Guests wishing to use the Aspen House and/or Lake House amenities must contact Summit County Mountain Retreats (SCMR) at 970-368-4800 in advance to reserve amenity access and complete the required registration process. Summit Sky Ranch charges the following amenity access fees per reservation if these amenities are used:

Living Area:
The main floor living area offers a warm, inviting space with a cozy gas fireplace, TV, and large windows showcasing mountain views. Step outside to the private patio with comfortable seating and an outdoor fireplace, or gather around the backyard fire pit under the stars. Upstairs, a second living area provides additional space to unwind, complete with a TV and dedicated workspace with a printer for remote work.

Kitchen and Dining:
The full kitchen is thoughtfully designed for preparing meals after a day of adventure and includes a breakfast bar for casual dining or morning coffee. Gather around the dining table for sit-down meals and quality time together.
