke coming into the condo - just something to keep in mind!
All in all, a fantastic and very relaxing vacation! We would definitely rebook in the future.
