Location perfect as always. Very small unit but was just what I needed. It would be perfect for a small four person family bit four adults would be an uncomfortable stay. Unit was decorated nicely but it is a total budget unit. The finishes were done poorly with gaps in the counter top and the tile back splash was just slapped on the wall. Again this was a budget unit so it was kind of expected. The building is older but it in good shape for the most part. Every pool cue was broken in the common area which was a disappointment. If you have not stayed at keystone before, it becomes a ghost town after the slopes close so an Uber or a car to town might be necessary if you want to see some people after dark. Second time using this management company and they are very easy to get along with and communicate well before your trip. They respond very quickly with any issues you may have. Very pleased with my stay. Will try a different unit or building next time but will rent from SCMR again for sure.

Silver Mill condos are an older, but really well maintained building with great amenities. The location is prime for those who want to ski as well as those who just want to relax in Keystone Village. Parking is phenomenal (heated garage, what?!). Our condo was exactly what we needed, and the communication prior and during was great. The unit itself could use a little bit of an upgrade in the way of kitchen utensils and mattresses, but for a couple of nights it was just fine. Would definitely return and would be happy to stay in the same unit. A must on the mountain is Kickapoo Tavern, as well as the Crepe Stand! Yummy food, great drinks, and a wonderful view for mountain (and people) watching!

The rental was just enough for two people. Kitchen was well equipped. Located close to everything. I was worried that the Murphy bed may not be comfortable, but it was very comfortable. We will rent it again. Loved River Run and will come back. Skiing was great.

We had an amazing stay at Summit County. It was one the cleanest condos I have ever stay in and was fully updated. More importantly though, we had never been to keystone and did not know the lay of the land. This IS THE PLACE to stay for ski in ski out, and all the all the action in the winter. The condos are walking FEET from amazing bars, restaurants and shops. The condo itself was very small for 4 people and luggage, but doable for a family of 4. The elevators are painstakingly slow and do not expect an early check-in (even a minute!). Overall a great stay and no major problems.

I enjoyed the area, even though it was in the off season. Many of the stores in the village were closed but there were several restaurants open so it was easy to get lunch or a drink without having to drive anywhere. No issues checking in after hours; there's an unattended secure pickup location for keys across the street. The room has plenty of space and a good-sized kitchen.

We had a short two day stay but the room was clean, comfortable and fit our needs exactly. The check in process was a bit confusing at first, and we had a hard time finding the garage entrance in the dark and rain...but overall it was worth the money and great room and view. Room layout was unique and very pleasant, with great decor. Wasn't sure of where to take out the trash for check out, the instructions were on an app and not clear. Overall great experience and would go there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in River Run. It was very nice and would recommend it. The bed was comfortable and loved having the laundry close by. The only draw back was that with our oversized Sprinter van we had to park far away in the North parking lot and shuttle back and forth to our unit.
Otherwise it was a fantastic time!

The communication prior to and during our stay was fabulous. The digital guidebook makes getting the key card at the office and getting to the condo (different places) very easy and smooth. We were a family of four and kept the murphy bed and sofa sleeper out the entire time to make it easier and that did not leave much room for walking around or having a seating area. It was not a deal breaker for us, though, because the location was so convenient we weren't in the condo much anyway. We spent a lot of time in the pool/hot tub. There were two hot tubs right outside the building and a pool/hot tubs a short walk away in another building. The kids had a blast there and it was a beautiful setting. The condo was clean and had all the kitchen utensils we needed to prepare meals during our stay. There is no air conditioning but we had nice weather while we were there so were able to open a few windows and use the ceiling fan. The underground parking was convenient as well. It was a very economical stay for a family or couple that wants to explore summit county.

Very nicely laid out studio condo with vaulted ceilings, good size kitchen and bathroom. The management staff could not be more responsive and helpful. The only drawback is that the mattress in the Murphy bed needs to be retired. Don’t even think about sleeping on it.
Luckily there is a quality queen size sofa bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress.

Perfect spot for a week long snowboarding trip. The room was clean and great for us. The only problem I had was that neither the Murphy bed or the sofa bed were comfortable, but we were extremely happy with every thing else.

Our unit had a Murphy bed for some reason. It was very loud every time you moved and it was very uncomfortable. That was our biggest complaint. The other issue is just that Keystone is pretty lame. Only 2 restaurants were open for dinner in river run and they both closed at 9.

I’ve stayed at the silver mill condos many times. The location is wonderful and overall the whole unit is clean. The check in process can be kind of annoying but once you get used to it, it’s not so bad. The studio we stayed in was clean. The Murphy bed was handy but the mattress felt 20 years old to the point that my back along with my boyfriend’s back were pretty sore. I like silver mill and skiing in keystone. I suppose the the ancient mattress is a gamble? The pull out bed from the sofa saved the trip!

We traveled to Keystone for the wine and jazz festival. Check in was very easy. The studio location was right in the middle of the event, which was very convenient! Parking was easy and underground. Room was clean and both Murphy bed and pull out sofa were comfortable. We visited the outdoor jacuzzis (there were 3) and walked to dinner. Would absolutely stay again!

Murphy bed uncomfortable,nobody in the building to attend guests for any need or emergency. We stay 2 nights and the second day we call the operator to require a couple of coffee bags but they never arrived. Service makes a diference so we wont stay there again.

This was a great place for 2 people! I wasn’t sure about sleeping in a Murphy bed, but it was very comfortable! The view is the parking lot, however, you’re surrounded by mountains, so that was still nice. I liked that this place is right in the village and there are a few restaurant options right there. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were closed due to COVID which was disappointing, but I get it.
The place was very clean (even the oven) and and comfortable making it nice to “come home to” after a long day in the slopes.

