Had a wonderful time. had a few issues, a/c didnt work but weather did so overlook, toilet only works for #1 but bathroom by main entrance worked fine kinda important. all in all it was a great price and that was great. would look into bathroom issue

This unit is directly across the hall from Haywood Café. A door from the hallway is left open leading to the café so no need to go out in the cold for some amazing breakfast. After your done and gear up, the walk to Riverun is very short. Mountain house requires a ride. The heated garage saved our electric rental from being a disaster! As far as the property, it had a faint smell of smoke when you walked in each time. It was as clean as your sister-in-law who is comfortable with you would probably leave it (not spotless but not gross). It is just a room with a small table, murphy bed and sofa. The sofa gets very cold by the window. There is no where to really put your clothes so you live out of a suitcase. It served its purpose for us and I honestly would stay here again for the location along.

50% of the power outlets actually worked. Likely less than that. There was a large unplugged refrigerator in the room that didn’t serve a purpose, just taking up room. The clock on the wall didn’t work. The TV kept switching to a Disney channel, which I couldn’t change. TV remote didn’t have a battery cover. I paid a cleaning fee, but had to take out the garbage before I left? Didn’t get service or new towels in the 2 weeks while I was there. Front door was sometimes locked or unlocked, no real rhyme or reason. Overall, it looks like nobody really gave a **** about the place or my stay. Location is great, but way over priced for the lack of attention this place gets. Would only take a Maintence person 20mins tops to tighten that place up, but you didn’t.

We always advise guests to reach out to us since we are operate 7 days a week, from 8am to 9pm (with 24hr emergency support), about issues that they experience during their stay so that we can address them immediately. Had you reached out to us about the power outlets, clock, TV, and front door issues, we would have a gladly sent our team to take a look at those items- it sounds like a breaker tripped or a GFI tripped. We can assure that those items were in working order prior to your arrival because out team fully inspected this unit. We placed a loaner fridge in this unit and we apologize that we did not remove it prior to arrival- however, you were welcome to report this to us to remove it if it was an inconvenience for you. Regardless, we have removed the fridge since your stay and we apologize it was still present when you arrived. We are a short-term rental company, not a hotel, so we do not provide towel or room service of any kind on the regular. We can schedule one complimentary towel refresh after the 4th night of your stay, and we can offer different levels of mid=stay cleans for a small fee. All of this information is listed in the rental agreement. Thanks for your honest opinion.

Perfect just to get up and ski if you don’t really want to stay in the room at all. Room was rundown with chipped paint, old carpeting and tile, stained furniture, and insufficient lighting. Check out hours were early at 10:00 and check-in late at 4:00, which conflicted with when the ski lifts opened and closed. Would have been better to have an extra hour on each end. However, extremely close to the lift and nice to have underground parking. If you just want somewhere to crash, this would be fine.

This was the cutest little mountain getaway. The place was very clean and just what my friends and I needed to unwind. We called Summit County Mountain Retreats after finding that the hot tub wasn’t on, and Summit County Mountain Retreats got straight down to the bottom of it and we were able to enjoy the hot tub the next day! It was a great place and I would definitely go back!

Perfect place to stay for our ski weekend. Clean and very quiet even though the back door to a breakfast place was right across the hallway. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. We took the 10 minute walk to the slopes with our gear until we realized there was a free shuttle. Great accommodations, great location!

We enjoyed our time here. We stayed for 3 nights. The fold down bed was a queen and the pull out couch wasn't the softest. Not sure if two adults would fit comfortably. Otherwise there was everything we needed. Mini kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates, cups. Had a freezer and fridge. Location was a short couple minuet drive to river run lot. Indoor covered parking was super nice. Pool and hot tub were clean and never crowded.

The rental at The Gateway in Summit County was perfect for a group of 4. It was very convenient to be near Keystone Resort. It great that the shuttle picks us up from our plaza and right to Keystone within 5 minutes. There’s a lot of nearby restaurants and everyone was super nice. All the amenities in our room was just what we needed for our trip.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay to be on the slopes as early as possible. The heater didn’t function great and was pretty dusty, but we wore warm pajamas, so it was not really a problem. Five minutes away from keystone base. My parents stayed in a larger studio in a different building and paid less, so will probably look into that property next time. Overall, satisfied, though.

The rental is exactly like described so read all of the descriptions. It was very clean, close to keystone slopes, there’s a coffee shop right across the hall so that’s a nice bonus. My girls loved the pool. The sofa turns into a bed. It’s one of those ikea sofas. I would go back for the right price. It was my first Airbnb experience and I’ve been looking at places ever since. It was a very positive experience.

Great location and adequate room with only a few issues. Walk or drive to ski, both are easy from location. Bed was comfortable. Covered and partially temp controlled parking. We could not regulate the temp in the room however. It stayed hot all week no matter what we tried. The big fridge didn’t work so in place of the dishwasher is a very small fridge.

It was overall a smooth stay. Parking directions were vague, but we found the garage on the back and figured we’d try the code we receievd to unlock our apartment for the parking garage as well. A random alarm in the building went off at 2am, which was scary because the alarm was vague as well. It said that the building wasn’t safe and to evactuate immediately. We didn’t know if that meant fire or active shooter or what.

The unit was quite adequate for a quick visit. Not fancy, but all our basic needs were met. Room is showing its age a bit, (spot on couch, blinds didn't close well) but very clean and good bed and shower. Was intimidating to have to send damage inventory at beginning and could have used check instructions earlier.

