Conveniently located, this condo is a short walk to Frisco Main Street, Ten Mile Creek, and the free Summit Stage bus. It's also minutes away from the Frisco Bay Marina and the Frisco Adventure Park, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and various activities. Additionally, this unit offers quick and convenient access to popular ski areas such as Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Vail.

Enter through the private garage or front door and find a mud room with a built-in bench and hooks for storing your gear. Upstairs, the inviting great room features large windows with picturesque mountain views. Cozy up by the floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace on the modern, plush sectional sofa.

The full-sized luxury kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances invites you to prepare culinary delights. The dining area comfortably seats eight guests, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Step onto the first covered patio from the dining area, offering outdoor seating. On the main level, you'll find the second primary bedroom with a king-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom includes a single sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a second entrance for guests' convenience. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and initial toiletries.

The top floor welcomes you with a spacious primary suite featuring a king-sized bed and floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views from your private balcony. An adjacent work area with a desk provides a comfortable space to catch up on emails or plan your next adventure. The ensuite bathroom features quartz countertops with double sinks, a separate water room, a jetted tub, and a spacious walk-in shower with beautiful tile surround and a glass enclosure. Head up the stairs to the third private balcony, offering panoramic mountain views, outdoor seating, and a fireplace.

The lower level offers a second living area with cozy seating and a smart TV, providing ample space for relaxation. The guest bedroom on this level features a queen-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. The guest bathroom includes a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. You'll also find an additional living area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and the laundry room, equipped with a stacked full-sized washer and dryer.

To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 28 years of age or older and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation

Very confortable and well equipped townhouse only a couple blocks from Frisco’s Main Street and restaurants. Surprised at the lovely view out the living room’s full length windows. All three generations of the family enjoyed their stay.

Extremely comfy, spacious, and relaxing home with a gorgeous view of the fall colors. Could see the snow on the mountains in the distance. Close to shops, restaurants, trails, and other activities. Excellent communication with the host and easy check-in and check-out. This was our second time staying here and it was even better than the first! We will definitely be coming back again.

The house was really great and was in a great location for hiking and getting to Main Street. Only downside is that the fireplace inside and on the patio were not usable. When I messaged about it, they weren't very helpful. I definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!

The location and quality of the home was amazing. Lots of amenities, wonderful views. The kids loved the bunk room. Also, having a garage is really handy. The only issue we had was some ice in the driveway, which isn't all that uncommon in Frisco in March. I would recommend a 4WD vehicle pretty much anywhere in this area at this time anyhow.

My family and I stayed at this lovely home during the New Year's holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it for many reasons. Firstly, the home itself was clean, new, and had great amenities for a large family. The bedrooms were perfect all with stunning views, comfortable beds and nice linens/pillows. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked almost every meal. The local town of Frisco was easily walkable and absolutely charming with fantastic restaurants/bars/local shopping. Lastly, the house is an easy 10-15 minute drive to Copper Mountain, which we absolutely LOVED for it's amazing snowboard/ski terrain and experience.
Overall, we LOVED this house and would definitely recommend to others looking for a great time and comfortable home with friends/family!

We loved our stay in Frisco. Beautiful condo, well equipped Kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. Our only negative is Frisco Alley doesn’t show on Apple Maps. Please use the written directions they will send you. The views were amazing since Frisco had 2 feet of snow before we arrived. We will definitely stay at this beautiful condo if we ever come back to Frisco.

Lovely mountain retreat

Great property, ample space, adequately stocked. Had slower than desired communication with rental company. The one and only bath tub was broken, dish washer ended up not working and the company never replied to me about it. Otherwise very comfy beds, great location, overall lovely stay!

Just like home.

Very nice condo, comfortable and has everything you need for an extended stay and cooking. The neighbor good was great and location was perfect. Just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars on Main Street. A short walk in the opposite direction and you’re at the walking/biking path and trails into the mountains. We will definitely book this condo for our next visit.

Great house!

House was wonderful! Only issues were the bathtub being out of order (which they told us about ahead of time) and it was very hot inside when we arrived, since it was warm outside and the house does not have air conditioning. The primary bedroom on the top floor was the worst. This would only be an issue in the summer if you’re someone who likes it cool inside. We just had to open all of the windows for a bit to let some fresh air in, and the house stayed comfortable after that. We loved the kitchen and living room area, and did lots of cooking and hanging out. With only 2 couples in the house, it felt very spacious. Would recommend to anyone! We did lots of hanging out and cooked breakfast every morning

Amazing place. Gorgeous home and great location. Only thing I hope they add is screen door of some kind to the upstairs bedroom. With no AC the top floor gets a bit toasty in the summer. And sleeping with the door open is super nice but could use a screen door.
10/10 place highly recommend.

Great for ski vacation

The property was great for our ski vacation. It is close to all of the major ski resorts. The check in process was smooth and the management company was very helpful. We had an issue with the flights and we had to change our dates and they were very accommodating. Definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful Stay

We loved everything about this townhome. It was located close to downtown and it was an easy drive to Copper mountain for skiing. There was n shuttle service unfortunately. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable!

Great Landing Zone in the Rockies

Unit was brand new, had great Mountain Views, plenty of room for family, great kitchen for gathering, the attached garage was a great perk in the winter with 9” of snow during our visit!

What a beautiful property! Theres tons of space and it’s a beautiful modern design. Everything is brand new. Management was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. It was difficult to locate in the dark since the area doesn’t have any street lighting but other than that we had a great stay!
