This multi-level 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home is equipped with a little extra for the guest's enjoyment and offers two full living areas. It sleeps 12 across one king bed, three queen beds, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the lower level living area. The living room features stylish décor, ample seating, a gas fireplace and large windows looking out into the courtyard with mountains just over top. The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan make the property feel extravagant in space. This home even has a private hot tub for soaking after a long day on the slopes! Guests can take advantage of the private heated garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements. Plus you are located just a 10 minute walk away from the Mountain House base area of Keystone and only a 10 minute drive to Arapahoe Basin!

Upon entry through the main door guests will find themselves in the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The living area features a gas fireplace, mounted smart TV, cozy furnishings, and surrounding windows offering spectacular views. Cooking in the large, open kitchen will be an event in itself as it's equipped with anything you may need to host for a large party. The stainless steel appliances and granite countertops bring its own luxury to the kitchen. The gas stove will bring that perfect range of heat and flavor. For the coffee lovers, there is also an espresso coffee machine. Guests can also use the private, gas grill, located on the deck off the dining room. The dining area offers seating for eight, perfect for a meal with the whole family.

All of the bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with room to live freely while here. Each room is tastefully decorated, adding its own uniqueness to the property. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, modern furnishings, walk-in closet, and sitting area. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, perfect for relaxing after your adventurous vacation days! The main level guest bedroom features a queen bed, private balcony and a en suite bathroom. This room even features access to the loft area! There is also a guest bathroom located on the main level.

The lower level guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, and a en suite bathroom. This bedroom is spacious with plenty of room to relax. The private bathroom features a shower/tub combination with a glass surround. The second lower level guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, offering plenty of sleeping options. The lower level guest bathroom features a standing shower. Also located on the lower level is the second living area, with a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements! The hot tub and backyard green space can be accessed through the door in the second living area. Guests can also do laundry with ease thanks to the private washer and dryer in-home.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

We had such an awesome experience. Our group of 6 loved everything about this place. Everything was clean and working as advertised. I was particularly impressed with the variety of cookware, making dinner was a lot of fun. Some of us were complaining that the beds were too firm but I thought they were great.

Keystone girls weekend

Awesome Family Ski House

Better than advertised. Our family of 7 has stayed in a lot of homes in Keystone, this was one of our favorites. Big and cozy. Great kitchen. Four full bedrooms (with room for more guests if we ever return with friends). Four full bathrooms. Two sitting areas for downtime / TV. Hot tub in great shape and offers great views. Perfect location. We will return.

Comfortable stay - beautiful place!

Everything was great! The location was fantastic for most of us who were skiing all day. The decor was great! However, the keypad was difficult to operate when the temps dipped below 0. It was very clean and towels were well stocked! The kitchen was very well supplied with dishware. Only advice is, it could have been stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, ziplocks (unless we missed that). Also, the ice maker was very slow to make ice (I think this is already known). Thank you very much! Lovely home :)

Great time @ 27 Rasor Court

A five adult guys trip....the house accommodated us just fine...kitchen well supplied...cooked in 4 of 6 nights...very clean...small issues we had with hot tub and gas fireplace were attended to swiftly by management company...good location whether skiing keystone or driving to breck or vail...I would suggest better instructions for the gas fireplace

Good home base for group trip to Keystone

Excellent for medium sized groups (4 couples). A stretch for 5 couples. Not enough for 6. Kitchen is well stocked and dining/living room combo seats many and facilitates conversation well. Can walk to Keystone bus or take 5 min drive to parking lots.

If you get anything from this review. Please change the mattresses. The really hard memory foam mattresses in the master is not comfortable.

Not enough trash bags for 6 people to stay a week.

Everything else was perfect. Really enjoyed the place! We constantly look for Summit mountain retreats as they are always super clean.

Amazing home!

Nice property with a couple quirks

Overall the property was nice. It was clean and well stocked with the exception of trash bags. There were only two for a weeks stay of 10 people. I texted the management office and asked for more and they said I could come get some from the office. I think they could have dropped a few off. Just bought a box of cheap ones and left the rest there. One window in the downstairs bedroom didn’t open. The biggest issue was the crazy washer and dryer. The washer is mostly behind a wall and the lid won’t stay open. I had to use a step stool and hold the lid open with my head. I would have liked more of a view but overall it was good.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We do only stock the unit with the initial supplies. We will have out team look at the window and the lid to the washing machine.

Great place to stay!

Flew in for a ski vacation. The house was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was stocked nicely with what we needed to cook a full meal. Easy check in and check out process. Had a great time!
