Fit our family of 8 adults perfect! Close to town and lake and hiking areas. Kitchen well stocked. Appliances were very nice! The big kitchen island was great to prepare meals. Bathrooms were clean and hot water for showers was good. Neighborhood private and easy walk to Dillon Lake. Wish there was more comfortable outdoor seating on both decks. We would have spent more time on the front deck but no chairs. The guest book of instructions needs updated with what’s available and check out procedures, etc. The house and furnishings and carpet are a little dated, especially in the master bedroom area, but the price was affordable and the layout fit our family well so not a big deal. We spent most our time in the big kitchen and living area. The manager was very responsive and texted now and then checking in and answered all my questions quickly. Overall our family had a GREAT week in the mountains and were comfortable and enjoyed our stay in Summerwood!

We loved our stay at this home in Dillon! The kitchen was particularly gorgeous; I enjoyed cooking breakfast in the mornings and watching my kiddos play in the living room, all while taking in mountain views behind them! The jetted bathtub was also lovely for both the kiddos and mom & dad alike. The host was very responsive when we had a few questions pop up. Would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip!

The location was perfect for our spring break. And the size of the house was great for our large family to spread out after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed to cook homemade dinners. We utilized the clubhouse, including the hot tub several times as well. The only (minor) thing that could be improved were the size and quality of the TVs which we used to watch the start of March Madness. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

This cabin had stunning views and was the perfect location for a group of 6 people on a weekend getaway. It was very clean and had all the amenities listed. The drawer in the kitchen with card and board games was a great surprise for us! We had so much fun. I would book again in a heartbeat.

This home was beautifully, mindfully and comfortably appointed, perfect for our sibling reunion, as we gathered from Colorado, Oregon and North Carolina. We were all able to be in the kitchen or sit in the living room and chat with plenty of room. We ate our meals and played games at the large dining room table. Linens on the beds and in bathrooms were luxurious and cozy. We also enjoyed the art pieces throughout the house. Thank you!

Great place for my group of friends and I. The kitchen was amazing and was stocked conveniently with all but the food! We made several nice meals and took advantage of the wine cooler. Beautiful views and warm ambiance. I would highly recommend this place to any groups looking for a beautiful, pristinely clean, and cozy place to stay. It's got a lot of room and is just beautiful! Thank you. One small comment, the location was not marked so we weren't entirely sure upon arrival if we were going to the correct place. It took some bravery to try the code on a home we weren't sure was the one. You might mark the address in the most obvious place for your guests.

Fantastic property. Will be back. Club house was closed however so no access to a hot tub which honestly would’ve changed my choice. Never heard back from management in regards to the clubhouse being unavailable. Beautiful house though.

The home was extremely nice. Clean and well stocked with just about everything you could possibly need for cooking. More than enough space for gatherings and quiet time. Excellent location to use your Epic pass at Breck, Keystone and Vail. Would definitely book this one again.

Everyone in our group had nothing but great things to say about our stay! Cooking for adults and picky children was made easy by the plethora of utensils and tools available in the beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked and comfortable. Whether you're Ikon or Epic, the house is a short drive to the mountain. Breck, Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne are also close by to shop and dine when you don't feel like cooking. We'll definitely be back!
