The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for storage of vacation gear. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. The sofa can be made up into two twin-sized beds or pushed together to make one king-sized bed. Extra sheets and blankets can be found in a closet. The new recliner is perfect for those wanting to curl up with a book in front of the fire. The private patio is just off of the living area and offers convenient access to walk to the high-speed gondola.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV with DVD player.

Guests can walk to the high-speed gondola from the patio. Absolutely Perfect! That was my rental. So beautiful inside and everything was like a five star hotel. The BIG, fluffy towels, the cozy fireplace, packets of coffee to get started. The condo was spotless and inviting. I didn't want to leave. THe management company kept me informed before I arrived and everything was just as they said it would be. So easy to check-in and check-out. The property is so close to other little communities, Breckinridge, Frisco and Dillon. I loved the Sunshine Cafe in Dillon as well as the Dam Brewery. The trail to Rainbow Lake was very refreshing and not difficult. I hope to return every year!

We had a great ski trip over President's Day Week. The unit was clean as advertised in a wonderful location for access to the Gondola. An easy walk out the back door and across a parking lot puts you right at the Gondola and close to River Run Village. The living room sofa doubles as two twin beds which is a great alternative to a traditional sleeper sofa and much more comfortable.

This place is great! Awesome location, walking distance to the ski lift/gondola. We really liked that it has garage parking and a full kitchen. It has everything you need. We loved the fireplace! There were a lot of fees involved between vrbo and taxes and the property management company BUT we would still definitely go back. We felt right at home.

Wonderful condo & location!

We enjoyed our stay at Red Hawk 2213 very much. The condo is exactly as described and pictured. It is a cozy space. The pride of ownership is evident. We were there for a last hurrah for trail running and biking before the snow arrived. The condo is a nice stroll to River Run where we grabbed coffee at Inxpot and Starbucks each morning. It was a quiet location and we enjoyed the pool-with-a-view. Bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have the parking garage. Here are a few suggestions, though:
1. There was no clock in the bedroom - that would be a welcome addition.
2. We have always found blenders in our other rentals so were surprised that in this well-equipped condo there was no regular blender for our breakfast smoothies. There was a handheld blender but that does not work well for bigger blending. A real blender would be nice.
3. The seating area in the living area is mostly comfortable and practical but a regular couch or small sectional might be better?
It is a great little condo and would not hesitate to stay again!

A perfectly ok condo in a big development that is very low on character but high on convenience. Everything is in working order, although storage is in short supply. A good choice if skiing will occupy most of your time. Check in was rather complicated.

The unit was in a great location and comfortable. Our only complaint was that there was a beeping alarm that kept going off every 5 minutes the whole time and the heaters made a loud squeaking noise also so we never slept very well with all the noises.

Amazing getaway for the early ski season and we lucked out with this beautiful studio. The place was immaculate, was very charming and provided great access to the trails alongside the mountain. Was a very comfortable place and the fireplace made it extra cozy. Highly recommend this unit. Additionally, parking was very easy and the hot tub was AWESOME!

The unit was very clean and comfortable for 2 people. It had great access to River Run Village. The sofa looked nice but wasn’t really comfortable to sit on. The parking spots as is typical are very tight. Overall it was a very nice place and I would stay there again.

Great Location!!

Great little condo. Kitchen has all the equipment you will ever need! Condo is very comfortable for 2 adults. The beds I. The living room are really just benches. There were no sheets for them. But my 6’ son slept on one of them and was comfortable.

This was a excellent place to stay. It was a ground level unit that was nice to be able to walk out back door to sloes. Only downside is there was too much furniture in the main living area. There was end tables stuffed around the dining area and a large lounge chair that was just in the way. Also the Light globes in the bathroom and all overhead edges could use a cleaning

Very cozy and extraordinary location to the slopes!

The place was exactly as we pictured. It had plenty of space for the 3 of us and was very cozy. It would definitely be a good place for a couple.

There was a large list of issues that we had with it, but since we were only there for one night, we decided to overlook as "hanging around the room" was not a priority for us.
- The floors and bathroom were very dirty with dirt/sand on floors
- Cleaning staff left their supplies in our bathroom
- Neither of the remotes worked for the TVs(which you needed for them to channel surf). Eventually, I just reprogrammed the main area one myself.
- There were balls of hair and some of the trash was not removed
- Dirty towels from previous were not removed, instead they were on the floor next to the hamper.
- Also, the dishwasher was not unloaded... could not tell if it was dirty or not so just left as is and washed all dishes by hand.

I just loved this rental. It had everything we needed and nothing more. The bed was comfortable, it was spacious for 2 people and the decor was rugged and modern. If I had any issues it would be these: We could not make the fireplace work, the couch wasn't comfortable, and the pool was under maintenance. Other than that, I would love to go back.

Cozy and Relaxing Retreat!

Our stay was everything we expected and the rental at Red Hawk Lodge was exactly as described and as pictured. While we spent most of our time out and about exploring, it was nice to come back to a cozy fireplace and comfortable bed! The Keystone Ski Resort was closed while we stayed (April 19-23) so it was almost like a ghost-town but no complaints on that! We were still able to ski just a 10 minute drive to Arapahoe Basin. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights and had a great experience. The place was very clean and cozy. Nice layout with ample room. Though we did not use the deck as still a little chilly in February, would have been a great place to sit and relax on warmer days. Condo had great view of the ski hill. We were able to take the very short walk to the hill and hop on the gondola. We spent an afternoon at the outdoor pool and spa...very pleasant and enjoyable. Nice lounge with daily paper. Underground parking was nice and 1st floor location was also very convenient.

A nice condo if you really want to just walk to the lifts or village. The room can be a little noisy with the common area down the hall and the elevator close by and if you like to keep your windows open to sleep you can hear the deliveries in the village early in the morning. But I am use to being in the middle of the woods with no noise so I may be a little more sensitive than others. There is not a comfortable chair in the living room just a big couch type piece that works as an extra bed but not really good for just sitting in, the place could really use a nice sitting chair or two when you want to read or watch the TV. Except for those items a nice place, good bed and bathroom.

We were very happy with our accommodations. It was comfy and cozy. The only problem we had was we could not find the humidifier. My niece kept having nose bleeds because of the dry air, and the humidifier that was said to be there would have been helpful. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

Above average property. They skimp on soap, shampoo and coffee so bring your own. You are responsible for the disposal of your trash. Unlike a typical hotel room, you also do not get daily cleaning services.

We appreciate the feedback. We think that perhaps housekeeping did not leave the proper soap. Our soaps are hand made and shampoo is spa quality. We will look into this issue and we apologize.

The best part about this unit is that it is located literally right at the base of Keystone mountain. You can look at the slopes from the living room windows and the gondola is steps away from the door. They have a special heated storage facility so you don't get the place dirty with all your gear, and The condo had all the amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen with all the needed utensils. The working fireplace was a nice treat too to warm up after a long day on the mountain.
One day we locked ourselves out, and the hotel staff promptly showed up to let us in. I would definitely come back again.

Great place to get away
