Fit our family of 8 adults perfect! Close to town and lake and hiking areas. Kitchen well stocked. Appliances were very nice! The big kitchen island was great to prepare meals. Bathrooms were clean and hot water for showers was good. Neighborhood private and easy walk to Dillon Lake. Wish there was more comfortable outdoor seating on both decks. We would have spent more time on the front deck but no chairs. The guest book of instructions needs updated with what’s available and check out procedures, etc. The house and furnishings and carpet are a little dated, especially in the master bedroom area, but the price was affordable and the layout fit our family well so not a big deal. We spent most our time in the big kitchen and living area. The manager was very responsive and texted now and then checking in and answered all my questions quickly. Overall our family had a GREAT week in the mountains and were comfortable and enjoyed our stay in Summerwood!

We loved our stay at this home in Dillon! The kitchen was particularly gorgeous; I enjoyed cooking breakfast in the mornings and watching my kiddos play in the living room, all while taking in mountain views behind them! The jetted bathtub was also lovely for both the kiddos and mom & dad alike. The host was very responsive when we had a few questions pop up. Would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip!

The location was perfect for our spring break. And the size of the house was great for our large family to spread out after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed to cook homemade dinners. We utilized the clubhouse, including the hot tub several times as well. The only (minor) thing that could be improved were the size and quality of the TVs which we used to watch the start of March Madness. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

This cabin had stunning views and was the perfect location for a group of 6 people on a weekend getaway. It was very clean and had all the amenities listed. The drawer in the kitchen with card and board games was a great surprise for us! We had so much fun. I would book again in a heartbeat.

This home was beautifully, mindfully and comfortably appointed, perfect for our sibling reunion, as we gathered from Colorado, Oregon and North Carolina. We were all able to be in the kitchen or sit in the living room and chat with plenty of room. We ate our meals and played games at the large dining room table. Beautiful views and warm ambiance. I would highly recommend this place to any groups looking for a beautiful, pristinely clean, and cozy place to stay. It's got a lot of room and is just beautiful! Thank you. One small comment, the location was not marked so we weren't entirely sure upon arrival if we were going to the correct place. It took some bravery to try the code on a home we weren't sure was the one. You might mark the address in the most obvious place for your guests.

The home is well stocked with linens and kitchen basics. It has all the pots, pans, etc. you could need. The on-site washer and dryer is super helpful. Property is just a short drive to Keystone. We have shipped items to SCMR booking office 2x and both times we have had no issue picking up our items. They are always very kind and helpful.

Kitchen is huge and very nicely stocked. Restaurants fairly close by. Our family was boarding at Copper which was only about 20 min. Keystone is very close. It was nice that the driveway was cleared for us a few times after snowfall. They also had sleds available in the garage for use and you can sled in neighborhood. Our granddaughter had a great time. We would definitely book this home again.

My friends and I had the most wonderful stay at Summit County Mountain Retreats! The location was perfect, the sleeping arrangements were great (humidifiers in the closets were a must!) and the large living spaces were ideal for our group meals and hang outs. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need (coffee maker, Keurig and crock pots included). We said multiple times that we will be booking this place again. Can't wait to go back! xx

What more can you ask for. This beautiful home had everything our large family could ever need. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was very spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. Not only will you enjoy every minute here but you’ll also be close to some great attractions and cute towns.

What more can you ask for. This beautiful home had everything our large family could ever need. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was very spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. Not only will you enjoy every minute here but you’ll also be close to some great attractions and cute towns.

This was a great find in the Dillon area. Cabin was in a great location. Tucked away off the main highway, but still really easy to access all the surrounding areas; Keystone, Breck,.. etc. Cabin was very clean and had all the amenities our family could need. All the bedrooms were great, and the large common area was perfect for the family to gather around the fire after a long day in the mountains. Only disappointment was our kids didn't get a chance to see the resident fox, guess we'll have to come out again to stay and try and see him. Would highly recommend this cabin for families looking to get away and still be close to everything this area has to offer.

