The main level includes a fully-stocked kitchen, an open dining area, and a welcoming living room. The spacious living room is perfect for family gatherings and is equipped with a Smart TV, and a gas-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including cookware, tableware, and stainless steel appliances. There is seating for five at the breakfast bar and four at the dining table. Beyond the dining area, you can access the private backyard complete with a hot tub, grill, and fire pit where you can relax and take in the incredible mountain views.
The first guest bedroom is located on the main level with a comfortable queen bed, queen sofa bed, and a dedicated workspace. A full bathroom is right down the hall featuring a walk in shower and granite countertops.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a full sized washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a comfortable armchair, dresser, flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate soaking tub. The primary bedroom also has a private balcony with seating overlooking snow-peaked mountains.
Two guest bedrooms are located down the hall. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed with a shared jack and jill bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a twin-over full bunkbed with an additional twin bed. The jack and jill bathroom is located in the hallway and has a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The patio features great views with a private grill, large fire pit, and a hot tub with plenty of umbrella-covered seating. In the distance you can see ski resorts and beautiful mountain views.
*Please note: This home has a minimum age and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older, and book a minimum of 2 nights. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.
