- Additional keycards: $5 each
- Onsite 24/7 maintenance services: $79/hr
- After-hours on-site lockout service: $99 mobilization fee + hourly maintenance charge
- Door lock repair/part replacement: (hourly maintenance charges apply + cost of parts)
- Programming/Delete Programming of your door lock: $39 per request
- Forensic door lock interrogation $79 per hour

HOW IT WORKS
- If a lock is controlled by another property management company, then the owner must call that company and instruct them to deactivate the lock
- Once the lock has been deactivated, the owner should inform SCMR that the lock is ready for programming
- SCMR will program the lock and provide new keycards to the owner
- Any services that the owner requests from SCMR that are not included free of charge shall be paid to SCMR prior to service or as agreed upon via credit card
