Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed the house and location. It was a short drive to the slopes, which made it quick and easy. Skiing was excellent considering the reduction in snow fall in CO this year. Communication was quick and easy, they responded timely with our questions. Couple of changes, we arrived back from skiing and found a maintenance guy in the house without any notification. Wish someone would have told us someone would be in the house. Also, would add TV’s in each bedroom. Overall Rating: Even with these small items I would rate our stay as Excellent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this vacation rental is top notch in accommodations, location, amenities, and management. This is the second year a group of us have stayed here for a business trip. The only issue is the parking for this particular unit. If you have a larger vehicle that does not fit in the garage, which has a lower ceiling and is not deep enough for a longer vehicle, there is no alternative parking available. The space in front of the garage has a line that indicates how far out a vehicle can extend, which is not far enough for even a smaller car. Our GMC Denali barely fit in the garage, with an inch to spare front and back. Luckily we did not have a box on the top because we don’t know where we would have been allowed to park. The signs on the garage threat towing and fines if not compliant. They need to figure out the parking situation for this amazing unit, or disclose that parking is unavailable for a larger vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately the parking situation is completely outside of our control. The HOA for this neighborhood is very strict in enforcing parking. If vehicles park past a certain point in the driveway, it does block the neighboring unit from being able to access their driveway. We do however apologize that this affected your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for my son's wedding at Keystone Ranch with a few other couples (family and friends). It was great - everyone felt like they had their own space with each bedroom having their own bathroom. The ground level bedroom is a bunk but it is a full size bed over full size bed (maybe not great for elderly folks but for younger couple). The place would be great for families with kids. First floor was great for a social area. TV was new enough to cast my YouTube TV from phone to watch pre-season football. We thought they didn't have an ice maker but there is a hidden drawer in the freezer, lol. Elevator was great for getting heavy cooler from garage to main floor. We will stay here again!! Great place!

We come back to this place every June during a workshop at Keystone Conference Center which is just 1 mile down the highway.As it is a business occasion, we need separate beds, and this place accommodates us easily! We had a nice chat with the friendly neighbors next door who told us we were one of the few who figured out that you can parallel park in front of the garage in order to not block the neighbors' access (and avoid the 150 fine). We saw a fox last night and this morning there was a moose on the highway! We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic clean house near everything to stay in when in keystone. Loved the open main hang out room which included a big and fairly well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms on three floors which was perfect for our family trip. Hot tub on deck was an extra bonus.

A washer and dryer were located on the first and third floors. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing! The unit is just a short drive to Keystone and about 15 minutes to Silverthorne. The rental company was fast to respond to questions that we had during our stay. I like that they use text as a way of communicating!

Very nice spacious property in a perfect location. The kitchen was well-equiped and the beds were very comfortable. Nice linens and towels. We enjoyed using the hot tub after skiing. The heated garage was great for keeping our boots warm overnight.

The house was very nice, Kitchen pretty well stocked, pans in decent shape. Could use some baking sheets. Red wine glasses were plastic. Cabinets are very tall-would be nice to have stool for easier access to dishes and glasses. Deck space / hot tub was less than optimum as house (duplex) faces the parking lot. No privacy. There are distant views of the mountains. Overall very happy with our stay. Check in process was very easy and appreciated the follow up once we had checked in to be sure everything was good.

I stayed with 5 other girls and we had a blast. The house is stunning and has lots of areas for us all to hang out together. This house features all the appliances you’d need as well. It’s also situated 15 minutes from Dillon, 30 minutes from Breckenridge and 10 minutes from the Arapaho’s Basin. Great location! We will definitely be staying again.

Keystone had just shut down, for the most part. So we had a lot of the town to ourselves for the last minute vacation. Great scenery, great house and got some some snow to fall for us. Breckenridge was close and fun, and Dillon had stores and food we needed. was very happy with the property, was 3 stories and only 4 of us this trip. My boys loved the elevator, and hot tub.

The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, very comfortable for our family of 6. We were looking for a place with a private hot tub, so we wouldn’t have to share with random dudes, and it was great to have on a cold snowy night. It’s just a short drive to the Peru Express, which was very easy to get skiers in and out with the drop off parking always available. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!
