The house was beautifully laid out and perfect for our families! We especially loved the custom gates for the stairs; they were a lifesaver with our two little toddlers. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. We wish there was a bit more storage for food, but everything else was wonderful. It was a bit pricey—the price actually went up from one day to the next—so don’t delay booking. They were quick to answer our questions and very helpful when we needed them. The hot tub didn’t get too hot, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The house itself is fantastic. It would be amazing in the spring and summer, with so many great outdoor areas.

The home was beautiful with a great kitchen and communal space, along with large bedrooms all with bathrooms. It is so close to Keystone, which was helpful. The listing says there is only room for 4 cars which made me a bit nervous, but on arrival there was easily room for 8+ cars in the driveway, which was a huge relief. Property management was very responsive to questions and brought over some additional towels when asked. Would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is designed for large groups. There were 14 of us and everyone had their own space. I have read the reviews that said the house was old, and it could do with a small facelift, but the location/views are amazing. We spent a day in the backyard making a snowman and hiking up to take great pics. The house feels like a cabin in the woods but it is right up the road from all mod-cons. The oven takes awhile to heat up but there are 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers, a large island and a large table. The fridge is a little shallow but there is a fridge in the garage. Every room has bathroom/shower (there is one jack and jill) and humidifiers and heaters. The fireplace heats up the entire family room quickly and the hot tub is nice. The outdoor heater didn't work but the hot tub is close to the door so you can dry off and get back inside quickly. Game room pool table is great but the card table was in bad condition. There is a seperate sitting area/TV down there so that is nice. The bathrooms in the bunkrooms were also nice (these can sometimes be forgotten). If I'm being picky, the bunkrooms/game room could use more light. Garage fridge/garage could be nicer. Better oven racks (there was only one and it didn't fit properly). However, the owners were only a text message away. We had questions weeks before arriving and they always responded promptly. One note: if driving to this house, make sure your directions use the tunnel. Otherwise, you drive over the mountain and it can be a little daunting in the snow.

The crock pot didn't work and the owner brought us a new one within hours. Plenty of extra bedding, linens and humidifiers and 2 sets of washer and dryers. We enjoyed the hot tub and had no issues. Some of the furniture and lamps have taken a beating from renters but it all worked. I would highly recommend this place!

This house was beautiful with lots of amenities to keep the whole family entertained. The location is great and only 10 minutes to Lake Dillon and 20 minutes to Breckenridge. The management company was very responsive. I needed propane for the gas grill and they were able to get a replacement tank very quickly. The next time we plan a big family getaway in the area I would love to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place for large groups of families and friends who are looking for a place close to Keystone Ski Resort. A lot of rooms and bathrooms so everyone can be comfortable. The kitchen had two sinks and two dishwashers, which was really nice. The house was clean and the property manager was very responsive to any concerns. There were some damaged furniture's such as the couches and pool table, but that didn't affect our stay here. I highly recommend this home and plan on renting it again in the future.

This place was gorgeous and had a very homey feel to it. The main floor and downstairs are both great places for everyone to gather and be together. The location is great! The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids; ages 3 to 12. There were a few minor maintenance issues for which the management company promptly responded. Since we stayed for a week, the towel exchange was welcome. We prepared 2 meals a day for all 19 without a hitch. King beds for all our large people. Weather cooperated. Lots to do close by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 17 adults and two teens stay here for three nights for a nearby wedding. This place was everything we needed and more. It's convenient to Keystone, hiking trails, and the lake. Outside of the fridge in the garage (which was a little dirty), the house itself was clean and spacious. We did have a few minor issues and the management company was always very responsive by text (and on one occasion sent out a repairman for the basement washer). Although the place is awesome (for us humble midwesterners), there were a few scratches, dents and dings as you'd expect in a rental. The sauna in the basement was out of order. Still, I'd recommend this whole-heartedly to any group who wants a lot of space for a great price; we averaged $85/per person per night and you can't get any hotel for that in this area.

From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable.The property itself was absolutely stunning - clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The views from the porch were breathtaking, and I spent many hours simply relaxing and taking in the scenery. The location was perfect too - close enough to all the action, but tucked away enough to offer a peaceful and private retreat.The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, from booking to check-out. They provided detailed instructions and recommendations, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Additionally, the amenities were top-notch - from the fully-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and linens.Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious weekend getaway. It was truly a memorable experience, and I can't wait to book my next stay!

The common spaces are the heart of the home, and the furnishings are high end and beautiful. Wood beamed, cathedral ceilings, make for a grand living space. The one downside of this house was that the sauna steam room was broken upon our arrival. Otherwise the kitchen was well appointed, the bedroom mattresses are a little hard to sleep on. 9/10 would recommend again! Great location !

