Located just over a mile from Keystone Resort, this spacious home offers four primary suites with king beds, multiple gathering spaces, scenic mountain views, and easy access to the free Keystone Resort Shuttle. Enjoy private hiking access nearby, spacious outdoor living areas, and a six-person hot tub, all while being minutes from skiing, dining, shopping, and year-round mountain adventures.

Living Area:
The main living area features comfortable furnishings centered around a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace with a mounted flat-screen TV. Large windows and spacious gathering areas create the perfect atmosphere for spending time together after a day on the slopes. Adjacent to the living room is an additional seating area and a small bar, providing even more room for entertaining.

Downstairs, guests will find a large recreation room with another small bar, a large sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, and multiple seating areas. This level provides plenty of space for movie nights, games, and group gatherings. Outside, spacious covered decks offer scenic mountain views and comfortable seating, while the private six-person hot tub provides the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Kitchen and Dining:
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals for large groups. The dining table comfortably seats ten guests, with seating for five additional guests at the breakfast bar. The open layout allows everyone to stay connected while cooking, dining, and relaxing.

The house was beautifully laid out and perfect for our families! We especially loved the custom gates for the stairs; they were a lifesaver with our two little toddlers. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. We wish there was a bit more storage for food, but everything else was wonderful. It was a bit pricey—the price actually went up from one day to the next—so don’t delay booking. They were quick to answer our questions and very helpful when we needed them. The hot tub didn’t get too hot, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The house itself is fantastic. It would be amazing in the spring and summer, with so many great outdoor areas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a long weekend with a group of friends and handful of kids for our annual ski trip. The home was beautiful with a great kitchen and communal space, along with large bedrooms all with bathrooms. It is so close to Keystone, which was helpful. The listing says there is only room for 4 cars which made me a bit nervous, but on arrival there was easily room for 8+ cars in the driveway, which was a huge relief. Property management was very responsive to questions and brought over some additional towels when asked. Would stay again!

Good for large groups

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is designed for large groups. There were 14 of us and everyone had their own space. I have read the reviews that said the house was old, and it could do with a small facelift, but the location/views are amazing. We spent a day in the backyard making a snowman and hiking up to take great pics. The house feels like a cabin in the woods but it is right up the road from all mod-cons. The oven takes awhile to heat up but there are 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers, a large island and a large table. The fridge is a little shallow but there is a fridge in the garage. Every room has bathroom/shower (there is one jack and jill) and humidifiers and heaters. The fireplace heats up the entire family room quickly and the hot tub is nice. The outdoor heater didn't work but the hot tub is close to the door so you can dry off and get back inside quickly. Game room pool table is great but the card table was in bad condition. There is a seperate sitting area/TV down there so that is nice. The bathrooms in the bunkrooms were also nice (these can sometimes be forgotten). If I'm being picky, the bunkrooms/game room could use more light. Garage fridge/garage could be nicer. Better oven racks (there was only one and it didn't fit properly). However, the owners were only a text message away. We had questions weeks before arriving and they always responded promptly. One note: if driving to this house, make sure your directions use the tunnel. Otherwise, you drive over the mountain and it can be a little daunting in the snow.

The 2 bunk rooms sleep 6 and 4, just like the pictures. We were 20 people and had plenty of room, The space was really fabulous! The place was immaculately clean and the beds were great. The crock pot didn't work and the owner brought us a new one within hours. Plenty of extra bedding, linens and humidifiers and 2 sets of washer and dryers. We enjoyed the hot tub and had no issues. Some of the furniture and lamps have taken a beating from renters but it all worked. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Home For Big Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this home with about 15 family members. We were welcomed to a very clean home. This house was beautiful with lots of amenities to keep the whole family entertained. The location is great and only 10 minutes to Lake Dillon and 20 minutes to Breckenridge. The management company was very responsive. I needed propane for the gas grill and they were able to get a replacement tank very quickly. The next time we plan a big family getaway in the area I would love to stay here again.
