Living Area:
The main living area features heated hardwood flooring, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a mounted Smart TV. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while the adjacent balcony offers beautiful alpine views and the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

A second living area on the lower level provides additional space for gathering, relaxing, or entertaining. With multiple living spaces spread across three levels, guests can comfortably enjoy both shared time and personal space throughout their stay.

Kitchen and Dining:
The full-size chef's kitchen is designed for entertaining and features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a large refrigerator, wine fridge, ample cabinetry, and all the cookware and tableware needed for meals at home. The dining table seats eight guests, while the breakfast bar accommodates four more. The open-concept layout makes hosting family dinners and group gatherings effortless.

LOVE this place!

We come back to this place every June during a workshop at Keystone Conference Center which is just 1 mile down the highway.As it is a business occasion, we need separate beds, and this place accommodates us easily! We had a nice chat with the friendly neighbors next door who told us we were one of the few who figured out that you can parallel park in front of the garage in order to not block the neighbors' access (and avoid the 150 fine). We saw a fox last night and this morning there was a moose on the highway! We'll definitely be back!

Perfect Spot for 6

2nd stay here, very clean and comfortable. Just a few minutes drive to the Peru Express and easy to drop off skiers. Very quiet and we love that there is a private hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone.

Wonderful stay in keystone

Fantastic clean house near everything to stay in when in keystone. Loved the open main hang out room which included a big and fairly well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms on three floors which was perfect for our family trip. Hot tub on deck was an extra bonus.

Great location

Very nice spacious property in a perfect location. The kitchen was well-equiped and the beds were very comfortable. Nice linens and towels. We enjoyed using the hot tub after skiing. The heated garage was great for keeping our boots warm overnight.

Nice property near Keystone

The house was very nice, Kitchen pretty well stocked, pans in decent shape. Could use some baking sheets. Red wine glasses were plastic. Cabinets are very tall-would be nice to have stool for easier access to dishes and glasses. Deck space / hot tub was less than optimum as house (duplex) faces the parking lot. No privacy. There are distant views of the mountains. Overall very happy with our stay. Check in process was very easy and appreciated the follow up once we had checked in to be sure everything was good.

Beautiful Spacious Vacation Home

I stayed with 5 other girls and we had a blast. The house is stunning and has lots of areas for us all to hang out together. This house features all the appliances you’d need as well. It’s also situated 15 minutes from Dillon, 30 minutes from Breckenridge and 10 minutes from the Arapaho’s Basin. Great location! We will definitely be staying again.

Keystone had just shut down, for the most part. So we had a lot of the town to ourselves for the last minute vacation. Great scenery, great house and got some some snow to fall for us. Breckenridge was close and fun, and Dillon had stores and food we needed. was very happy with the property, was 3 stories and only 4 of us this trip. My boys loved the elevator, and hot tub.

Excellent Choice

The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, very comfortable for our family of 6. We were looking for a place with a private hot tub, so we wouldn’t have to share with random dudes, and it was great to have on a cold snowy night. It’s just a short drive to the Peru Express, which was very easy to get skiers in and out with the drop off parking always available. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Winter Getaway

This property worked great for 8 adults, plenty of room to spread out. Would be nice to have a chair in the main bedrooms for reading or relaxing. Several thermostats around not sure what was for the heat or radiant floor heating, would be nice to have that marked. Also an information book for the house, yes there is the UR code but that only contains some general information. Parking is a little interesting when you have a big van that would not fit in garage. Would definitely stay again. Beautiful home and the scenery is spectacular!

We came for a weekend birthday celebration and had a great time! Check in and out were both quick and easy. The house was beautifully decorated and true to the photos. Everything was clean and well stocked. We had an internet issue and the management team was able to resolve it quickly over the phone. The property is conveniently located to Keystone and other shops/restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!

Pretty terrific value for a luxury stay in a pristine home and very convenient to Keystone Conference Center and other happenings. Only issue was Wifi didn’t work and was not repaired during our stay. Host was extremely responsive and did their best to resolve the issue, but Wifi access was essential to our visit. I hope they will reimburse some of the cost.

Great Family House

We stayed at the property for a wedding with our family, 6 adults and a 2 year old. This property was a great place for our family, plenty of room, bathrooms for every bedroom and the location was ideal. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend the location for a large groups - plenty of room!!

This place is fantastic! The downstairs area is perfect for kiddos, as it has bunk beds and a living area with a tv. The living area upstairs is great for dinner and hanging out. All of the rooms were clean and lovely.
You could easily walk into Keystone, either the ski village or the restaurants across the highway. The views are great. It is a quiet area and not at all busy with traffic.

Luxury getaway in scenic Keystone

100% best VRBO we’ve stayed in. Spacious, luxurious, quiet, cozy and very accommodating! We purposely stayed in one day during our stay to just enjoy the rental! It was so nice! Would love to book every year we enjoyed it so much!