It is spacious, comfortable and clean, but the best part was the location, it is close to everything. The kids loved playing in the snow around the house and the nearby sledding slopes and trail. The only downside was that we had to clear the driveway and lay salt due to the amount of snow we got during the week we stayed. The property manager was able to answer all the questions we had and gave a list of suggestions for food and seasonal activities near the home. The view is amazing and if we didn't have a giant SUV having access to a garage would be super! It snowed our second day so the driveway was slightly intimidating but the parking spot at the end was easy to maneuver into after skiing. The view from the living room is spectacular and would love to stay again in the spring/summer to take advantage of the deck!

Wonderful large home that accommodated our families perfectly. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need and more. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out. Everything was sparkling clean and there were lots of amenities. Location close to Dillon was easy access to local breweries, Jeep rentals, groceries, and other outdoor options. Also a quick drive to Breckenridge and the other resorts. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

We slept 10 comfortably with plenty of space for everyone to move around and have privacy if needed. The only items needing upgrades are the couches, wear is obvious and they’re a little rough on skin but for rental price not a show stopper for us. Overall house was clean but could have been deep cleaned better prior to our arrival especially since cleaning fee is applied. Finger prints were all over counters and toilets were dirty. Customer service was great. Would recommend to friends and family.

We apologize that our cleaning crew missed a couple of items during their clean. Had we known, we would have gladly sent over an inspector to touch up those misses. We'll certainly pass along these suggestions about the sofa upgrade to the property owner. We greatly appreciate the feedback.

Our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children (ages 17 months to 8 years old), had a fabulous time in this beautiful and well-appointed home! We were there June 20-23rd, 2019. It was perfect for us! We had a lovely day on the 21st: fishing nearby, swimming, sittiing in the hot tub, playing racquet ball and shooting baskets in the nearby clubhouse, bike riding on a bikepath close by, and barbecuing that evening before movie night. We woke up to snow on the ground on June 22nd, but it cleared, and we still had alot of fun inside and out, including a family movie in Dillon after naptime. On our departure day, June 23rd, there was more snow but our travel home was not hindered. This mountain home has a fabulous main level with lots of windows and a large open area with living room, dining area and a huge, well- equiped kitchen, so everyone can be together. There is a spaceous top level bedroom suite, with a small loft, that is amazing. There are two smaller bedrooms on the main level and one on the ground level. 4 bathrooms. The price was very reasonable, split between our 3 families. We highly recommend this incredible mountain home with it's great location in Summit County and all of it's beauty and outdoor and indoor activities.

Our house was exactly what we needed and actually exceeded my expectations! It was sparkling clean and communication with our agent was simple and quick. My favorite room was the kitchen as our family loves to cook. There was room for several us to be in there at the same time and the kitchen was very well equipped. Location of the house was perfect....just down the road from Keystone and Arapahoe Basin, close to restaurants in Dillon and Silverthorne and ten minutes from all that Breckenridge offers. I highly recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time at this house, spending time with friends visiting from different parts of the country. We called ahead on the day of arrival, and Management was able to accommodate our request for early check-in, which allowed us to put our small toddlers down for naps relatively on schedule - that was a big relief to all of us. The house was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We spent much time lounging around on the patio, enjoying the scenery and using the grill. When we weren’t on the patio, we were checking out nearby trails, the reservoir and nearby Breckenridge. Overall a great stay!

The GIANT kitchen was fantastic, and flows perfectly into the dining and family rooms. The internet was super fast even with multiple devices online. The tv had access to all the content we wanted. The location was central to several fun places of interest. Dillon and Silverthorne are minutes away. Perfect in so many ways.

