This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, sleeper sofa, and Murphy bed. It is conveniently located on the first floor with the private patio over-looking River Run Village. It features stainless steel appliances. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Arapahoe Lodge offers shared amenities including a sauna and hot tub. Additional access to Dakota Lodge shared amenities.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. There's a queen-sized sleeper sofa and additional sheets and blankets are stored in the bedroom under the bed. From the living area you can access the private patio that looks out onto the village.

The full-sized kitchen has all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a queen-sized Murphy bed, both on the Ivory White Bedding program. The Murphy bed has a two-inch memory foam topper ensuring a great night's sleep. There is a mounted flat screen TV.

Very cozy condo on first floor. Bedroom could be a little warm at night (temps in 50s didn't help that much) with window open, fan in it and using provided swamp cooler in the afternoon (but it was August). Also, for a $710K condo (per realtor flyer above fridge), I don't know why there isn't a better bed. Older spring bed, not bad but not great - just fyi for anyone that is interested. Middle cushion on the couch sunk down, probably time to replace that couch. Overall for the location and VALUE, was a nice place to stay for the week.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. Great location = dated & tired

We've stayed in this unit before and it was getting tired. Now that it's for sale, it's even more tired.

The cable TV system is THE WORST. The lamps in the room are so old they don't know if they are on or off.

We'll stay somewhere else next time.

Had a great family ski trip and really enjoyed the convenient location of Arapahoe 8102. Ground floor with quick access to main door, pool door, and locker room. As with many of these rental properties, some of the furniture was pretty well used and could benefit from replacement or repair.

Check in was extremely easy. The location is second to none in Keystone, and essentially right in River Run village. Hot tubs and heated pool are a luxury! Very satisfied with the entire experience and had an amazing time!!

Loved the condo and being on first floor. Was concerned it would be noisy but River run resort pretty quiet at night. Easy access to hot tub. Free washer and dryer down the hall. Room was clean and perfect for family of 3. Would love a better coffee pot, brews luke warm coffee. It was replaced during our stay with the same model, and it’s that model of coffee pot that is not good.

Great Location & Nice Place

This condo is only about 100-150 yards from the base gondola. great for stopping back at unit for lunch & can store skis for free at the gondola area, so no carrying them back & forth during the day. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was always available for use which was great after each day of skiing & village shops/restaurants are right next to the lodge for easy access each evening. Heated garage also a great plus. Easy checkin/checkout process. Only couple draw backs that caused me to give a 4 is the gas grill wasn't working and the unit is very warm without needing to run the heat (had to constantly open patio door to try to cool despite thermostat set at 60). Convenience was great plus for skiing and would definitely book here again.

Spring Skiing Stay at Arapahoe Lodge

This was a great location to stay for skiing at Keystone. The condo was well furnished across the board (including the kitchen), clean and comfortable. Property description was as-advertised, and is in a great location right in River Run Village and very close to the gondola base.

Outside of a couple of quirks, we had a great stay. The quirks: no coffee filters and guests have to start the dishwasher and empty the trash. Very comfortable and a great location!!!

great location

My husband and I had a fun stay here during the Bluegrass and Beer Festival. The location of this condo couldn't have been more convenient. The condo was very comfortable, too, with all we needed for our weekend stay. I like the prints decorating the wall, too! The only thing it might have been lacking is better light in the bedroom.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Arapahoe Lodge #8102. We stayed during the month of July. Prior to arriving I received reminder emails with instructions on check in process as well as a link to an online guest book which was very helpful. The unit itself was as portrayed online and clean. There was plenty of room for the entire family. Plenty of towels, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with a lot of cooking utensils/pots/pans. The location was quiet and a few steps from the pool/hot tubs as well as restaurants and shops. Music in the square a few nights we were there which was a lot of fun. There was plenty to do with bike rentals across the street, gondola ride, loads of biking/walking/hiking trails. Very close driving distance to Dillon lake, Breck and other surrounding towns.

Only minor negatives were the bed was firm for my taste, dining table a bit rickety and in need of repair/replacement. Keystone was warmer than what is typical but we opened the windows and made sure the ceiling fans were rotating in the proper direction and it cooled off fairly well. The unit also came with additional portable fans. The unit itself quite dark, very little natural light but that being said there were plenty of lamps and over head lights in the main living room/kitchen and bath.

We are glad to hear this guest enjoyed their stay at this unit due to the location, amenities, and local events in the area. We hope to host them again in the future!

