This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with two king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It features high-end finishes throughout and private laundry. Enjoy slope views from the windows and balcony. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. The Springs offers shared amenities including a pool with slide, a wading pool, indoor play area, and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a large flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and an Ultra HD Blu-ray player. There are travertine floors and beautiful slope views from the windows. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a queen-sized Murphy bed on our Ivory White Bedding program that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony that offers beautiful slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and travertine floors. The dining area comfortably seats six people around a beautiful custom built walnut table. There are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of three full bathrooms is just off the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms feature granite countertops, beautiful fixtures and travertine floors. All are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private washer and dryer off the dining area, and detergent is provided for your convenience.

The first master suite features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The second master suite features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, an oversized walk-in shower with tile surround and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy.

Very nice stay - kids loved the pool. Very close to a hiking trail out back and along the river l also very close to a nice drive up Loveland pass and more hiking! This condo faces the ski slope and it’s beautiful.

Very good. Need grab bars in bathtub for safely getting in and out. Disappointed in longer walk to gondola and River walk than last Time I stayed a Springs. Walk not light at night.

Fall getaway

Great Fall getaway with our daughter and grandkids!They love the pool with slide and the balcony view of the ski run. Saw a Moose one morning under the chairlift! We'll be back again as this was our 3 rd year!

Great Condo! Very short walk to the gondola, which was great with kids. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer & dryer were so nice to have, I wish more places had them. We had an amazing trip and already booked this condo for next year!

Wonderful 2 Master bedroom updated condo

We had two couples and didn't need to worry about who was able to stay in the Master bedroom. Both king beds were comfy and there is granite and updated features as well as a murphy bed-not used.

The unit looked exactly as pictured. New carpeting in bedrooms was nice and plush. Bath towels were soft. Beds were very comfortable. Unit was very clean.Only complaints were that the toaster was not working. Called management, no one ever came to replace it. Unit was also very warm despite setting thermostat to 65 degrees. Had to open windows to cool the unit during our stay.

awesome stay at the springs

great rental, great property, great service, loved it

only downfall was the pool table closed- but this has more to do with springs management than the property rental. we come every year with other families and this is our teens' favorite activity- silly because checkers was open, but not pool table? also we visited other lobbies in the village( i.e. silver mill) and their pool tables were open-covid rules should be consistent within the village.

Great location, 100 yards from gondola. Can watch skiers on River Run trail and view lift lines. Part of River Run Village and all it has to offer, restaurants, rentals, shopping.
Unit had all the amenities. 3rd bathroom and private laundry were a plus. Great pool area.

Perfect Keystone Location

LOVE THE BEDS. We have stayed here multiple times because of the beds. Location is a 2 min walk to gondola and village. Very clean and comfortable condo.

We're sorry this guest didn't enjoy the scent of the bathroom soaps. We receive opposite feedback from guests who advise how much they love the scent. We will certainly pass along this guest's suggestion to the property owner regarding the room darkening shades.

An enjoyable stay for a weekend during the pandemic, convenient location and the unit completely satisfied our needs. Only quibble was the provision of three room keys for 5 adults.

Great Colorado Family Trip

The condo was great. Great kitchen amenities, clean and great sleeping arrangements. Loved having the third bathroom. The kiddos really enjoyed the pool but one day no pool towels were present.
Check-in was a little confusing; only because we arrived 30 minutes early and there was no key. It all worked out, just added some extra check-in time.

Thanks for your feedback. We put the keys down at 4pm. If you arrived early and found no keys in the lockbox, we always recommend guests coming to our office upstairs to see if we can accommodate an early check in!

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was very easy and the condo was clean and ready when we got there. Only complaint was it was kind of stuffy. Not a lot of air movement. Loved the king beds - very comfortable. The recliners in the living room were amazing. Would love to know the brand of them. Let me know if you can. One improvement I would ask for is ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Visited a similar condo in the same building that had them and the bedrooms were much cooler. Moves air better than the small space fans. Overall great stay,

We had a wonderful stay at the Springs in late February. The location of the condo is perfect for families. It is very close to the slopes and easy to get into the village for a nice walk. The condo is a great size. The living space is nice and large. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in each meal. The living room has ample seating for our group of 8. The balcony view is beautiful and perfect for watching the fireworks and checking lift lines. My only criticism is about the bedding. It felt a little old and tired. It also would be nice to have more bedding for the pullout couch and Murphy bed. We did not find enough blankets for both beds, so we used the bedding we brought from home. A little refresh and reload of bedding would make this condo perfect.

LOVED THE UNIT AND THE FACT THAT THE HAD REGULAR AND SINGLE CUP COFFEEMAKERS, LOTS OF COOKING ITEMS AND UTENSILS. REFRIGERATOR WITH ICE MAKER WAS NICE AND THE UNIT WAS ROOMY ENOUGH, THREE TEENAGE BOYS AND MOM. THE TRUNDLE BED WAS VERY STIFF BUT COUCH WAS COMFY

We have rented numerous locations within River Run, but this property is our favorite. The owners have done a great job with the unit. Nice bedding, updated kitchen, nice pans to cook with...all of these things add up. Not to mention that you are probably 50-60 yards from the gondola. Great view and highly recommend.

Property was in good condition. Kitchen was stocked well with necessary utensils, etc. View was wonderful. Staff members were helpful as needed. Location of Springs is very convenient to ski lift, restaurants, and shopping. There was plenty of space for four people. The play room off the lobby was enjoyed very much by our six-year old. E-mails from the company were informative and helpful. The rental process was not complicated.

Beautiful condo,great convenient location,walked to everything in Keystone. Very clean. One correction though, one king bed and one queen.Loved the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. We used the large gas grill at the pool two evenings for dinner.Only thing could have been better was the water was turned off from 10 am to 2pm on the 3rd day in our building. Didn't have hot water for showers until the next night. Other than the water problem our stay was perfect.

Thank you for the feedback. We were notified via email from the homeowner that a king bed was installed in one bedroom on July 13th and in the other bedroom on August 3rd. Since the beginning of August this vacation rental has had two king beds, one in each bedroom. Your stay dates are in the middle of August so there were two king beds during your stay. We're so happy you enjoyed your stay with the exception of the water issues. We appreciate your understanding as sometimes the complex, of which we are not affiliated, has to make repairs.

Fantastic stay at The Springs in Keystone

Our family had a great stay at Keystone. The property was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, gym and billiards table. We also enjoyed all the activities offered in Keystone. Property is very close to Loveland pass and 20 mins away from Frisco and Dillon. Our only minor complaint is that the property doesn't have an AC unit, however it does have portable fans and opening the windows allowed a cool breeze to circulate. Everything else allowed us to have a perfect vacation.

Wonderful stay in Keystone

Our family travels quite a bit for ski racing and we had a race at Keystone this past weekend so we decided to stay at the springs. This unit is one of the nicest we have stayed in. The unit is upgraded compared to many and the kitchen has real frying pans (non-stick and heavy!) and a well stocked appliance list. The third bathroom and Murphy bed were awesome! The Sorings location is unmatched to the River Run gondola and to shops and restaurants! The pool and fitness facilities are wonderful too!