I attended a Keystone Conference nearby and this place was perfect for a short stay. A shuttle came by every 15-20 minutes to take me to the convention center and if it didn't you could call one to swing by. The place was adequately clean, spacious and comfortable.

Nice location. You can walk over to the river run base area if you want and it only takes about 9 minutes. The condo itself was okay. Broken blinds, bathroom lock didn't work, 2 burner plug in stove was missing a leg so tipped when cooking on and the freezer/fridge was only useable for the freezer and you had to use the mini fridge for all refrigerated items so that was not ideal but for the price it wasn't horrible. One thing that was disturbing is that plates and eating utensils still had crusted on food on them and glasses looked dirty so we had to rewash all dishes we used.

I was happy to find this place on VRBO since my family wanted to get a few days of skiing in during Spring Break. Every place I looked the rates were so high until I came across this place. It was a great rate for 2 nights and I could not pass it up! My family of 3 had a great time staying here. The room was far bigger than what the photo shows. There was enough room to get around and will be great for a family of 4. The Murphy Bed was very comfortable as well as the couch. The couch turns into a big bed which our son slept on. The location was perfect to get around town and to the ski/village area. We drove our car to the ski area but there is a pick up bus at the place that takes you to the ski area/village if you don't want to drive. The only problem we had was with one of the key cards. We received two key cards which both keys work to get into the room but one of the keys did not work to get into the garage. Just make sure to have both keys on you just in case one of the cards don't work. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! Great price and great location! I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great stay!

My husband and I came up to Keystone for my birthday. Great location. We were able to walk to the River Run area as well as use the free shuttle. I will say its a bit easier to take the shuttle if you're carrying your skis and what not. Our floor did smell a bit like cigarette smoke though----didn't bother us too much, but it could be an issue for some. The place was really clean and the murphy bed was actually pretty comfortable. We would definitely use it again. The kitchenette was sufficient for the cooking we did. The hot plate was pretty outdated though and some of the dishes were kind of icky, so we definitely washed the dishes before we used them.

This affordable rental studio had everything we needed for our skiing trip and we were able to cook and keep food. Spacious bathroom with the essentials, and the room itself could comfortably fit 4 people. My only complaint was that the internet was not fast enough for our amazon firestick to work, and the advertised pool/spa was under construction when we got there. The nearby restaurant was great with amazing happy hour also.

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights to do some snowboarding. Good location in close proximity to several resorts. The condo was clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again. My only gripe is that the wi-fi was really spotty, making it impossible for me to work and for us to stream movies etc. Other than that it was perfect!

Three of us stayed and had a great stay. The beds were comfy, the unit was warm and larger than I expected, and the management company were very helpful. We were snowboarding up in A-Basin and it would take us less than 10 minutes to get there by car from our underground parking. Our son's favorite part was the pool and Jacuzzi--fun apres-ski, and lots of kids playing.

The room we stayed in had everything we needed to enjoy 2 days at the mountain. It clean and comfortable. We had no issues with extending our stay until 6 pm on our check date for a reasonable fee. For the price of the room, we couldn't have asked for anything more :) We would definitely stay there again. The hot tub indoors had a strong chemical smell and there was an abnormal amount of hair floating in it, but over the pool and hot tub were nice.

I stayed for a week in Keystone and my Gateway 5060 experience was perfect! Clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a home away from home. I rented a bike from Mountain View Sports, which was right across the street. I used the free shuttle service to get to my conference center destination. On the last day, I joined the Mountain View Sports group to ride the Vail Pass all the way back. Stunning! Also enjoyed the hot tub every chance I could get.

This unit was rented using Airbnb. The instructions we received via e-mail were comprehensive, easy to follow and took a lot of the stress off of securing the housing. .We didn't initially have anyface to face contact with staff, since our door keys were retrieved from an easily accessed lockbox in the open lobby of the Summit office. We kept our car in secure garage parking. The unit itself, while listed as a studio, was more spacious and comfortable than the more expensive room we stayed in later at the Keystone Resort. The Murphy bed was a cool and comfortable touch. The condo is located minutes from a lot of the places that I went hiking to.
I forgot several essential articles of clothing when we checked out. Summit staff kindly retrieved those items and held them till I was able to retreive them. They would have shipped them to me had I left town. All in all, a fine experience. Recommended.

The condo was clean and more than sufficient for one person. Bathroom was huge and updated . It was odd that there wasn't a stove but the hot plate sufficed. The only thing that I recommend changing is the wattage of the lightbulbs. The lights were incredibly dim which made it feel like I was in a haze in the room.

We had a positive experience renting. All amenities were available (except the jacuzzi that happened to not be working at the time), and the location was near (.5 mile from) the gondola. We still prefer to drive to it vs taking the local bus as we did the latter the first day and had to wait a while for the bus. We would do this again for the right time of the year.

A lovely studio apartment, a 10 minute walk from the main River Run ski lifts or a very easy ride on the free shuttle which picks you up right outside the building. We really enjoyed our stay here and the management company were extremely helpful and quick to deal with our queries throughout the process.
The only point for improvement would be the limited cooking utensils - the only sharp knife is a bread knife, no can opener (bring your own!) and no dishwasher.
Apart from that, a fantastic little apartment in a lovely resort.
