45 Forget Me Not Lane

This place was great for the weekend with some friends. We had a blast and everyone talked about how nice the place was.
The only thing we wished for was AC. The house does get relatively HOT during the heat of the day inside. There are no blinds for the windows. They do supply plenty of box fans, but a mini split or window unit would’ve been helpful.
Otherwise, 10/10 recommend☺️

Summit County was wonderful to work with. This particular property was wonderful and accommodated us very comfortably.
The only downside was that there is no AC in the unit and some of the windows do not open so it got hot during the day - but with a record high summer, I suppose that should be expected. This house was perfect for our R&R Girls Trip.
I would definitely book with this company and this house again!

The tv in the living area downstairs didn’t work and none of the deck areas were shoveled which made them a bit hard to use. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was truly the perfect house for a summer mountain getaway. The massive deck and open concept living space were ideal for enjoying time with family and friends while the bedrooms spread out on three floors gave people their own space. The management company was incredibly on top of it and very thorough with their communication and information. We spent time in Keystone and Silverthorne which made this house the perfect location.
