Description

This multi-story mountain home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping 11 across, one king bed, two queen beds, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, one twin bed, and an additional queen pull out sofa. It features beautiful wood vaulted ceilings and large windows, perfect for taking in the mountain views and allowing for natural light. There are outdoor seating areas in this vacation home; one is located off the dining room and offers a private hot tub, and one is off the bunk room. There is also a private garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements. Conveniently located near Keystone Resort, you can quickly get to the slopes.

When you enter this home, you will find yourself in the living area which features mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. On the main level you will find the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area, which allows for ample gathering space. Snuggle up by the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie night or board game in the cozy living room. There is an additional study area with a workspace and a sleeper sofa. Large windows allow for natural light. Off the dining room there is a spacious deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area seats eight and there is seating for five more at the breakfast bar. The main floor guest bathroom is just off the living area, next to the kitchen which has a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom is straight ahead at the end of the upper-level hallway. It features a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom is just across the hall and features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and access to a guest bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin bed, and views of mountains through the trees. An additional guest bedroom features a queen bed with nice wooded views and natural light. The guest bathroom on this level has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The clothes washer and dryer is also located on the ground floor in the garage. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 26 years old at the time of booking.

There is parking available for two vehicles in the private two-car garage and two more in the driveway.

Big Family reunion ski week

The home was wonderful. Plenty of room, very close to slopes, quiet. Really enjoye our stay. Not cheap tho, and was irriated the toaster burnt everything, fireplace didn't work, 6 electrical outlets in kitchen and microwave didn't work for 3 of the 5 days we stayed there. Lots of text w/management. They did fix all by time we left, but should get some refund. Couch needs to be cleaned, but comfortable beds, nice rooms, warm floor, jacuzzi was wonderful. With all of that, would use again... Just would ensure all worked right away,.

Good property but needs some maintenance

Home was a good size and in a convenient location for the bus route to the ski resort. We struggled to get the dishwasher to work for 2 days and the fireplace was not operational. Overall, we felt we overpaid for the condition of the property.

Keystone golf trip

Great spot!

Exactly what we needed, and better!

This was a super simple experience. We needed to get away and rest for a few days, period. We needed something uncomplicated and close to Denver. We just wanted to show up with duffel bags and chill. They had locked the inside door and when I called the provided number they answered quickly and helped me get in the place, very professional. So amazing to have linens and towels included, amazing hot tub, and incredible house altogether. We returned refreshed. Thank you.

It was great!

Quiet & Convenient Home

Perfect Family Trip

Great house rental and communication from hosts. We loved our multiple-family stay. They had more than what we expected from space, amenities, and location. We were able to cook every day with how much kitchenware was available and refrigerator space. Loved how there were multiple trails and river views with in walking distance. Good Vacation

Liked the property overall. Good location. Could have been cleaner. Not all windows had screens so hard to cool down the house without getting bugs. Stairs were pretty steep to the second floor. Would recommend for younger occupants. We had a mix of seniors and younger people. Overall had a great experience.

Nice house for large group!

The property was as described and the property management company was very professional and responsive. When I arrived, the snow accumulation or drifts in the front entry way deterred us from using the front door. Once we opened the garage door, there was a mountain of trash that was molding and putrid. On the door to enter the house from the garage, a panel had been kicked out and was covered by a trash bag that had been taped on while waiting for repair. We had a minor issue with a sensor alarm that shut off the water. I called the property management company and they were onsite within the hour to fix the water alarm and took out the trash. They were also aware of the damage which eased my concern of potentially being incorrectly responsible for it. Overall, the house had some normal wear and tear but was as described. It was very comfortable, clean inside, and as expected. I would definitely recommend this property and had a great experience! Extra kudos to the property management for being professional and responsive!

incredible vacation

It was a last minute booking experience, and it was awesome. Large house, our 11 people had enough space there. Great location, close to everything, but has some private. House is very cozy and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, warm floors, and firepit gave us a relaxing evenings after each ski days. The only cons I can mention - cookware need to be upgraded. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT VACATION!!!