Our experience was great. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I was disappointed to find out when we arrived that the hot tubs were closed due to covid and I did not see this information on airbnb when I booked. I specifically chose somewhere with outdoor hot tubs so this was a bit disappointing. Other than that this was a WONDERFUL stay.

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our experience. It was decent sized for 2 people and all appliances worked good. Only negative was the dining table, which was sticky. Not sure they cleaned it properly. But ski slopes were in walking distance and parking was warm!

The Studio, on top floor corner location, is bigger than most. Overlooks the River Run entranceway from the shuttle stop. Underground parking made getting to elevators easy. Murphy bed was quite comfortable. Found pillows in closet shelf but called to request pillowcases (quickly delivered) which I later found hanging over a hanger in the closet. Cozy fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with lovely appliances, cabinets and granite.
Only lesser score was due to one of two elevators being out of service the 60 hours of Presidents Weekend we stayed ; it can be difficult to get specialty repair persons ASAP in the mountains, I know.

We absolutely loved staying at Silver Mill. The condo had plenty of space for our little family since you could just fold up the Murphy bed at any point. We cooked all of our meals for the two weeks in the kitchen. We had to bring our own spices, oils, and condiments; so prepare for that if you will be cooking a lot. Elevator was fast and heating was good. We didn’t feel cramped in the condo because at any time we could go down to one of several common areas and hang out or play games. We had a couple maintenance issues during our stay which were dealt with very quickly and conveniently by their staff. The unit was clean and just steps away from the laundry room (which took credit card! Glad to be in the 21st century!). I would recommend this condo for sure! We had a great time!

This rental was amazing and we loved the location, views, and place itself. The elevators had issues all weekend, so we had to use the stairs from the 5th floor. They wouldn't let me get an earlier check-in without paying $35 for it, which I thought was ridiculous. Other than that, the place was great.

The Studio is in a good location, within walking distance of amenities and the Keystone chairlift. It was very hot, but we were able to set the fan provided on the Windows ledge. The Elevators did not work for some of the time. The Teens climbed to the 5 th floor, but worried if their Grandma could make it with her Oxygen Concentrator, & luggage . It was very well stocked. Overall this condo was a nice place to stay. The location was a good location within Keystone Village. If you are staying during the summer months, beware this condo does not A/C, and it was a bit warm. We had a few issues with cleanliness, examples dirty washcloth left on shower rod, hairs in bathroom sink and on bedding, toothpaste on the bathroom floor, filthy ceiling fan. There was a hefty cleaning fee attached to this condo so we expected cleanliness!

Our staff offered to go to this unit and take care of the reported issues, but we respected the guest's wishes to not disturb them. Yes, it is correct that this unit doesn't have A/C (neither do the majority of Summit County properties) due to the very short summer months and generally cool temperatures. We do provide fans in the unit for every bedroom.

I had a great 3 day stay. Murphy bed has a memory foam mattress and is very comfortable. Great stores, restaurants, etc in the build and village. Get groceries in Dillon before you get there if you're bringing some food. Expensive groceries in Keystone. Small gym on the parking garage level was enough to break a sweat. I used hot tubs every night. Building has a nice rec room w/pool table. Condo has a nice skylight that opens partially. Pole to open it is kept in the closet. Imagine an upgraded hotel room in terms of size, plus a full kitchen. Heated underground parking. Good wifi in the building.
I got a great rate here. One thing to be aware of is that rentals will list a competitive nightly rate but the owner's fee makes the total higher in the end. This owner has reasonable fee's on the back end at check out.
This was a good clean stay with the great amenities and a great rate. I recommend it.

Perfect cozy studio apartment close to everything, comfy, clean, right in the village, and with everything I needed. Easy to get around to local areas on the free buses right outside. Almoste everything in the village was closed when I was there as was out of season, except for the general store (I knew that was the case), but easy to get around to other areas.

This was an unexpected treat! I just needed a place to sleep for an Education Conference in Keystone, and I lucked out getting this place at a great rate! It was a bit tricky to find the office, but check-in and check-out are super easy! Great bed, very clean, and the hot tubs on the property are fantastic (that's a big deal for me after a long day).
The building not having A/C was a surprise, but opening the windows in the evening got it cool enough for me. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice place and good location. Could use a night light in the bathroom as tuning on 6 100 watt bulbs in the middle of the night is blinding. It would also be helpful if the many room electric wall switches were labeled since it was a long trial and error to figure out what switch controlled what. Confusing.

Loved this unit! This is our 2nd time staying in River Run at Keystone and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Everything you could need was supplied. Only suggestion would be to bring your own pillows, the ones supplied were pretty flat.

Silver Mill did a wonderful job with the directions and making sure I found the key card and rental condo easily. The property was clean and stocked with the essentials. Everything was comfortable and perfect for a quick weekend trip. The only thing I would say is that the heat never turned on. We tried to crank it up as soon as we got there and it never kicked on. The fireplace also wasn't working. We followed the directions provided in the guest portal but it never worked. There was a number we could have called but it was late and we were leaving in the morning so we opted to not call. It would have been nice if both of those had been working. Fortunately, there were enough blankets to keep us warm.

Convenient & Comfortable Stay at Silver Mill

Overall Comment
The Silver Mill studio condo was perfect for a ski weekend at Keystone. As a solo traveler, it had plenty of space and amenities, and was accurate to the rental listing. The location in the village was incredibly convenient and the access to facilities such as ski lockers, parking garage, hot tubs, etc. was a great addition. When I called with an inquiry, the property staff was very friendly and helpful over the phone.