We loved every minute of our visit. Finally an Airbnb that lives up to expectations and beyond. By far the nicest of any we stayed in before. Great location with restaurants, stores and and shops close by. This estate was extremely spacious has a very large seating area inside and outside to enjoy a drink. This home has everything you will need, from multiple laundry rooms, large gourmet kitchen and the large bedrooms and lots of privacy. Would highly recommended it for a family with young kids and it would be perfect for multiple families. The host were very friendly and communicated everything we needed to know before hand and made it super easy to check in. Highly recommend. We loved this space.

It is a well appointed home where people can spread out into different areas for work with ample sleeping arrangements for folks that want to stay over. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, and just about everything one needs in the kitchen. Great outdoor spaces in both the front and back of the home. All staff members I have brought here are taken aback by the home and all it has to offer. Great yoga space along the second floor hallway and the hot tub is always a crowd pleaser. This home is great for work trip and family gatherings with multiple sets of families. We will continue to come here so long as the place is available!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time with our large group and really loved the spacious main area, big rooms, hot tub, and relatively clean property. The management is a little lax with the backyard tall grass and kitchen clutter upkeep, but it didn't significantly get in the way of us enjoying the property. Some things are different from the listing in a good way:- There is more living room and patio seating now than in the pictures- The master bedroom on the main floor is bigger and nicer than displayed- There is an extra bathroom in the basement attached to the laundry room, so 7.5 baths in total (and an extra shower next the the sauna downstairs)- The front porch has an extra large table that can seat 10 in addition to the patio couch furniture, which was nice for outside meals- The ceilings are so high on the main and upper levels, and it provides such a wonderful huge feeling to the whole house- The driveway is a bit bigger than advertised, and can easily fit 5 cars without blocking anyone in, or another 4-6 if you block in your own cars- When we were there, there was an old dumpy fridge/freezer in the garage which worked, so that was great for holding extra drinks/ice.One important note that may be disappointing:- The management bans fires, despite the fire pit in the picture and the healthy wood stack in the backyard. Although I understand the rules, as this area is prone to forest fires due to poor fire safety practices from usually vacationing out of towners, it's good to keep in mind since the pictures make it seem like fires are encouraged

The communication ahead of time and throughout our time in the home was next level! it's a great location backs to a hiking trail, and fabulous outdoor spaces front and back. The coat/mud room off of the garage entrance is great to store everyone’s shoes boots and coatsWe all loved the hot tub after a day of skiing. Plenty of room for at least 7 cars to be parked. Will definitely use this place again. This was our second time here Best part of location it’s only maybe a mile to the drop off kids at the bunny hill. Very convenient

This house is AMAZING! There were little surprises to the house that was not advertised. The advertisement only listed one restroom in for the lower level. However both bunkbed rooms have there own restroom! Major plus! And there is a shower in the room that the sauna is in. There were a bunch of little things that mad the stay a little annoying. The garage is used as a storage so if your planning on parking in it, its a no go! There were bugs smashed on the walls in 2 of the restrooms within the home. And in one of the bunkbed room there sheets were not clean. 5 of the beds had dirty linen in which on of them had blood on the sheets and pillowcases. Im not sure if the cleaning crew automatically assume that children would be sleeping there so there is no need to pay attention to the sheets. In the same bunk bed room there was blood and hair on the floor in the restroom. (After calling housekeeping they were able to come out and see all of these things, cleaning the restroom and changing the linen in the room, However they never cleaned the huge dead bugs off the walls.) In the backyard there is a hot tub and a heater device. We were told by maintenance that neither one worked which was a huge bummer. There was a no burn order so we couldnt use the fire pit outside to sit around. And another things that was almost a deal breaker was on the main level but the backdoors there is a side door that is off by itself behind a small end table. At night when checking all of the door to make sure they were all locked this particular door was not locked and we could not get it to lock. We had to push the sofa in front of it which still did not give us a sense of security. But overall there was a ton of room for everyone to have their own space. We had a amazing time.

We rented this for a 3 day business meeting. We felt like we were at a lodge with the rustic Colordao look on the interior. With 8 bedrooms/baths we had plenty of room to stretch out. The furniture is a bit outdated but was comfortable all around. I would definitly rent this place again!

The outdoor cushions are stained as is some of the carpet in the rooms. The dishwashers need to be replaced as the soap doesn't dispense and the hot tub cover is ripped which leads to debris in the tub.

It is very spacious. We did not have any problem with appliences except for the stand alone sink. The pipe became disconnected. However, it was an easy fix. I would stay here again with my family. There were a couple beer cans left over in the front and back yard from the guests before us, but again an easy fix for us to take care of.

