Featuring two spacious living areas, a fenced backyard, a private deck with mountain views, and easy access to the Blue River and a private pond, this home is the perfect mountain retreat for families, friends, and their four-legged companion.

Living Area:
The bright main living area features an open floor plan, a flat-screen Smart TV, comfortable seating, and large windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase views of Mt. Buffalo, Red Mountain, and the Ten Mile Range. The private deck is accessed from the dining area and offers outdoor seating overlooking the fenced backyard. A second living area downstairs provides additional gathering space with a sectional, large flat-screen TV, bean bag chair, and plenty of room to relax after a day of adventure.

Kitchen and Dining:
The updated kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware and tableware and opens to the dining area, which seats six guests with an extension leaf available for seating up to eight. Three additional seats are available at the breakfast bar, making it easy for everyone to gather for meals.

Please note: Only one dog is permitted. The reservation holder must be 26 years old at the time of reservation. This property has a 2-night minimum requirement.

Excellent property!!! My kids hate sharing a bed so separate bunks was perfect! Loved the large table for playing games as a family. Having a fenced yard was so nice for the dog so we didn’t have to take him out on a leash every time. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the individual lights next to the bed. Appreciated the floor fans as well. The entryway mud room was just perfect for our wet boots. Very clean and cozy. This could not have been more perfect for our little family getaway for the Holiday!

Perfect for vacation

Stayed here with a few friends and my dog during the summer off season, perfect home base for hiking and exploring! Easy to get to trailheads. It's a duplex, and the only issue we had was the neighbor working on a home project making noises into late hours. Called Summit County Mtn Retreats to see if they could help and didn't run into any issues after that, they were sympathetic and helpful.

Summer mountain trip

Great property with amazing living space. The lower living space allowed kids to have space to hang out while adults relax in the upstairs living space. Access to pond and walking trail too! The online guidebook for check in was down but the property manager was easy to reach and helpful. Would suggest a dustpan for quick clean ups, and possibly a more comfy couch in the upstairs living area. Overall- great space and would stay again! Thank you!

Huge Pet Friendly Home with fenced Backyard

This property was perfect for our trip to Silverthorne. My husband and I spent a week here along with our Husky, Billy. The place was perfect and had 3x the beds we actually needed. The upstairs living is awkward but there is a more comfortable den downstairs with an Apple TV. There are two bedrooms upstairs one with a king and one with a queen. We used these beds and they were very comfy. Downstairs there was the den along with two more bedrooms, laundry, and another bathroom. The backyard was perfect for our pup. He loved being able to have a space to run around. There were a bunch of squirrels for entertainment and the neighbor’s dogs gave him company through the fence. With that said, we never left him out there alone. The neighbor warned us of mountain lions and bears in the neighborhood so we always monitored our fur baby. Highly recommend this lovely place. Silverthorne, Dillon, and Frisch have everything you could need and it is simply beautiful.
