Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a cozy breakfast nook surrounded by wooded views. The formal dining room comfortably seats ten guests and provides beautiful mountain views through the surrounding windows.

Please note: The reservation holder must be 26 years old at the time of reservation. This property has a 2-night minimum requirement. Parking is limited to two vehicles in the garage and two vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited.

Terrific place to stay for a snowboarding trip or just to get away! Close to the ski multiple ski resorts/ town to get explore. Place was huge and spacious and fully furnished. Host was responsive & helpful throughout the whole trip. Would def booked again for next trip!!

USASA Snowboard Nationals

In town for USASA snowboard Nationals, house was a perfect fit and had everything we needed. Had a problem with hot water on arrival but maintenance personnel had it fixed quickly. Location was in the back of neighborhood so took a little longer than expected to get in and out but no a real big deal. Overall a great place would definitely stay there again.

Happy Scrappers

Great cozy cabin with open high ceiling space. We had a great time. Great big hot tub and also a grill that is hooked up to the house gas which made it easy ro grill and not worrying about running out of gas. Lots of bathrooms which is nice when you have a big group.

Summit County was wonderful to work with. This particular property was wonderful and accommodated us very comfortably.
The only downside was that there is no AC in the unit and some of the windows do not open so it got hot during the day - but with a record high summer, I suppose that should be expected. This house was perfect for our R&R Girls Trip.
I would definitely book with this company and this house again!

Perfect home for family and friends

We loved our stay and highly recommend this home. There was plenty of room for two families. It was cozy (especially the beds) and not overdone, it felt like home. We were close enough to the ski areas and shopping but far enough out to enjoy the views. The communication was excellent and thank you for the last minute late checkout! We are already planning a return next year.

Fun stay in Keystone

Deck had grease from the grill. Nails were sticking up on the deck. Those items need your attention. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the accommodations. It’s a beautiful location!

Exceeded expectations

The photos don’t do this properly justice! With 9 in our family group, the house was comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and had ample room for all of us as we cooked dinners on site. The dining area and living room were perfect for group and we loved the views of woods and mountains. It was great having so many bedrooms and bathrooms- of note: there’s 2 separate bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms upstairs! The hot tub was large and toasty after long days. We had a great time!
