A very nice, clean and cozy place. Looks exactly like in the pictures. The location is very quiet and private. The hosts are very helpful and provide lots of instructions, you don’t have to look for anything. The hot tub is amazing and very easy to setup. A short drive to everything. A great spot!

It wouldn’t do a full load and the laundry would stop while it was wet. Maybe we weren’t doing something right because we would have to stop the washer and start over.Beside that everything was perfect as can be and still plan to come to the rental next July

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. We made good use of the private hot tub which is right out the back door on the deck. Loved the convenience of having our own garage. The unit was just as described and was very clean with full kitchen amenities. We had plenty of plush towels and were given start up items such as shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper and other essential items. We appreciated having humidifiers and fans for each room. The temperature of the unit is set for you and we did struggle with how hot the unit would get especially at night( we were there the month of March). It is located in Silverthorne and close to shopping and amenities. We skied at Breckinridge and the drive was about 25 minutes. I would recommend this unit, and other than the temperature and not being able to adjust to our liking, I give it 5 stars.

I stay often in the area and I loved this place. Location was awesome for hiking and accessing groceries, etc. Dillon lake is right nearby for biking as well. I recommend this place, very nice and tidy, plenty of room. Hot tub is a plus.

This property was a cute little duplex with a private, exclusive hot tub! The hot tub cover was easy to open and close and got up to 104 degrees. We loved it! The duplex felt very cozy and we loved the open kitchen to living room. We were very grateful for the ceiling fans and also extra box fans to help with some of the heat, especially upstairs. Showers and bathrooms were nice. Beds were comfy! Super soft bedding. Overall nice place. We come into town from Denver every season for pond hockey. This time it was just the guys attending and this place fit our group perfectly. 3 bathrooms and spacious bedrooms were a plus. Having the garage was also a huge benefit to store our gear. The hot tub was amazing and if we weren't playing hockey, eating, or sleeping that's where we congregated. Management had great communication, checkin/out was a breeze and it felt so easy to come and go. Thanks a bunch guys, we had a blast!

We found a perfect hiking trail about 5 minutes away, so we took daily walks along the trail. The wildflowers were in full bloom and the views were panoramic. We had small children with us, and were able to find a nearby park and playground, near the docks, so another great place for walks. And we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The management provided good communications before, during and after our stay so we felt well cared for. We can positively recommend this rental and hope to return sometime.

My friends and I visited for my birthday and went skiing at Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin. After a day of skiing, it was nice to relax in the hot tub and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The hosts were also professional and communicative; and I would definitely recommend staying here!

4 of us went to ski Arapahoe basin. Check in was a breeze, the place was clean and had everything available to make it home away from home. The hot tub was wonderful respite after a day on the slope.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family really enjoyed staying in this cabin. We found that everything was very well stocked and worked as advertised. Linens are comfortable on beds as stated in the listing, but beds are firm. There are notes in the master bathroom stating that you cannot adjust heated floor temp. I would’ve liked the bathroom to be warmer, but did not adjust because of notes. Lots of extras. Board games are a nice touch. There is an extra bonus room downstairs with a fouton sofa that is not advertised. Nice extra sleeping space. Would’ve been nice if supplies to start fire in the fireplace were provided. Also, for families with a baby, a baby gate, pack n play, and high chair would put the amenities over the top. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean, well stocked, worked as advertised and was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We came to Silverthorne to hike and see some fall color, and the trip, and this place didn't disappoint. Had what we needed to make dinner and relax after being out and about all day. Hot tub fits four comfortably, more than that would b a little tight. It's a duplex/there's another unit attached next door, but it felt very private (even on the porch) and we didn't see or hear the neighbors at all. Edison lights on the porch are a nice touch.

Summit County Mountain Retreats staff

This location is minutes from I-70, which was great for access to the area resorts. Due to heavy snowfall and multiple road closures, we would have been forced to get off I-70 at Silverthorne anyway. It should not be new information for anyone coming to the area in winter, but get a vehicle with 4WD or AWD and some good ground clearance. Also, plan ahead for your drive if scheduled times are important, especially if are going to the other side of the tunnel. Three of the bedrooms are good sized. There were only three of us staying, so we used the fourth downstairs bedroom as storage. Since it is downstairs, right off the living room, I don't think you would want to sleep there if you didn't have to. The hot tub would fit four people comfortably. The kitchen and living room are good sized as well. We never felt like we were stepping over each other. If you are not willing to drive through what could be some serious snow just to get out of the driveway, then you should plan on clearing your own snow, or waiting until the property snow removal comes, which won't be at a convenient time to get first tracks. Also, in regard to the driveway, the garage is not deep enough to fit a half ton pickup, so you will be parking in the driveway if that is your vehicle for the stay.
