Fit all 14 of us comfortably. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of firewood for the fireplace!We’d like to book again for next year!

This cabin was gorgeous, and we felt right at home. I so appreciate the helpful and extensive webpage they have set up for guests once you have booked, that is complete with instructions, FAQs, recommendations, etc. The one thing that wasn’t 100% great was trying to get an early check in, and lack of communication and consistency from their end about it, and not the most timely replies. But it all worked out and I would absolutely recommend staying here. Know that it will be hard to get an Uber to/from Breck tho

This home was well stocked in a way many rentals I've stayed in are not. Although it can be cold as many reviews mention, they supplied a multitude of space heaters and firewood that helped us stay warm! The only issues we had were with some of the room plugs not working so extension cords would have been helpful. When you are trying to plug in a phone, lamp, space heater, humidifier and some plugs are broken, it's no fun. The wiring tripped a few times in the bathroom and kitchen when running a hair dryer or crockpot but other than that we loved the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the money, you can’t beat this location. It’s about 20 minutes from Breckenridge and about an hour and a half from Denver. To me it had all the amenities available very clean even though it’s outdated it was quiet and comfortable and just what me and my friends needed. Love the outdoor Fire pit to just sit around and relax. The community pool and Jacuzzi were a bonus. It had everything you needed in it washing machine dryer great kitchen set up grilling options and very comfortable beds. Would totally book again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the home. It is well updated, maintained, etc. The only complaint about the home is the drafty windows. One night was quite cold and the heat could not keep up. Regarding the management company, you responded quickly to messages and were helful. I asked a couple of times, including the day of check-in, to find out if we could check in early, as 430 is quite late, but never received a message. When we drove by at 230, we saw the cleaning crew leave. After complaining about the heat, the technician stopped by to check. There was nothing they could do, but got no response or support about it. Once I requested space heaters, they were brought over. I'm not sure why they didn't suggest that when I brought up the issue. Since the home is drafty in the great room, a space heater should be provided. There are not enough dishes or flatware for the size of the home. We ran out of large plates and spoons each night. Also, pizza boxes and other recyclables were left out in the garage when we arrived.

The house is great. It's very large with several bedrooms. The kitchen and each bathroom is very well updated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and pillows. We loved the open and spacious dining table, game table, and family room. There are several beds to accommodate our large group. It was difficult to find information in the listing on the ski shuttle, but it was close, less than a 10 minute walk up the street. The community hot tub/pool are nice, but a bit of a walk in the winter when you're wet. On very cold days/nights, we found the great room to be drafty and too cold. We requested space heaters which were brought over quickly and helped a lot. I would recommend this home and would definitely stay again.

We had a multiple family Colorado trip planned. We thoroughly enjoyed this cabin. Lots of beds and bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen seemed to be recently remodeled. We were specifically looking for a fire pit for a memorial time for a family member who recently passed away, this place met all our needs and more. The area was beautiful and we did a few small hikes that were beautiful along a small stream.

There was plenty of space to relax & socialize and more beds than we needed. The large deck and two grills were awesome when we grilled steaks in the evening. The pool and hot are a very short walk and nice amenity.The booking and check in were easy. Our only issues were that the garage door opener did not work and the management team did not get us new batteries, so we had only 1 key, which required a little more organization with who was at the house when. And there was no mirror in the downstairs bathroom, but it looked like it was being remodeled and perhaps just wasn't quite finished.

It was a wonderful house, owners may want to mention how some rooms are in the middle of updating, mostly bathrooms. The updates are great, hang a mirror in all bathrooms though 👍. We had to call about wasps in the house, I would spray before next guests arrive. The on-site management team was great and did what they could quickly. It’s a great house and we will come back to the location again!! The community pool was wonderful and the hiking right from the house was perfect!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday ski weekend with a large group of friends! This house was beautiful and in a perfect location to the resort. We enjoyed cooking meals together and gathering around the large table. The previous guests must've smoked in the bathroom near the garage because it didn't smell good at all. The rental agency was responsive when we reached out. This is a wonderful place to stay with a large group!

