This spacious 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom stand-alone mountain home in East Keystone comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests with one king bed, two queen beds, two bunk beds, and one twin bed. Just minutes from River Run Village and the gondola, this mountain retreat offers the perfect combination of privacy and convenience. Enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces with scenic mountain views, a private hot tub, bonus game and media room, high-speed internet, private laundry, and a private garage for all your mountain adventures.

Living Area:
The main living space features large picture windows showcasing beautiful mountain views, a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, and a spacious sectional perfect for gathering after a day on the slopes. Just outside, the covered patio offers comfortable seating, outdoor heaters, a fire pit, and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and ski slopes.

The lower level provides an additional entertainment space complete with a gas fireplace, mounted TV, sectional seating, oversized bean bag chairs, ping pong table, foosball table, pinball machine, and a full wet bar with seating, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Step outside to the walk-out patio and relax in the private hot tub.

Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a wine cooler, making it ideal for preparing meals and entertaining. The dining table seats six guests, with five additional seats available at the breakfast bar.

Primary Suite:
The primary suite offers a king bed, private gas fireplace, and access to its own balcony with mountain views. The luxurious en suite bathroom includes dual sinks, a separate vanity, a jetted soaking tub beside the fireplace, and a spacious steam shower with dual shower heads.

Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom also offers a queen bed and is located near a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower-level bunk room sleeps five guests and includes two bunk beds, one twin bed, and a private en suite bathroom.

Some shops and restaurants in Keystone may be temporarily closed during the off-season.

Please Note: The reservation holder must be 26 years old at the time of reservation. This property has a 2-night minimum requirement. Large events, including weddings and parties, are prohibited. This property is not pet friendly and does not allow dogs or pets of any kind.

Yes, the ski slopes were extremely accessible, and shops were conveniently close by. We loved how easy it was to get from the property to the lifts—just a short walk, and we were on the slopes in minutes. The location couldn’t be better for skiers of all levels. After a full day on the mountain, it was great having restaurants, cafés, and shops just a few steps away. Everything we needed—gear rental, groceries, dining—was right there. It made our stay smooth, relaxing, and very enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for its unbeatable location and convenience.

Spent break ski trip with multiple families

Excellent Rental

Check in was super easy and management communication was great. Says it sleeps 12 with a pull out trundle bed but there was no trundle bed. Only sleeps 11 comfortably. Hot tub says fits 12. Only fits 4 comfortably. Overall would book again. The basement is a great entertainment area.

The most amazing home in Keystone!

This gorgeous home has it all! Amenities galore (most importantly in Colorado--humidifiers for.every room) and such an amazing location to Keystone Resort. The home is above all expectations and the communication with the check in process was outstanding. The kitchen appliances and pans, crockpot and housewares was the best I have ever experienced. It felt like we were home.

Memories with the grands!!!!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and was so much more than we could have imagined! The views from inside the house were gorgeous!!! Also the house was well supplied with paper goods and cleaning products. We had a couple of problems with water pressure and someone was sent out promptly and the matter was handled!! Our purpose was to have our grandkids learn to ski where we learned as well as where our kids learned and to make great memories!! This property even made the memories better. The kids loved the hot tub which they were in every night , the bunk room where they were all abel to sleep, as well as making smores over the fire pit!!! Highly recommend this property and so grateful for the memories!!!

Awesome Place for Leaf Peeping

The house was super clean and well stocked. The location is near Breck and Frisco making it convenient for day trips into these towns. If you're looking for leap peeping. This is the place. Easy to use gas firepit in the back makes for a perfect ambiance among the changing leaves. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic House

The house was amazing and in a convenient location. It was very well cleaned. The property manager was wonderful, checking in frequently to ensure that all was going well. We were able to make use of the early check-in which was helpful since we arrived in Keystone earlier than planned. We had a group of 9 guys and all had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen and the rec room where highlights while we were there. Hope to be able to stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing

We had a blast at the house (summer time). It is fairly secluded and has great views from the living room and outdoor spaces. The entertainment areas are also great! The kitchen had everything you could imagine for cooking for a large group. The beds were also very comfortable and we all got great sleep. We will be staying here again for sure!

Nothing short of amazing!

Our group of 6 adults & 4 kids fit perfectly in this stunning mountain retreat! We couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay in during our mountain retreat. The view is gorgeous! The house itself is impeccable & is equipped with pretty much anything you would need to make yourself at home. The game room is a bonus for the kids, as is the hot tub. House management team and the homeowner himself were wonderful to work with and we’re quick to help on the few occasions we needed it on our 10 day stay. We even saw a moose by the creek! 10/10 would recommend this stunning property.
