This was the BEST stocked kitchen we have ever seen. From the plates and glassware to the serving trays and they even had tupperware stocked. We ended up using them to take some food on the boat trip that we had planned and it made that trip so much better. We ended up getting to the VRBO early, and they let us check in early without fuss. They even texted me after one day to see if there was anything they could make better. We traveled with 10 of us and it had enough space for everyone to be comfortable. We had a wonderful stay here, everything was as described and the location was wonderful. The only issue we had was with check in. When we arrived we could not get the code to work on the front door. Several people in our party tried with no luck. I texted the contact person who told me I needed to reach out with the original number used for booking even though I was doing that. I then called and spoke to someone who gave us a backup code that did not work either. She then gave us the code for the lockbox where we were able to get a physical key and that finally worked (mind you it was freezing outside and our party was outside waiting unloaded). I was told I would receive check in info, door code, etc via text but I never did. I did receive an email but when I spoke with the contact person that day she informed me that it was odd because I should have received the info via text as well. Once we were inside everything else was great! The home was beautiful and we had no other issues.- Reviewed On: 1/19/2026

The check in info was sent several times prior to arrival, however we did not have a working phone number. I would suggest reviewing your airbnb account to ensure that your phone number is correct on file! I’ve been at so many AirBnB’s… and the kitchen almost always disappoints. But this kitchen did not!!!! I was so happy to find plenty of dishwater, utensils, cooking appliances, cutting boards, pots, waffle maker, food processor, blender, zip lock bags, foil, spices!!!! The property is exceptionally close to Keystone, so our skiers were highly pleased. The house was warm, spacious, and flooded with natural light. Although we weren't crazy about the dirt road leading to the house, we quickly got past that when we took in the mountain view and the location (just a few short minutes to the resort). Staying in July was a bit HOT, but the owner provided fans for every bedroom and with the windows open at night we managed to stay cool. This house was perfect for my family. My son was married at A Basin and it gave us adequate room for my immediate family and their spouses. For bedrooms and four bathrooms! Perfect! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This property is a wow!!! One questions things a bit going into the neighborhood, but the house does not disappoint and location being between River Run basin and Keystone Village is awesome!!!! Summit County Retreats also great about responding right back when had any questions regarding the property! The house for our family was super since the house is very quiet, no squeaks in floors, and layout just wonderful for a family!!! And the stocked kitchen is up and beyond all properties I have ever stayed at. We ate in with our family every night and had all the pots, pans, plates, skillets and such that anyone needed!!! Great kitchen!!! And the nice private hot tub just was frosting on the cake! This property is a WOW and I hope to book it again!!!- Reviewed On: 6/1/2024

The beds are firm and comfortable with nice linens. The bedrooms are separated well, have nice bathrooms for everyone, and offer great sound insulation. The included kitchenware (knives, glasses, pans, etc.) is far above and beyond what we expected and made out stay that much better. The hot tub was very nice and the downstairs bathroom made changing and showering easy .- Reviewed On: 5/22/2024