Lots of living space in case you get snowed in (we spent two full days in the house with 12 people and didn’t go stir crazy). The temperature controls we never quite figured out- was pretty cold in the living areas both mornings.

This guest did report the heating issue to us on 1/28 and out maintenance department completed the call within 2 hours and noted that the heat was working as designed. We did experience very cold weather during this guests stay so our staff dropped off a few space hearts as well to help them with comfort. We will have our staff throughly inspect the property for any items that are dated and can be replaced. Thank you again for your review, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Our group of 10 was accommodated just fine in this older home. We enjoyed the remodeled kitchen with its professional gas stove, but would have liked some knobs or pulls on the cabinets. We slept great in the comfortable beds. The highlight of our stay was when a moose came lumbering through right by the deck one evening!

Plenty of bedrooms, plenty of space, in general. The kitchen was very well supplied. The place was clean and tidy. While we were there, there were some relatively minor issues (the dishwasher stopped working, the shower drain in the master bathroom needed to be unplugged, the start button on the dryer gave off an electric shock). Maintenance person took care of the problems promptly and was very friendly. We skied at Keystone and Copper. Had a wonderful vacation!

Spacious kitchen, open to dinning and living areas, and plenty of room for 12. Kids were able to play around the house in the snow, and we used grill on a daily basis to cookout.

The only negative thing was it seemed there were some pots and pans missing. We saw lids but no pans, so we were limited one night in cooking a big meal. We made do, so no big deal. We've rented thru Summit County Mountain Retreats before and they ALWAYS provide great customer service. We always try to use them when staying in Keystone. I highly recommend staying in their properties. We will definitely try to use this rental in the future. Thanks.

It's a family vacation home that is managed by Summit County Mountain Retreats. The SCMR offices are nearby, and have communicative and responsive staff. The only blow dryer provided didn't work, so I emailed them, and within 24 hours we had three new blow dryers. The house was *really* comfortable, and has a small DVD library that kept us entertained. There are two nice decks, but the rear deck has what looks like some rotten boards--those need to be fixed before someone's foot breaks through. Good grocery store is in Dillon about 7 miles away; there is a Starbucks over there, too. Should we ever return to Keystone we would totally stay in this house again.

The twin beds as well as the king beds were all comfortable according to my friends. There was ample clean Linen and towels supplied. Overall the home was clean. We saw some stained walls in one of the bedrooms. There was also a home in one of the outside decks. The home has some age but it is, for the most part, well maintained. There is a swimming pool available for use but we did not take advantage. There are hiking trails in walking distance. Overall, our stay was pleasant. We did have to call the property managers for a very small problem but we eventually did not need their assistance. However we appreciated their quick response.

This space is awesome. Very close to Keystone resort and the house is set up perfectly for a nice ski get away. The house has nice touches such as board games, speaker system, fully loaded Kitchen, value cards to local grocery spots, and even a large jacuzzi tub (if you aren’t up for the 2 minute walk to the soda springs pool house.)
Communication is outstanding. I didn’t need anything during my stay, but I always received a daily text letting me know they were there if I did have any concerns.
Overall great stay and awesome house. Definitely would stay here again.

This house, although somewhat dated is very nice and a great place for a family vacation. There are lots of beds and games, movies, and things to do - the house was very clean and it is very close to the main Keystone village. I would definitely recommend this place for a quiet mountain getaway.

What an amazing place to stay. The house was beautiful, and the sorrounding area was amazing-although it is a residential area. Access to the pools and hot tubs are great, and there are many pathways to walk, run ect alongside the ricer, which is beautiful. The house was well equiped with bedding, Towels and kitchen stock. There is a walmart as we as a whole foods within 10 min drive, and a gas station shop very close to the house that sold everything. The only issue we had was no gas in the BBQ, but we made do without it. It is also simple to contact the maintanence team to come out and they would have sorted it for us. We simply did not want to leave. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This house was perfect for my little weekend getaway. I wanted an easy going weekend with friends and this weekend we sat around a fire, grilled, etc. This place has plenty of space and all my guest had fun. The twin beds were mentioned to be a little stiff but overall everyone was very happy.
