This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom stand-alone mountain home sleeps 6 with three queen beds, twin bunk bed, and twin bed with a twin trundle. It features spacious private deck with tall pines all around with the peaceful sounds of the Blue River in the background. Set amongst the trees, this home ensures a quiet stay. On the main level is a private sauna and the living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows. Enjoy the added convenience of private laundry and a one car garage. Enjoy your secluded home away from home or head into nearby Breckenridge for skiing, shopping and lots of great food.

The oversized entryway has a bench and mounted hooks plus a wood stove to keep you warm. The living area features vaulted ceilings and a Smart TV next to a gas fireplace with stone surround. The spacious private deck is just past the kitchen and offers gorgeous treed views along with the peaceful sounds of the Blue River. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and take advantage of the gas grill for home-cooked meals. Just off the deck enjoy the infrared dry sauna where you can relax after a long day of adventure.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats eight with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is also a half bath on this main level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master suite is on the main level and features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. Enjoy your own private access to the deck through beautiful french doors. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. You also have access to a washer and dryer located in the master suite just off the bathroom. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided.

There are two guest bedrooms upstairs. The first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom features a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and twin bed with a twin trundle. There is also a flat screen TV and closet for storage. At the end of the hall is a dedicated workspace with a built-in desk and shelves. There is also a guest bathroom with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. Beautiful Mountain House

The house was absolutely beautiful pictures don’t do it justice. Lots of open areas, warm and friendly. Everything we wanted for a little getaway. Heads up if you go in winter a 4 wheel vehicle will help. Property management was awesome, we had no issues but the communicated with us keeping us informed.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

Three couples from 3 different locations met in Blue River to spend a week in this beautiful home! We could not have asked for more. The home was beautiful, welcoming, well stocked and very well located to Breckenridge and all other points of interest in that area of Colorado. From Morning walks in the neighborhood to listening to the Blue River running in the evening to lull you to sleep. It was awesome!

Great location

Overall we had a nice stay and the property fit our needs. The couch and queen beds weren't super comfortable, but we managed. The wooden shutters separating the master bathroom and the main entryway were awkward. The location was wonderful... quiet, peaceful, and just a quick 10 minute drive to Breckinridge! As far as cleanliness there were a few noticeable cobwebs, we had to wash several dishes before we could use them for the 1st time, and there were several harmless bugs throughout. The property management team was very easy to work with and we were able to get an early check in with ease. Overall, we would probably stay here again (although we'd like to explore the area for other options for a new experience).

Spacious house in a nice location

Overall, this was a nice house that I would stay at again, provided the minor issues we experienced were resolved. The house was very clean upon arrival and large enough for our group. The fireplace made it very cozy. The upstairs bathroom sink did not drain, which was the most annoying issue we experienced. It was also VERY cold the weekend we stayed, and it was incredibly difficult to get the key out of the renter lockbox, as the lockbox was partially broken and also frozen. We were able to access another lockbox and got in the house just fine. The heated garage was a huge plus! The only other issue we experienced was most likely due to the cold and involved the pump inside the house making a ton of noise every time a toilet was flushed. I contacted management about these issues and they offered to send someone over right away to investigate or else have someone address the issues after our stay. They were prompt and professional about the issues. Overall, I would stay here again!

That is why we operate 24/7 and have a large staff to assist our guests with various issues. For emergency issues like a frozen lock box we always keep a spare on property and can assist guests at any time. We have since inspected this lock box and everything is working as intended. We truly appreciate you making us aware of the slow draining sink and loud pipes, we will have this addressed as soon as possible.

Comfortable cabin

This cabin has everything you need it felt like a home very comfortable plenty blankets the location was perfect too not too far from Breckenbridge it was perfect.

Lovely cozy home

Great Stay at Breckenridge

It was a great stay at this location. The house was well cleaned an kept. What a view from the outside patio. Nice creek flowing down. The rooms are very good. We enjoyed staying here.

Great Blue River Getaway

Very Nice cabin in Blue River. Very clean and in order. This was a nice location tucked away in the woods. The cabin was perfect for our family getaway. The one thing that wasn't ideal was the master bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and we woke up each morning sore and achey.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress as well. If the mattress is is bad condition and is in need of a replacement we will contact the owner of the unit in efforts of getting this replaced as soon as possible.

Great for Groups

We had a great stay at 281 Sally Circle. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The sauna was great after a long day of skiing. Beautiful neighborhood.

Perfect for us

Check in process was super easy. The snow was thick and beautiful. We got to play outside and quickly come in and snuggle by the fireplace. The perfect distance from town. We truly enjoyed our cozy stay!

Great place!!

This was a great rental place for the price. The only downside was the plumbing is pretty loud since being on a septic tank and getting the rental car up the hill was a struggle. One suggestion I would say is if your coming here during the winter make sure you have tire chains because the streets are slippery.
