The house itself was perfect size for a family and was in a great central location and an easy quiet neighborhood. The grill area had a nice view of the mountains on either side. The finishes were all high end and very nice. We would recommend doing the pre order grocery and to include items like olive oil/tin foil/zip lock bags etc beyond regular groceries just to make your life easier. We were also staying in the summer so it was a little hot when we first arrived but we opened all windows and there was a cross breeze that took care of the heat quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We did not cook much but the kitchen seemed adequate. We stayed 2 days. Bathrooms were excellent, and beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit of a trek from Silverthorne, but the advantage is that it is quiet. The property managers texted frequently, but were not of much help at our departure. We found the garbage/recycle depot at departure, but the access codes did not work--so we hauled our garbage back to Denver. Fortunately it was only 2 days worth.

Fun filled stay at Summit Sky Ranch

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Summit Sky Ranch. There were 7 of us (4 adults and 3 children). The house accommodated our needs perfectly. It was clean, well-stocked and the property manager did a great job of communicating and sharing information with us before and during our trip. We loved all the windows and stunning views of the mountains. Location was perfect - easy access to all the things we wanted to see and do. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen, garage and living space were all great for a family or group. Our plan was to explore several mountain towns so it was a good home base. We really enjoyed the convenience of a garage. We even saw deer and 2 foxes from the window! My only note: we were traveling with a little one and the staircase was too wide for a standard sized baby gate, so we had to get creative to ensure safety. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house, beds are comfy, we've rented this place 3 times in the last few years, really nice property. One small annoyance is the radiant heating system, it has a mind of it's own, the house will warm during the day due to solar effect through the windows, yet the radiant will be on full blast, you'll walk into an 80 degree house and have to open doors and windows, it's been like that all three years we stayed, but it's a minor issue that would not deter us from staying here again.
