Beautiful condo, perfectly located for a few days of disc golf in and around Frisco and Dillon. The condo was clean and well appointed with great views, a fabulous kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out. A few scuff marks and wear, but nothing that took away from the experience. The hosts were communicative and responsive throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay overall. The house was clean, spacious, and in an excellent location, close to grocery stores, Walmart, the lake, and activities like fishing, the chairlift, and gondola rides. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and even basic seasonings, and we enjoyed using the grill, although we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. The bedrooms were large, and while the beds were just okay, no complains! they were clean. We didn’t sleep very well, but we think that was mostly due to the altitude and likely would have adjusted with a longer stay. The property management team was responsive, and the convenient location made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again.

Skiing was excellent considering the reduction in snow fall in CO this year. Communication was quick and easy, they responded timely with our questions. Couple of changes, we arrived back from skiing and found a maintenance guy in the house without any notification. Wish someone would have told us someone would be in the house. Also, would add TV’s in each bedroom. Overall Rating: Even with these small items I would rate our stay as Excellent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this vacation rental is top notch in accommodations, location, amenities, and management. This is the second year a group of us have stayed here for a business trip. The only issue is the parking for this particular unit. If you have a larger vehicle that does not fit in the garage, which has a lower ceiling and is not deep enough for a longer vehicle, there is no alternative parking available. The space in front of the garage has a line that indicates how far out a vehicle can extend, which is not far enough for even a smaller car. Our GMC Denali barely fit in the garage, with an inch to spare front and back. Luckily we did not have a box on the top because we don’t know where we would have been allowed to park. The signs on the garage threat towing and fines if not compliant. They need to figure out the parking situation for this amazing unit, or disclose that parking is unavailable for a larger vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately the parking situation is completely outside of our control. The HOA for this neighborhood is very strict in enforcing parking. If vehicles park past a certain point in the driveway, it does block the neighboring unit from being able to access their driveway. We do however apologize that this affected your stay.

It was great - everyone felt like they had their own space with each bedroom having their own bathroom. The ground level bedroom is a bunk but it is a full size bed over full size bed (maybe not great for elderly folks but for younger couple). The place would be great for families with kids. First floor was great for a social area. TV was new enough to cast my YouTube TV from phone to watch pre-season football. We thought they didn't have an ice maker but there is a hidden drawer in the freezer, lol. Elevator was great for getting heavy cooler from garage to main floor. We will stay here again!! Great place!

We come back to this place every June during a workshop at Keystone Conference Center which is just 1 mile down the highway.As it is a business occasion, we need separate beds, and this place accommodates us easily! We had a nice chat with the friendly neighbors next door who told us we were one of the few who figured out that you can parallel park in front of the garage in order to not block the neighbors' access (and avoid the 150 fine). We saw a fox last night and this morning there was a moose on the highway! We'll definitely be back!

Keystone had just shut down, for the most part. So we had a lot of the town to ourselves for the last minute vacation. Great scenery, great house and got some some snow to fall for us. Breckenridge was close and fun, and Dillon had stores and food we needed. was very happy with the property, was 3 stories and only 4 of us this trip. My boys loved the elevator, and hot tub.

The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, very comfortable for our family of 6. We were looking for a place with a private hot tub, so we wouldn’t have to share with random dudes, and it was great to have on a cold snowy night. We came for a weekend birthday celebration and had a great time! Check in and out were both quick and easy. The house was beautifully decorated and true to the photos. Everything was clean and well stocked. We had an internet issue and the management team was able to resolve it quickly over the phone. The property is conveniently located to Keystone and other shops/restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!

Pretty terrific value for a luxury stay in a pristine home and very convenient to Keystone Conference Center and other happenings. Only issue was Wifi didn’t work and was not repaired during our stay. Host was extremely responsive and did their best to resolve the issue, but Wifi access was essential to our visit. I hope they will reimburse some of the cost.

We stayed at the property for a wedding with our family, 6 adults and a 2 year old. This property was a great place for our family, plenty of room, bathrooms for every bedroom and the location was ideal. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend the location for a large groups - plenty of room!!

This place is fantastic! The downstairs area is perfect for kiddos, as it has bunk beds and a living area with a tv. The living area upstairs is great for dinner and hanging out. All of the rooms were clean and lovely.
You could easily walk into Keystone, either the ski village or the restaurants across the highway. The views are great. It is a quiet area and not at all busy with traffic.
Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 story home is brand new! It was clean, organized, and spacious. Elevator is a plus if traveling with elderly parents (or tired legs from skiing). We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen excellently stocked with appliances, cookware, and serving utensils. As with most VRBOs we bring our own carving knives as most are dull. The home is located just north of the slopes across Highway 6. A bit too far to walk to the slopes but a short drive. Double car garage was large enough for a full-sized GMC Truck and 4Runner. We had one small issue that was fixed promptly by the management company. Overall, this is a fantastic modern home located in a wonderful area. We enjoyed our family ski vacation in Keystone and I would recommend this property.

It has been 2 incredible days in this house, we have enjoyed a lot, very nice, very cozy, everything very clean and without hesitation we would return again, there was also a boy who arrived when we were there and was very kind to us and helped us with the entrance to home! 100% recommended

What an incredible place! Beautiful views, conveniently located, and get this, it has an ELEVATOR! Talk about convenience, or a great distraction for your toddler that can’t believe there is an elevator in a house! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful new property and had plenty of room for our family of 9. It was also very clean and comfortable. We did have to call maintenance for a missing glass portion of one of the showers, but they came very quickly and fixed it. The only real issue was that during the last night of our stay the breaker tripped for the refrigerator and all of our food was spoiled by morning. Although we had to throw away a lot of food, I would still give this property 5 stars because I'm sure that issue will be fixed and future guests will love this property.
