We had a good time at the place. It had all of the listed amenities. Our group especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the fireplace. The neighbors are close, but nobody bothered us during our stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Breckenridge is a beautiful town. Would definitely return here again..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful rental for our trip to Breckenridge. It is in close proximity to both Breck and Keystone. The home had a really nice layout for our group with no shortage of areas to sit and relax. The added bonus of boot and glove dryers in the laundry room was icing on the cake for me — what a thoughtful and appreciated feature to have at the home. This was our second rental through SCMR and I will definitely use again — hopefully with this same home too.

Tons of space for two families, well stocked kitchen (although there was no salt/pepper, so bring that if you plan to cook!), hot hot tub, sleds, shovels, warming fireplaces, comfy beds, and oversized garage. Also - large mudroom with tons of coat hooks, storage cubes, and even a long boot/glove dryer. We're hoping to make our stay at this home an annual one - it was perfect!

The place was amazing! Very big, spacious, clean and in great condition. We had an incredible time. It was exactly as described.
Only cons was the check in being at 5pm was extremely inconvenient. They say you can’t check in earlier but conveniently you can if you pay more money. When did 5pm become the new standard?? Very minor but you can also hear the street noise from the house and the hot tub is in the front yard practically on the street. Not ideal for younger kids.

Nice property, great views and facilities. 2 notable points...There is a road running behind so it does get some noise. Not terrible, but its there.
The property managing company makes you sign a ton of documents which I had to endure for the first time. I understand their stance, but frankly, they need to tone it down. If I was not keen to stay in this area, I would not have signed up for all that paperwork.

This is probably the nicest AirBnB we've stayed at and we've stayed at a lot. Super well stocked and a terrific place for our two families. Hot tub, fire pit, squeaky clean, good linens and plenty of towels and a mega-stocked kitchen. Large, great furniture for lounging, I could go on and on. My only complaint is the late check in and early check out times (5 o'clock unless you pay $15 per hour and only if available and 10 am unless you pay $15 per hour and only if available. ). That's not reasonable really, since you are paying for the night you check in. I understand it is a large house and takes time to clean, but the lack of a day buffer in between guest stays that the company doesn't do to give themselves time for turnovers is at the guests' expense. Even still, I'd stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location-right off the highway and convenient to all attractions. Everything in the home was very clean! We arrived after dusk and possibly the snow might have been covering the house number, as we couldn't find it-thank heavens Google Maps was telling us "You have arrived". The home is well stocked-hand mixer, crockpots, humidifiers, hair dryers, sleds, coffee pots. Loved the boot dryers in the laundry area. The drains in the garage were having difficulty with keeping up with the melting snow from our vehicles. One of the shower drains was a little sluggish too. We had to utilize the heater up in the bunk bedroom as it was much colder than the rest of the home. Management was very responsive to our needs. Loved all the Christmas decorations! We had a wonderful Christmas vacation in this spacious home and would definitely recommend!

It was in a perfect location for us due to skiing at Breck and Keystone! The condo had everything that we needed and what a plus it was to have the boot dryers in the laundry room.
