The rental was very clean with high-end furnishings and kitchenware. Very comfortable beds. We loved all the porches, perfect for drinking coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The salt water hot tub was a nice change of pace from chlorine! Close enough to town to walk to dinner.

We loved our stay at Alders 72! It's really even more beautiful than the photos show. Lots of room to spread out and relax with great mountain views. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance from River Run Village. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in/departure info was clear and there was great communication between the host and I. House was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Location is great. Right on Keystone, but within 15-20 mins of Loveland and Arapahoe Basin as well.

The Alders #72 Townhome was absolutely perfect. It was clean, comfortable and located in a wonderful area. The beds were great. The steam shower was an added bonus. The community is very quite. The property management service provided prompt service when we needed them.

Wow, we absolutely loved this townhome. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, amazing views from both decks and patio! We're already excited to come back. Thank you Britt! Summit County MR is the best.

Wonderful! This condo had so much space! Three adult couples had room to cook, relax (2 living rooms), and sleep (1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms). The hot tub was a great way to end a day of skiing. It's one of the most spacious, well-equipped, clean condos we've rented and we would definitely rent again.

Alders #72 is in a good location with a few hiking trails nearby. It's also within walking distance to Keystone village which is nice. The unit was nice overall, but the wood floors were very squeaky which was annoying and woke up people in the downstairs bedrooms. The blackout shades in the bedrooms aren't wide enough so they let in a decent amount of light. This wouldn't be an issue in the winter when the days are short, but in the summer it's annoying. The view from the hot tub was nice, but it's right along the bike path. The unit has a garage, but no garage door opener so you have to manually open/close the garage door from the wall unit if you want to park in the garage. That's not really an issue in the summer, but it would suck if you rented this unit in the winter expecting to be able to easily pull into the garage to stay out of the snow. The couches were very comfortable, and the TVs were all smart TVs so you could watch your Netflix and other streaming services. The main pillows were pretty uncomfortable (way too thick), but luckily they had different pillows in the closet which were much better. The automatic shades in the living room should be re-zoned. The zone grouping doesn't make any sense. There should be a zone to close just the west facing shades so that you can block out the harsh afternoon sun in the summer while still having a view out to the north. Alders #72 is a nice unit, and with a few tweaks (fixing squeaky floors, better blackout shades, etc) it could be a fantastic unit.

Close to the slopes and quick access to town. Very clean and cozy. The floor heating makes the place stay warm! And all the information and follow-up with the company was reassuring!

Beautiful home with enough space for the 5 of us. We could have added 2 more with the same comfort. Radiant heat kept is warm but hard to regulate at times. Mgt. Was super helpful and responsive. We are non smokers but the rule about no smoking outside is extreme and should be allowed (on the decks)?

We spent 3 nights here in the middle of November. The home was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The location was just a short 2 - 3 minute drive to River Run Village, or there is a shuttle that passes by right in front of the house, or a trail out back. We never walked the trail so not sure how long it would take, but we saw many other people walking it. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evening. The home is far enough away from bright lights so that on a clear night we could gaze up at the stars. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to make a home cooked meal. There were plenty of fresh towels in the home and the full-sized washer and dryer came in handy on our last day when we wanted to do laundry before we left. Wi-Fi was great issues with my kids streaming videos or hooking their Xbox up to play games. We were there mid-November so the temperature wasn’t quite cold enough to warrant having the heater or fireplace on the whole time, but we found we could crack the windows and that allowed enough of the cool mountain breeze to come in to keep us comfortable. If I had to complain about anything it would be that we could not locate a broom in the house and after spending several days there, the floor started to look pretty dirty from cooking and trekking dirt in. Also, there were no plastic cups or plates, so we were a bit nervous to have to let the children use the beautiful glass dinnerware. Overall, this place was a 10 out of 10 though, and we will try to book this rental for all of our future vacations at Keystone!