Stayed at this beautiful home for three nights with a few friends for a last minute ski trip. The home was perfect for us. The kitchen was great and we found ourselves cooking and socializing each morning and each night. Will definitely try to stay here again next year!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! There was more than enough living space and bathrooms for everyone. Hot water did seem to run out a little quicker than normal. We even ended up checking the tank to make sure it was on but found theres only 1 hot water tank for the whole 3 story 4 bath house. After this was discovered, we made sure to shower more spread out and didn't run the washer or dishwasher till late at night and didn't have anymore problems with cold water. This was 1 of the cleanest Airbnb's I've personally stayed in and in a great neighborhood where everyone felt safe! It's perfectly located, only 5 mins from keystone ski resort, 5 mins to food, and 10 mins to the outlet mall! All of us would definitely recommend this location and I'll always personally try to get this house for all my future ski trips to keystone!

Management was responsive and quick to respond, th kitchen and living room was gorgeous and comfortable, there were plenty of good cooking utensils and the linens were comfortable. The bathrooms even had nice little soaps and things in case you forgot shampoo. I would definitely reccomend going here, it’s the perfect place to stay for a snowboarding trip or any trip for people who love the outdoors.

The outdoor grill is quite worn out and needed a lot of cleaning or needs replacing. The non-stick frying pan definitely needs to be replaced. We would recommend more seating on the outdoor deck. We are not complaining - the house is lovely and we would come back again. Just wanted to share some suggestions the owner could change if they are inclined to make improvements. The property management people at Summit County Mountain Retreats communicated perfectly, and were very friendly and efficient. They have a nice web portal to log into and get all the information about the house, checking in, running the fireplace, WiFi info, how to dispose of trash, the clubhouse, who to call, etc. They are top notch. We would rent from Summit County Mountain Retreats again, and would stay in this house again. Thank you for a great vacation!

This property is amazing. Came here with my family to celebrate mother in laws 60th and it was perfect. Big enough so everyone has their own space and a nice big kitchen and family room so we could all hang out together as well. Close enough that you can ride a bike to the town of Dillon. The club house with pool and hot tub was great for the kids. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet mountain get away.

This house is even better than the pictures (particularly the master bedroom - it is quite large)! We girlled and cooked quite a bit and the kitchen had everything we could need. The recreation center was just around the corner and had a large hot tub and a basketball court that we were able to use when we weren't able to make it up to ski (roads were closed). I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back sometime soon!

House is bigger and nicer than it looks in the pictures. One of the largest kitchens we've had in a rental, cooking and serving food with a large group was never an issue.
The master suite upstairs is amazing - giant bedroom, private tub/shower and walk-in closet.

This house was beautiful, just as described. The host was thorough in their communication and made our trip a breeze. The neighborhood was spread out well and offered adequate privacy. The actual location of the neighborhood was great, right on the reservoir, far enough from town to enjoy the peace and quiet, close enough to run to the market if need be. The house itself was in stellar shape. It's clear that the owners take pride in meticulous upkeep. Sleeping and living areas are well separated so no one was waking anyone. The kitchen was well equipped. There were even a handful of outdoor activities (bikes, fishing poles) left behind for guests to enjoy. The location of this place was all we were looking for in an adventurous weekend, and the beautiful home was the icing on the cake.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home fit our party of 10 perfectly. The kitchen and master bedroom were massive. The other bedrooms had plenty of space for clothing and the beds were very comfortable. We made several fires in the fireplace and used the free wifi easily each day. A few negatives: the garage was narrow and long, but would not easily fit our Tahoe or Yukon. The house did not have any kitchen towels and some bathrooms did not have soap to wash your hands. After calling the management company, they did not come to help with these needs. The couches are wearing in the living room, but we didn't mind too much. Overall, this home fit our needs and we would return again!

Very nice home in a great location! The home was very clean when we arrived and found it to be a great space for a group of 10. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back! PS - the hot tub in the club house is TINY.

Nice location with awesome mountain views, my son-in-law andgrandson enjoyed played basketball at the fitness center, my husband and daughter enjoyed the bike riding around the lake while the rest of family members took a walk with them. Dillon Lake is just a short walk away with a paved trail which extends miles ahead.The house is beautiful and clean. We all have a great time and totally enjoyed the stay.
