This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 11 with a king bed, two queen beds, a bunk bed with trundle, and a twin sleeper chair. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and there is private laundry. Nearby shuttle stop. Trapper’s Crossing offers a shared amenities, including a hot tub and changing rooms.

The entryway offers a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features large windows with treed views and plenty of seating. There’s a flat screen TV above a gas fireplace and a game table off to the side. The private balcony is off the living area and offers beautiful treed views, especially in the fall with the changing colors. Take advantage of the gas grill for additional cooking options.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Near the entryway is a closet with a private washer and dryer, and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

There are two master suites upstairs. The first master bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a twin-sized sleeper chair and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination with jets. The second master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination with jets.

There are two guest bedrooms back on the main level. The first guest bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with Ivory White Bedding and a twin trundle. There is also a mounted flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a mounted flat screen TV.

The owner has provided a pack n' play, high chair and toddler mattress for families that may need them. There is a ski locker for guest use right outside the front door. The resort shuttle stop is just outside the vacation rental near the main entrance of the complex.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Family vacation.

We had 10 people in our group my wife and I stayed in the guest bedroom which was very nice. Our two kids and their family stayed in the two master bedrooms and they guestroom with bunkbeds. One of the master bedrooms is very much in need of a new mattress. All other beds were acceptable and everything was clean. The wash machine did not have a dial on it to where you could not tell what cycle it was in. We did turn it in and they were going to order a new dial. We like to cook when we’re on vacation and felt like this kitchen was very small for the 10 of us. Very nice location quiet and enjoyable. Several games were supplied in the unit which was very nice.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Perfect Stay

Our family loved our weekend getaway to the mountains. The Condo was easy to locate and convenient to Frisco/Dillon shopping/grocery. Love the convenience to enjoy so many mountain towns within 20-40 minutes and yet feel we are surrounded by nature. Easily slept our family, 8 adults.
The only downside I could see, may be time for new mattresses. Otherwise, very clean and beautiful.

Ski Vacation With Two Families

Our time at Keystone was wonderful which started with the solid foundation of staying at 8761 Trapper's Crossing. The rental property was perfect for our sleeping situation with two master bedrooms and two kids bedrooms given that we were 2 families with a total of 5 kids.
The staff at Mountain View reached out in a non-intrusive way on day 2 for anything that might need to be addressed with the rental. This turned into a very convenient handful of exchanges when dealing with minor issues with the home and a left item on the back end of our rental period. The staff was very helpful each time we interacted.
The home was ~2 miles away from the gondola for skiing and extremely close to the free shuttle bus. We had a car to move our families and skies to/from the mountain, but we would have been OK without a car, too, given the proximity to the shuttle bus stop.
The only two minor issues we had, and they were understandable given the circumstances, were: 1) The hot tub on property was closed due to Covid. However, Mountain View Resorts provided a backup hot tub option but it was several miles away and not convenient enough to be worth the effort. 2)
We were two families (kids ages 11-14) visiting and skiing together. The downstairs neighbor was bothered by our noise level but we were not making excessive noise so the floors/walls must not be very well sound insulated. After a few confrontations, we felt like we needed to "walk on egg shells" in a quiet manner for the rest of our time there to respect the neighbor(s). All in all, neither of these were huge detriments to our stay, but a potential renter with a must haves of a hot tub and free rein on noise levels should be aware.

The place was lovely, we really really liked it.

A few things I would like to touch on.
-there was no soap in the bathrooms
-the shower in the second bedroom upstairs faucet was hard to use and needs to be replaced.
- the hot tub was closed due to covid- but the hot tubs in other areas were open. So that doesn’t make sense.

But overall it was a great place and really enjoyed our time.

Great place to stay!

The property was super clean and everything we needed was available to us. There were a lot of activities available in the area (July). Our favorite was the 12 mile bike ride that ended in Frisco. We also went up the ski lift (wear a jacket) and went to the Continental Divide. Dillon was really close and had a lot of places to eat, Walgreens, grocery stores, etc., if you want more options than what was available in Keystone. We had a lot of fun having all our adult children and their spouses/boyfriend together in 1 place. The condo had great Wifi (husband had to check in with work) and tv (play video games). There were places to hike nearby. There was only 1 drawback and that was the limit of 2 parking spaces. Since our adult children came from Denver, Lubbock and Fort Worth, we had 3 cars. This was a great place and a great experience and I would love to go back!

Awesome. Property was very clean. 2 master suites both very nice, and laundry worked great! Good communication from the property management team. Close to River Run and their activities. very large appt/condo - 1600 sq ft provided plenty of space for 5 adults. Would definitely stay here again
