The house itself was perfect size for a family and was in a great central location and an easy quiet neighborhood. The grill area had a nice view of the mountains on either side. The finishes were all high end and very nice. We would recommend doing the pre order grocery and to include items like olive oil/tin foil/zip lock bags etc beyond regular groceries just to make your life easier. We were also staying in the summer so it was a little hot when we first arrived but we opened all windows and there was a cross breeze that took care of the heat quickly. We had such a great stay! Really lovely place, close to everything Summit County has to offer. The only issue we had is that the listing includes pictures of the neighborhood rec center (pool, hot tub) but that is not included with the rental, like it is with other rentals in the neighborhood. For the first time (we have stayed in a lot of air bnbs) this house was bigger and more beautiful than the pictures they have posted on it. The location was beautiful and very private, easy to get to town as well. Silverthorne in general is a beautiful town. The hosts were very responsive and made sure all of our questions were answered and texted us almost daily making sure we had everything we needed. Fun filled stay at Summit Sky Ranch
Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Summit Sky Ranch. There were 7 of us (4 adults and 3 children). The house accommodated our needs perfectly. It was clean, well-stocked and the property manager did a great job of communicating and sharing information with us before and during our trip. The house was in excellent condition with high quality furnishings, kitchen appliances, bedding, TVs, etc. Our young kids loved the bunk beds in the guest room! We loved the views of the changing leaves off the balcony and it was so cool to see moose and deer in the community! The house was close proximity to great coffee shops and restaurants in downtown Silverthorne and a short drive to Frisco. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that we were not able to access the clubhouse, pool and other Summit Sky Ranch amenities. The floor to ceiling windows offered incredible views of the surrounding mountains, and the automatic blinds were a very nice touch. The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The house is a bit hard to find on a map, I'm assuming that is because this is a newly developed neighborhood. Everything we needed for cooking was provided, including a crock pot and a few basic spices and seasonings. It rained a bit while we were there, which wasn't a problem at all. The large newer LED smart TVs, and wireless sound system supplied us some entertainment as we watched the thunderstorms rolling through the picturesque landscape. Terrific stay at Summit Sky Ranch

Our family enjoyed the property immensely. The deck was lovely and the grill was used quite a bite. We loved that there was a timer on the gas for safety. We loved all of the different kitchen appliances that were available for cooking. The scenery was amazing the sunsets were great and the sun rises were just as special. We saw a bear, two deer and two foxes while at the property. We also appreciated the close proximity to the club house and the trails. It was easy to drive to Vail and Breckenridge from the properties location. It was easy to get to Target, Walmart, and Whole Foods. The mattresses and sheets were very comfortable. The property allowed our family to stretch out and all have our own space. We also loved the spacious attached garage that allowed us to pack and unpack with the door being closed. We only would suggest having dimmers on the lights in the great room/ kitchen for more mood lighting. Very small suggestion. We also appreciated the surround sound inside and outside the property. This was the perfect place to stay. With close proximity to Copper, Breckenridge and Dillon yet situated in a nice private QUIET setting, it was enjoyable and relaxing. We enjoyed many mornings sitting at the kitchen table enjoying the beautiful view and a cup of coffee. This is an outstanding property.
This is an easy 10 out of 10. We loved staying here, the home was spotless, the photographs are accurate and almost in fact almost understate how nice this house is. Very quiet subdivision and less than 10 minutes to stores and restaurants. All of the furniture, appliances and facilities are first rate. I would also like to mention that the management company did a great job as well prior to the stay and during the stay keeping contact and making sure this was a first class experience. We also liked that this home is located away from Frisco & Breckenridge. Both lovely towns but very busy this summer. Was very relaxing to come back to the peace and quiet of this home each evening after busy days of exploring the area. But the best thing about this house was the windows- they made the house feel so big and let us take in the beauty of the area! We are spoiled forever after staying in this amazing retreat. From the moment you walk in and raise the motorized blinds to the stunning views in every direction and start up the multi-room Sonos sound system, you will never want to stay in a ski resort ever again. The floor to ceiling windows offered incredible views of the surrounding mountains, and the automatic blinds were a very nice touch. The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The house is a bit hard to find on a map, I'm assuming that is because this is a newly developed neighborhood. Everything we needed for cooking was provided, including a crock pot and a few basic spices and seasonings. It rained a bit while we were there, which wasn't a problem at all. The large newer LED smart TVs, and wireless sound system supplied us some entertainment as we watched the thunderstorms rolling through the picturesque landscape. We had an amazing stay at Dan & Laura’s beautiful home! For a group of 8, we felt at home with the comfy, spacious areas.
