Overall the place was okay. There is absolutely no privacy, the only place there was curtains up stairs was the back window thats facing the yard, there is a window in the living room facing the neighbors house and one in the kitchen with no blinds or curtains and none of the bedrooms had curtains. We caught the neighbor more than once intensely watching us, the first time she was hiding behind her car and I noticed her an acknowledged her and she started taking pictures of us and then ran into her house. The next time she was just standing in her door at watching us and again we acknowledged her and she continued to watch us, and while we were packing to leave she was also watching us. These were the times we actually caught her watching us but the window in the living room directly faces the house so I'm sure she was watching us more than that. If it wasnt for the neighbor i would be wiling to come back but it felt like she was always watching

Steps to entry too steep for older adults and dogs. View of mountains nice. Nice deck off back if you don't mind someone watching and listening to you. Kitchen set up with everything you need. Need better seating in main floor. Area rug needed, hard on dogs slipping. Floors needed to be cleaned. Bathrooms needed to be updated. Chest in bedrooms needed, so you don't live out of suitcase. Blinds on windows needed, so you could close at night.

Perfect for our family get away to the mountains. Good spot for our dog as well. Close to Dillion Amphitheater, restaurants, Dillion Lake, Frisco- great location and great views from the deck !

This property could use some updating but was totally clean and comfortable. The area is super quiet and near some trails and the bike path. We enjoyed walking to everything in Silverthorne. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Perfect for large group and well-stocked. Stairs to front door and to lower level were difficult to navigate for two members of our group. Nice view from deck and appreciated the yard for the dog!

When we got there it was noticeably clean and well maintained. We were pleased! The rooms were a good size and the restrooms were clean. Overall it was a beautiful, stylish, clean home. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to all the restaurants and stunning Dillon Reservoir.

The neighborhood is very close to access everything in Summit County, but is very quiet and peaceful. The house is well furnished and tons of amenities available. The fenced yard is perfect for your dog! Highly recommend and will stay here again.

This little house is in a great and very convenient location, with a nice pond just behind the house and easy walking distance to the Blue River Rec Path, Rainbow park, and the Outlet Malls. Two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs make finding privacy easy. The property was clean and well maintained, although there are some signs of wear and tear. The kitchen is very well equipped to make cooking and baking easy. The fenced in yard is great for your pup. There are a variety of nice restaurants close by. Summit County is famous for its 90+ great hiking trails, many of which are very close. It was a wonderful stay!

The property is quite old so a bit run down on the main floor. The downstairs living area was completely remodeled. The location is good for walking the dog and close enough to town. Living area couch was in terrible shape and very uncomfortable. Beds were great though. Bathroom had a super short toilet and the shower/tub was extremely slippery. Humidifiers were provided which was a nice touch. We were comfortable without AC but the outside temp was in the low 70s. Construction was going on in the next door unit (common wall) so that was unfortunate. (They worked till 2:00 am one day.) The yard didn't look great in the online photos but the weeds were terrible when we were there. Didn't really want the dog to roam around in case there were critters or lots of burrs/stickers etc. They need to have someone come in and just level the weeds.

Stayed here with a few friends and my dog during the summer off season, perfect home base for hiking and exploring! Easy to get to trailheads. It's a duplex, and the only issue we had was the neighbor working on a home project making noises into late hours. Called Summit County Mtn Retreats to see if they could help and didn't run into any issues after that, they were sympathetic and helpful.

Plenty of room for adults, kids, and a nice backyard area for dogs. Easy access to I-70 and surrounding areas. Would stay here again.

The location of this property is amazing as you are close to the hiking trails and and the recreational center as well as all the eatery places. The size of the duplex was sufficient and the bunkbed area for the kids was fabulous. The only improvements I would say would be a new living room couch as the one there was worn out and to fix the tiling around the fireplace. Otherwise, it was just a really nice location and great place to stay.

The house was in a great location that allowed us to hit many great spots like Breckenridge and RMNP. The kids loved the bunk room and the adults all had their own space as well.

Summit County Mtn Retreats always offers great customer service! This is a very nice unit in a good areas, close to everything. A few things about this unit: the outdoor grill is only a griddle and it is rusted and unusable; be careful of the indoor stairs as they are steep and slippery, stair runners would be very helpful.

This was such a smooth, seamless process. Wonderful place that comfortably fit everyone and our service dog who loved the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and in the perfect location for heading to the town, mountains, lake, etc. Nothing over 20 minutes long. We looked to stay here another time but it's already taken! until next time!

We had two families. It's a great place by a private pond we loved it. It does only have 2 bathrooms but it worked ok. The washing machine didn't work but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable home. Kitchen was appointed with everything we needed. Most important, the Beds were very comfortable and the house is very quiet. The only thing I would add would be some floor lamps, the house is very dark with only a few indirect lamps and no ceiling lights.
