This was the BEST stocked kitchen we have ever seen. From the plates and glassware to the serving trays and they even had tupperware stocked. We ended up using them to take some food on the boat trip that we had planned and it made that trip so much better. We ended up getting to the VRBO early, and they let us check in early without fuss. They even texted me after one day to see if there was anything they could make better. We traveled with 10 of us and it had enough space for everyone to be comfortable. We HIGHLY recommend this cabin, it was a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay here, everything was as described and the location was wonderful. The only issue we had was with check in. When we arrived we could not get the code to work on the front door. Several people in our party tried with no luck. I texted the contact person who told me I needed to reach out with the original number used for booking even though I was doing that. I then called and spoke to someone who gave us a backup code that did not work either. She then gave us the code for the lockbox where we were able to get a physical key and that finally worked (mind you it was freezing outside and our party was outside waiting unloaded). I was told I would receive check in info, door code, etc via text but I never did. I did receive an email but when I spoke with the contact person that day she informed me that it was odd because I should have received the info via text as well. Once we were inside everything else was great! The home was beautiful and we had no other issues.
- Reviewed On: 1/19/2026

Thank you for your feedback. After looking into this issue further, it looks like the phone number we were provided by airbnb was an invalid number. The check in info was sent several times prior to arrival, however we did not have a working phone number. I would suggest reviewing your airbnb account to ensure that your phone number is correct on file! Other than this issue, we are very happy that you enjoyed your stay with us!

Felt like home

We were extremely pleased with the accommodations this home provided; the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (and then some) for meal prep. Although we weren't crazy about the dirt road leading to the house, we quickly got past that when we took in the mountain view and the location (just a few short minutes to the resort). Staying in July was a bit HOT, but the owner provided fans for every bedroom and with the windows open at night we managed to stay cool. We definitely recommend this home for your stay.

Wowsa!!!

This property is a wow!!! One questions things a bit going into the neighborhood, but the house does not disappoint and location being between River Run basin and Keystone Village is awesome!!!! Summit County Retreats also great about responding right back when had any questions regarding the property! The house for our family was super since the house is very quiet, no squeaks in floors, and layout just wonderful for a family!!! And the stocked kitchen is up and beyond all properties I have ever stayed at. We ate in with our family every night and had all the pots, pans, plates, skillets and such that anyone needed!!! Great kitchen!!! And the nice private hot tub just was frosting on the cake! This property is a WOW and I hope to book it again!!!

Excellent condo for a group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed three nights at #27 Rasor Court and found the property very well furnished and great for a group travelling together. The beds are firm and comfortable with nice linens. The bedrooms are separated well, have nice bathrooms for everyone, and offer great sound insulation. The included kitchenware (knives, glasses, pans, etc.) is far above and beyond what we expected and made out stay that much better. The hot tub was very nice and the downstairs bathroom made changing and showering easy .

The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could have asked for and more. The location is close to many sites and resources. The checkout was very easy. The only issue we had was the temperature of the house would not go above 68 degrees and at the time the fireplace wasn’t working, which I believe would have fixed that problem.

Nice and comfortable

The property is nice and central in Keystone. We stayed for a work event and had no problems at all. I do recommend this for everyone, but watch for the wild life. We had a couple of black bears walking around at night, setting off the lights. Didn't get a good picture though.

Family celebrations

We had 10 of us in all. My husband and I were celebrating our 30th this summer, both my folks turned 80, two of our kids graduated from college this year and 1 son got married. There were great sleeping arrangements for all! Each married couple had a nice bedroom, our daughter and friend shared a room and our son and friend had the lower family room with a pull out couch. The hot tub was very popular with everyone, the kitchen table fit all of us and the large kitchen was amazing! We cooked all our meals together and the kitchen was very well equipped and stocked. There were great places for playing games and doing puzzles and the master suite is fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful place to celebrate together. 😊

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great! The location was fantastic for most of us who were skiing all day. The decor was great! However, the keypad was difficult to operate when the temps dipped below 0. It was very clean and towels were well stocked! The kitchen was very well supplied with dishware. Only advice is, it could have been stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, ziplocks (unless we missed that). Also, the ice maker was very slow to make ice (I think this is already known). Thank you very much! Lovely home :)

Great cabin, neighborhood not so much.

Outstanding cabin with a recent remodel. Beautiful inside with a great veiw off the back patio. Everything about the house was great but the drive in we thought we were in a pretty sketchy neighborhood. One of the neighbors flipped us the bird when we were unloading. She warmed up to us I guess because the next morning she was pretty friendly as she walked her dog. Most of the people in this area looked like locals that live and work in the area. Maybe they just don't like tourists. Lol Overall still a good experience and the proximity to the river run area is nice.