This condo is in a great location. Easy checkin/out. Clean, quiet, and well appointed. Property management was excellent. I needed a blender and the management company brought one over right away. The king bed was a little too hard for us, I would recommend putting a mattress topper on it. Bedding was great. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for skiing.

A Fine Place to Stay

We had a very nice stay and the location was perfect for what we were wanting. However the hot tubs and heated pools were closed which was one of our deciding factors when we booked.

During Covid-19 we recommend that guests be prepared for restrictions on capacity and other measures which will ensure the safety of all guests and staff. The rental experience was smooth and flawless. That is why I am a repeat booker with SCMR. You do an excellent job of facilitating the rental process. The unit was beautiful, quiet and centrally situated. The only feedback I left for housekeeping was that the bed was extremely hard. Not just firm but actually hard and difficult to sleep on. I suggested a memory foam topper be added for future guest's comfort. Everything else about the unit, the experience, the location was great as usual.

This was a very cute little condo, we were happy right when we walked in. The location is great. Close to the elevator, it takes you to the underneath garage. There is a door that leads to the outside it comes out right next to the porch. You turn right and the village is right there. So you are close but tucked away where it is quiet. The condo was clean and stocked. There are two nice tvs.
Our only cons were it is very dark inside. Even with the drapes opened. It would help to brighten the light bulbs. Also make sure the thermostat is working right. We turned it off but it was still running and hot at night. This would be ok, but we were there while it was still warm.

Great Place!

This was a great place and super great location for easy access to lifts if there during ski season. Right in the heart of action with restaurants and shops within just a few steps. Accommodations were just as described - lots of amenities and again if you're there during ski season a locked ski gear locker is very convenient. Would definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I have stayed in Arapahoe Lodge multiple times and this was by far our favorite. Perfect location by the ski lockers, elevator, and the door to head out to the gondola. WE really liked that our patio didn't open into the main town square so that the condo stayed quite during the day and night! We will look to rent this exact condo again next year as it can not be beat! and as always we will use Summit County Mountain Rentals to book our amazing yearly ski vacation!

Short but Sweet

We enjoyed staying at this property last week, but unfortunately it was only one night. It was very well equipped, super well located and clean. Minutes from the jacuzzi, right in the village an next to the little grocery store- awesome spot. The rental team was super responsive - always heard back in minutes.

Keystone River Run Village - Perfect Location

This condo was the perfect location for skiing at Keystone. Easy in and out to the gondola and plenty of amenities close by with restaurants, quick bites to eat and shops. The condo easily fit our family of 5 with the pullout coach and Murphy bed. Highly recommend this space. My only opportunity for improvement is a couple of small maintenance things. The bathroom and carpet need a good cleaning/vacuuming and dusting. It may be due to not having enough time in between rentals for a good, solid cleaning. Also the drain in the bath tub is extremely slow at draining. Overall great place though!

Can’t beat the location- right in the heart of River Run and close to the Gondola. The unit was clean and well kept. They provide everything you could think of. Lacks a little privacy being on the first floor and right in the village, so we kept our blinds closed most of the time. The management was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved Arapahoe Lodge and our condo. They had everything we needed and more. The location was outstanding. A 30 second walk to groceries, dinner, Starbucks, shopping etc. A one minute walk to the gondola to head out for a day of skiing. They had humidifiers in the room and the beds were comfy. I can't say enough about this place. We will definitely be back! (Only issue , but not really....we felt that the 4pm check in was too late. Needs to be at least 2 or 3

This Condo is fine, nothing special. Conveniently located on the 1st floor, it is far enough from the ski lockers to not be a noise issue. Easy, short walk to the Gondola. Very close to the restaurants, stores in the little village. Temperature control is a bit of an issue, as it was pretty warm in the condo. Bed was not particularly comfortable. You will need to take/buy toilet paper and soap ... very little is provided. Kitchen is pretty well equipped and the living room area is roomy enough. The outside hot tub is close and offers a god view of the mountain. Rental rate was reasonable.

Amazing Space

This was perfect for my sister and friend for 5 days. At first, I was disappointed that it was downstairs; however, became very grateful at the end of the day of boarding and short walk back from the hot tub. Convenience Pros and Cons

Arapahoe is conveniently located in the heart of River Run...easy walk to all the shops as well as the condola. The unit itself is probably the most convenient in the building, closest to the lockers and exit. However, if you are a light sleeper, beware, the convenience also comes with noise since the bedroom abuts the exterior door which slams shut. Otherwise, the unit is typical of most river run properties, with the exception of a very small refrigerator. We mostly eat in, so space is important to us. So, if you're going to be there for more than just a couple days, the fridge fills up very easily.