Great place for our group for the weekend. Plenty of space. Cozy and the hot tub was amazing. Place isn’t in tip top shape but it worked fine for us as we were mostly looking forward to just spending time together. Fireplace was broken and pool table had two incomplete sets of cue balls which meant we couldn’t play. It’s a great spot and we enjoyed our time but all listed amenities are definitely not available. Given that knowledge, we’d still book again with lower expectations!

We have a large family with 14 grandchildren. Every other year we have a ski trip in December. We've moved from one large home to another as the family grows. This fit the bill. It is more worn than the pictures show--typical for anyone's home. We really enjoyed having rooms for all the couples and bunks in the basement for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped. We didn't have any problems while cooking meals. One thing that was so impressive was the response of the management to minor problems. A couple of the windows had no mechanisms to lock the pane once it was rolled in. They had someone out at 8pm to fix it. He even brought two portable heaters in case we needed more warmth with temps in the teens. After we left, they found some items we had forgotten. They were saved and given to us when we returned a week later. This is an unusually responsive management group. Parking: there is room in the garage for one car. We had 6 total and could have easily fit 2-4 more in their spacious driveway.

Great space for our group. We gathered together in the kitchen , dining room and living areas to visit and eat. We had plenty of room to spread out for games in the evening for the who still had energy. There was plenty of room for those who wanted to retreat to a quieter place or go to bed earlier.

There was ample amount of space between all three floors in which to spread out; the long hallways on the second floor made for a great yoga class space. The master suite is worth mentioning as it is not featured in the photos - the windows and views are spectacular with a lovely king sized bed and a couch that pulls out into a sofa bed for more sleeping accommodations; there is also a soaking tub in its spacious bathroom. I am already keeping an eye on our calendar so we can return the same time next year!

We had a bit of difficulty with checkin, as the keys were not in the lock box as indicated. Fortunately a door was unlocked and we were able to get in -- where the keys were on a window ledge. The property management staff were very responsive the couple of times we contacted them.One suggestion -- better directions for recyclables. It was hard to know what could be recycled; perhaps that information could be added to the portal, including whether recyclables need to be separated by type.

This place is fabulous! We had a gathering of about 30 family and friends and it was perfect. Dinner and a fire followed by the sauna and hot tubbing. Lots of room for mingling and activities and privacy as needed too. A curious red fox joined us at our fire. Highly recommend this beautiful home

The kitchen was very well stocked, which made it easy to cook for crowds. The only downside was the hot tub. It was extremely dirty and the water was very discolored. Other than the hot tub, it was an amazing rental.

I think after 15 years we did. There is plenty of seating, the bedrooms are spacious, and the outdoor living area is comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed the hiking/running trail right behind the property and of course the hot tub is always a big hit. We all had a great time and look forward to returning next summer.

We visited as part of a company retreat. The place housed 17 of us comfortably and was great for giving people space to hang out with each other or have alone time. We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back sometime in the future.

The house at Soda Ridge was the nicest and most inviting of the 3 and we held our last 2 days of meetings there. The best worked out perfectly as we had 8 adults staying there and each of them had an adult sized bed to sleep in. The kitchen, lounging areas, bedrooms, grounds around the house, all worked perfectly for our meeting. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large family and/or looking to host a sales meeting in a comfortable and open format. There are few repairs that need to be made to the house, like a large rip in the pool table felt, but they didn't ruin the trip by any means.

This is an absolutely stunning property - it exceeded our expectations in every way. We were a group of 17 people and the home easily accommodated us. The entire home and fixtures are first class, and the place was spotless. We give the property an 11 out of 10 and we will certainly be back!

The listing was just as advertised and perfect for our family reunion. The house was in close proximity to all the activities we were looking and provided the perfect accommodations for our group. From the kitchen, to the rec room, the hot tub, and mountain trails behind the house, we had something for everyone.

Booked for a company retreat. The staff responded pretty fast to emails. They sent me a list of "discounted" vendors that they use. There were no discounts but it was very helpful to use for activities and groceries. A few items were broken upon arrival and they gave me the option to have it fixed immediately or when we left. We opted for when we left.
All in all, would come back!

The house was big and spacious as advertised. We did have several broken items/things not working, but Summit Country was responsive and expedient and repaired and fixed everything. Our group loved the fact we could each have our own space and a big kitchen to share. It was a perfect space for our corporate meeting!!

The kitchen was stocked, but there were a few things we wished we had and didn't so if you want a specialty kitchen tool, be sure to bring it. Overall, the property worked wonderfully and was comfortable for everyone.

