Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful rental for our trip to Breckenridge. It is in close proximity to both Breck and Keystone. The home had a really nice layout for our group with no shortage of areas to sit and relax. The added bonus of boot and glove dryers in the laundry room was icing on the cake for me — what a thoughtful and appreciated feature to have at the home. This was our second rental through SCMR and I will definitely use again — hopefully with this same home too.

This house is amazing! We would 100% stay here again. Tons of space for two families, well stocked kitchen (although there was no salt/pepper, so bring that if you plan to cook!), hot hot tub, sleds, shovels, warming fireplaces, comfy beds, and oversized garage. Also - large mudroom with tons of coat hooks, storage cubes, and even a long boot/glove dryer. We're hoping to make our stay at this home an annual one - it was perfect!

This house is amazing! We would 100% stay here again. I had a fantastic stay at this Springs unit and couldn’t have asked for anything better! The walk-out patio was the best feature, just a few steps from the hot tubs and pool. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, and the fireplace was a plus after soaking in the hot tub at the end of the day. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything that I had hoped about booking this location delivered. We wanted to access Keystone and Breck fairly quickly. The communication and availability of the hosts was prompt and exceeded expectations. The property was perfect for 9 people we had attending. We had everything we needed to clean, eat meals and dry off our gear. I would book this location again in a heartbeat.

The home was very cozy, and we really appreciated the snow removal from our driveway and the path to the hot tub after a night of snow. Highly recommend and perfect for families of little kids and grown kids. Can't wait to come here in the summer when we can enjoy hiking and biking.

The property was well kept and clean and ready for our stay. The neighborhood was lovely and the people considerate and friendly. We enjoyed bike rides on the trails which were close by, ice skating, kayaking and paddle boarding on Lake Dillon! Looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful finishes and clean. Highly recommended. The only issue we had was opening the front door (tricky lock!) but the company helped quickly. It can easily sleep 8 if not more!

You can definitely hear voices from the other home, but it wasn't an issue for us. We enjoyed the hot tub nearly every night. The garage was priceless. Given that it snowed nearly every day that we were there.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. It was very clean. It is in a good location as long as you have a vehicle to get to skiing. Would definitely stay again. It would be nice to have more basic kitchen supplies in the pantry. Overall this is an excellent house to stay in.