Everything was great. We had a great time. The only negative which wasn't that bad was the the cleanliness of the Kitchen. We had to clean the majority of the pots, pans, bowls before using. Also the vacuum did not work.

A wedding weekend in Keystone

Very nicely appointed condo. Excellent price point. Your windows face a restaurant patio but you get to enjoy one of the most convenient spots in the village..restaurant, general/gift store, festivals, and pool/hot tub literally steps away. Great bedding. Much nicer bath tub than similarly priced hotels. My only feedback is the room temperature..
It seems the thermostat is very warm and difficult to cool with fans. We woke up very dry from all the air movement. For the budget, a great spot that is very accomodating and home like. Would definitely stay again.

If I had to say there was a negative it was it got pretty hot since there is no AC, which I know that is something most all units do not have.

Great Getaway!

We loved just about everything about this place. Very minor things like broken door handle to deck (no big deal), coffee table very worn, and even though we're pretty sure the heat was OFF, it was very very warm (outside temp no warmer than 60). We had to have windows open all the time especially since we wanted the fireplace on for ambiance. Well stocked kitchen, down the hall from 3 hot tubs, down the hall to elevator for underground parking, 15min to Dillon for groceries...sure everything was closed up mid-May but we liked the isolation:) So many TV channels it's mind-boggling...I can't say anything negative about our 20th Anniversary getaway here!

May Ski Trip

The Keystone resort and shops in the village shut down after the slopes close, but not dealing with crowds was nice. It was easy to find with directions provided by SCMR and the underground heated parking garage is very nice. Especially when it snows. It is located in a prime location in River Run Village of Keystone Resort. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything you need. The Wifi signal was very strong and TV channels are abundant. Although the balcony has a courtyard view, you can still see mountains from it and during the peak ski season you are very close to the gondola and slopes. The pool and hot tubs were great after a long day on the slopes and only about 100 feet from the unit. I would give the unit 5 stars except the beds are not comfortable and the unit would get hot even if the thermostat was turned off. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to a friend.

Spring break at Keystone!

We've stayed in River Run Village several times now. Every time we have had a great experience. Keystone is very well organized.

In general all the condo's are conveniently located. I'd have to say the location of this condo is about as close as you can get to the River Run gondola. It is also very close to the main heated pool and the hot tubs, we used a lot with the kids. The pool area was very clean.

The unit was clean and well maintained. The Murphy bed worked out great for our two daughters (10 and 8). My only complaint is about the king is not good. It sags A LOT in the middle. It really needs to be replaced with a new mattress ASAP. My wife and I actually slept on the pull-out slept better than the king. Because the king bed was so bad, I cannot recommend this particular condo. Once replaced, the condo would be perfect.

Perfect Resort Rental

The check-in and check-out process was very simple. The condo is centrally located right by the Gondola, restaurants, bars and the rental offices. It's adorable and really cozy. The perfect, nearby, escape after a long day of boarding!

Nice Condo

We had a great stay at this condo. Plenty of room for our family of 4. My one complaint would be that the thermostat was broken and the condo was pretty hot all the time (over 70 degrees). We had the thermostat set to 41 degrees, the lowest you can turn it, and the heater still ran constantly. Other than that, we had a great time and it is super close to the Gondola.

Excellent condo at the base of the mountain

My friends and I had a "guys trip" to the mountain for some skiing/boarding. Had a great time. Condo was awesome! Located right next to the mountain. The owners even gave us discounts on ski rentals, which were as cheap as $15/day.

The condo was clean and up to date. Our only real issue was that there is a need for better lighting as it is quite dark at times in the main living area and the bedroom. The ceiling fans needed to be cleaned but a note was left upon check out. The cable was very nice with a great selection of movies. Great location that is close to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants. The hot tubs were also very close and clean with great views of the front mountain. There is no real view from the room which may be a factor for some. We will be back next year.

Great place right off the slopes

We enjoyed a wonderful early-ski experience at the condo. Everything was provided that we needed for a comfortable stay. We even took a dip in the hot tub, though it was 15 degrees outside :)
I would definitely recommend this condo as a great ski destination.