Reviewer Comments: Almost everything about the property was great, the very open concept from the kitchen that leads to the great room was amazing for all of our friends and family to gather around to talk and hang out. The only minor gripes I had about the property were the oven and the soundproofing inside the rooms. If you are going to do any kind of baking, I would recommend preheating the oven to your desired temperature (hours before) and leaving it on until you're finished because it takes an extremely long time to preheat. The soundproofing in the rooms could be better, it seemed since the space is very open, sound carries very far inside the property. It seemed while a few of us were trying to sleep, sound of their conversations would carry into the rooms and if you're a very light sleeper, you may have problems sleeping. Other than those two minor gripes, everything was perfect and I would definitely stay here again.

A recreation room in the basement and bedrooms on all three floors, was nice to spread out the group. The kitchen could use some bigger pots and some other cooking supplies. The range top burners need some maintenance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all had a great time. There was enough space for 28 people. A recreation room in the basement and bedrooms on all three floors, was nice to spread out the group. The kitchen could use some bigger pots and some other cooking supplies. The range top burners need some maintenance.

Everyone loved the area -- beautiful mountain hikes, whitewater rafting, boating on the reservoir, feeding the ducks at Keystone Lake, local playgrounds and parks, and perfect weather. We would definitely come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was the perfect set up for our family of 16 that ranged in age from 92 to 10. We were attending our niece's wedding ( the parents of the bride were part of our group) at Abasin. So e of the festivities took place at the Keystone village so the location was perfect. The multiple bedrooms with baths and the different levels with the game/ rec room downstairs for the younger folks was great. Everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was lovely to work in , two dishwashers, plenty of dish ware for a large group . A simple instruction manual for the Wolfe range might be useful since some of the printing on the knobs has worn off...but we were able to figure it out. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck and hot tub. The backyard setting is beautiful and peaceful and I loved the picturesque tipi. The bedrooms and baths are beautifully decorated . The beds were comfortable. The only things lacking were reading lamps throughout the house. It would be nice to add some lamps in the sitting area and in some of the bedrooms that didn't have them . Overall, it was a great place for our family and I would highly recommend it.

Everyone loved that most of the adults got master suites while most of the kids fit into the basement. Also great: the big living room gathering space, the huge and well-stocked kitchen, plenty of table space for eating inside and out -- and of course the hot tub. Nearby was a fabulous walking/biking path along a gorgeous creek. The downsides were pretty minor: We found dirt in some of the rooms and half the jets on the hot tub were broken (we noticed that another reviewer made the same comment). But overall it made for a great family reunion, with a great place to stay and tons of fun stuff to do in Breckenridge and Silverthorne. We'd definitely stay again.

Lots of room for the catered Rehearsal Dinner, guitarist and fifty guests. The 20 of us had big rooms where we could spend quiet time if wanted. The only thing that disappointed us was the bugs in the Master Bathroom but it was easily forgotten because the house was perfect for my needs.

Our large extend family spent the Christmas holidays at this incredible home. The kitchen was huge and perfect for cooking large meals. The main gathering room is an open design, connecting to the kitchen. So everyone was able to talk and play as meals were prepared. The kids loved the massive basement area with the pool table, TV's and more. The adults spent most of our waking hours on the main floor and out on the balcony or in the large hot tub. The back yard was really cool with the Tee Pee. The bedrooms are very large and the king sized beds were a real plus for all the adults. This home is really a rare find. We have paid more than double in Breck and had lesser quality.

Reviewer Comments: After a year in planning, and thirteen years since the last reunion with the addition of new spouses and children spanning four generations, ages ranging from four months to eighty eight years, we spent almost four full days of reconnecting during great meals, hikes to Chiuahua Lake and Ptarmigan Pass, bike rides form Frisco to Vail Pass and back, Brew pubs in Dillon and Frisco, fishing on the Blue River, and sightseeing in Breckenridge. We found the accommodations well suited to our large group, though the sleeping quarters did not work well for privacy for all couples. The kitchen and dining areas allowed space for multiple participants in meal preparation and provided great socializing time. We did have some difficulty with lighting the stove and one burner always had the ignitor clicking. There was also a faucet that insisted on turning itself off. The outside gas grill was quite dirty and I spent some time cleaning the cooking surface before using it, there were no complaints however regarding the quality of the meal. Everyone enjoyed the pool games and foosball and watching the Olympics on the big TV. The hot tub and sauna were used daily despite the somewhat murky hot tub water. Everyone there were very pleased with the success of the event, and the inconvenience of the minor problems did not detract from the overall pleasure of our stay. There was a bit of confusion when we were granted an early check in and then told that was a mistake, however the staff did get the home ready for an early check in anyway and our fee was refunded. All my dealings with Summit County Mountain Resorts were pleasant, informative, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to enjoy that beautiful area of Colorado.
